Always enjoy my visit there. The employee that work there always nice and helpful. They have very good sales on there chocolate and also coming soon they will be having ice cream . It very clean environment and you wear your mask .

The chocolate smoothie is decent. Its milk, ice and Lindt chocolate bars blended. They usually have good deals on clearance chocolate bars for $1/ea and a wide selection of Lindt chocolates and candies.

My first trip to the store and I loved it! I mean come on man. Their chocolate truffles are ahhhmazing. I got a box of 40 and chose all the different flavors I wanted from individual containers in the store. You can buy 1 or 100! I originally just had a bag of 28 but the super helpful employee told me I could save $3 by choosing 12 more. Theb she put them in a beautiful box. 😊

The blonde employee with glasses was very rude. Everyone else was nice. Very beautiful store.

We were actually looking for a fudge shop... But when I walked in this little chocolate shop was set up so nicely and looks clean and professionally set up. It wasnt what I was looking for but cute set up and nice staff!

Wow! They have so many options. I didnt know that there so many different flavors of their chocolate! I think you can get luke 100 pcs for 30 bucks. If Im not mistaken!

Who doesnt love Lindt chocolate? Such a variety of flavors. Such cute packages for fall and Halloween, even styles for back to school. Large area of marked down candy that is close to date. Required masks for entry, if buying individual pieces must sanitize hands and wear gloves. Seems a little excessive but not sure how it could be fixed.

Amazing staff that are always so welcoming and knowledgeable of the products and the company. Love shopping here for my gifting needs as well as keeping my own sweet stash stocked.Since race seems to be a thing, Im Native American. The store has a very diverse staff and NONE of them are discriminatory. 😊

This shop is always well stocked, and the staff is helpful and kind. They have made to order drinks and they are very good. The only thing that would make it better would be to have a larger store!

I went to the shop here in Asheville Outlets. I just needed something sweet that will not fill me up as I was about to eat dinner. When I came in, I couldn’t remember if I was greeted or not. I was the only customer. I picked two pieces of chocolate. Then two caucasian women came in with their children. The server greeted them and gave them samples of chocolate. While the other customers were shopping, I went to pay. I told the server, Oh, youre giving away samples. She explained that she had to draw who get to sample. But then she said I could have a sample if I wanted. I got confused because I thought she just told me they had to draw but now she was offering that I could get it even if I wasn’t drawn, and that’s after I mentioned it to her. I said thank you but I’m good. I’m Asian by the way and the server’s name on the receipt is Amanda T. For me, it’s not about the chocolates, it’s more about equality. Their chocolates are indeed great for a commercial one but my experience was not desirable at all.

The store was very inviting. The owner was very accommodating. She gave me a sample. She was very willing to help and offered their awards card. I would return.

I shopped twice, stood in line twice and walked out with nothing twice in about a 30 minute span today because the were understaffed and the manager was disinterested in helping move things along, even when the cashier asked for help. The selection seemed good and the store was clean. The door was easy to open from either direction.

What is better than chocolate? They have a huge variety of lindt truffles that you can fill bags up with by the pound. The service is amazing and the store is very clean.

Oh my God if you want a really good cup of coffee that just makes you want to sit and really enjoy your coffee this is a place to go Ive never in my life had such a good cup of coffee oh and the chocolates great too
