The best cakes & best customer service you could ask for. I’ve bought two birthday cakes just this year & plan on buying one every year to come for my little boy. The attention to detail & the love put into the work is astounding.

Lindsey made us a delicious and beautiful cake for our elopement. It was just for the two of us, and we really enjoyed it. the flavor was wonderful. We got a lemon cake with cream cheese frosting and raspberry jam, the jam is real and the lemon flavor was so fresh.

I ordered a unicorn cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday and what was received was beautiful! It tasted delicious too. Highly recommend with quick return on messages. Great customer service.

Nasty cake. Inside dry as a bone.Outside was supposed to be ButtercreamNot. Fondant. I buy olocal food all the time and I would have been happy if it was edible.But now I know the whole Truth.You were watching your child in the bakery and burnt my cake.Took this cake to my plant and all I heard wasthis cake is nasty.. I visited a few bakeries in Asheville requesting this cake. All of the bakeries were concerned about the fondant work. Sweet Elegance had no doubts. They took the order, made the cake and it was perfect. Presentation is important but how did it taste??? It was AMAZING!!!!! The cake was delicious and the frosting was an Italian buttercream that was just out of this world folks. It was a graduation cake but it was wedding cake quality for a great price. This was white cake with white frosting and a lemon curd filling. Now I have to try a chocolate cake. I cant wait for another occasion.

We used Lindsey at Sweet Elegance for our wedding cake, I have been in the wedding industry for years and she went above and beyond for us!Let me start by saying I’m not a sweets person, (I know), but the second we walked into her adorable shop and she had everything laid out for us, I knew she was our girl! I couldn’t have cared less about a wedding cake, I was going to buy from the grocery, but everything Lindsey had created for us was ABSOLUTELY delicious!!!! We ended up not only getting a cake but several single serving pies and we took several in our honeymoon and ate them, her brandied cherry is out of this world! I will recommend Lindsey and Sweet Elegance to everyone and anyone that asks me about wedding sweets, she can literally do it all, and doesn’t nickel and dime you! I’ve known her for several years, enjoyed many of her delicious cakes for birthdays, weddings and special events, and purchased her special frozen dough for a variety of sinfully delicious cookies. I continue to be stunned by her artistic talent for cake decorating, and I’m convinced there is just about nothing she can’t copy in cake and icing!! And most importantly- Lindsey does all of this with a fine-tuned sense of personal and business ethics, as she seeks to best meet the unique needs of her individual customers. So I had a friend from Asheville give me one of these cakes and I reluctantly took the cake knowing that I was on a diet. That was my first mistake. The second mistake came when I took my first bite. These were both mistakes because I ate the entire cake within an hour. Now that might not seam like much of a feat however if you saw the size of this cake you would know that is was a challenge. My third mistake was that once I had taken my first bite I should have thrown it away because it was to delicious to just let it sit there. This was by far the best Carrot Cake I have ever eaten and now my challenge is to come up with a convenient excuse to go to Asheville so I can get another cake. #cakegenius

She worked with us on some fabulous & creative flavor combos - 5 different ones including red velvet, strawberry with chocolate frosting and coconut filling, and pb & chocolate.
