Had a great time while renting a storage unit at public storage. The facilities were clean and well kept. Brian was very helpful in getting my account closed after moving out of the unit.

When I had units in the past they were great, clean & easy to pay rent. The proprietors were excellent.

Brian on the phone was so nice and very helpful. he got everything lined up for me. I went in the next day and Chera had a great smile and very helpful. She even saved me more money. I will come back if needed. Great overall experience. A 5 star rating.

Staff hasnt been very friendly and I have extra automatic withdrawals on my card from them for random 20.00 amounts. I give them 2 stars for being clean and secure. But I feel their staff needs to work on their customer service skills.

We’ve used this Public Storage location twice now and are beyond satisfied with our experience. Michelle is always cheerful and helpful and goes above and beyond for us. The place has always been clean and well maintained. When we were there today, she made a point to come by, say hello and to make sure that we were satisfied. What wonderful customer service.

The Public Storage at this location gives excellent customer service. Michelle was very helpful after the passing of my father the end of January. She was kind and offered above and beyond assistance. I have to say the front office; however, was not helpful at all. My father was the only one named on the unit and the payment was due the first of February. In good faith given that my father passed January 25th my mother was paying his bills and did not get the payment to them in time. She was charged a $70.00 late fee which the front office will not refund even given the circumstances. This was and is the only disappointing issue while working on getting a everything settled. Michelle was beyond helpful and kind. The front office should take some lessons in compassion from her.

I needed a storage unit closer to my place. The prices are pretty straight forward obviously other fees and taxes apply. Overall the experience was truly great. The manager at this location, Chris, was SO helpful and personable. He went over all the questions I had and was happy to answer them. He was completely thorough when showing us the unit as well.

Hanna helped me out with a storage unit. Very quick and very polite.........but was there for a couple months and they massively jacked the price up. No rhyme or reason and didnt let me know. I wouldnt rent a unit here if you are not willing to pay drastically more in a month or 2.

I have been a customer at this location for a year and a half now,i have been very pleased with this facility. It is always clean & very well kept. I very much appreciate the manager,Hanne, she is always very friendly,pleasant to deal with & can answer any question or provide a solution if necessary. When i stop by to pay my bill,she knows me by name & unit#, always asks how my dogs are doing. I have dealt with other storage facilities before and have not received this kind of service. Keep up the excellent service...

We rented the unit online one evening simply based on location. The next morning we got a call from Julie explaining all the rental details and scheduling a time that worked best for us to come in and fill out our paperwork. Julie was all ready for us when we showed up and even greeted me by name. She was a total delight and made the entire process simple and fast. She even gave us some great tips for properly storing our items this time of year. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs storage with great customer service and nice clean well maintained units! Thanks Julie!

I was able to rent my storage space within 15 minutes, and was impressed with the customer service provided. Even though I was late, even within 20 minutes of closing, Julie was willing to help with the initial set-up and paperwork. Worked with Alex yesterday to get a storage unit and she was fabulous. Answered all my questions before I could ask and when I placed my reservation online, she called me right away to confirm it. We also met with the property manager Hanne a week before to check out the place and she was great too! Gave us a tour of the property and gave us the info we needed. First impression was great and I hope it stays that way throughout the rental process! I recommend this storage facility not just for the cheap price but the customer service as well.

I recently rented a unit at this location. Cody and Angie were absolutely wonderful. The paper work was fast and explained very well by both of them. Also, they could not have been any nicer. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend/refer them and their location to anyone in need of some storage. As for the unit, it was very clean and the space was more than adequate, it is also easy to access, as it is an inside unit. Great location!

Pretty good place. One entrance in and 2 out. Motion detectors everywhere as well as cameras. Makes my stuff feel safe. There are a tonne of spaces varying in size. People that work here are nice and know their business. The only bad that I can really see (-1 star), is the price. I know storage places have been raising the rates due to the lack of housing but $198 for a 10x15 seems like a lot. But none the less, it has worked fine for the past moths that I have needed it.

Great business. It is well run, clean, secure, and the staff have excellent customer service skills. Meghan bent over backwards to help me on very short notice and made the extra effort to help accommodate me in renting a unit late on a Sunday afternoon.

I made a reservation on a unit earlier this week online. Cody called back within 30 minutes and scheduled an appointment, and was very friendly and helpful. When I showed up for my appointment Julie was just as friendly and helpful. After taking us down to see the unit we reserved, she had us signed up and out of the office in about ten minutes. I was very happy with whole experience.

My overall experience I give 100% rating for Cody with Public Storage. I definitely would consider renting from this facility again in the near future. All expectations have been met during my stay in a professional manner. Cody has a great personnel attitude in his position as manager and toward me as a customer.

Julie was very helpful when we signed up for a storage unit today. We were not sure about the size we would need. She opened units of different sizes so that we could get a better idea of each of the units. She had us reserve a unit online which helped us get a lower monthly cost. I was very satisfied with the service she gave us.

My 89 year young father moved into an assisted living facility in June. I was faced with cleaning out his whole house to put on the real estate market. Overwhelmed doesnt even come close to how I felt! My first visits to the W 64th facility were in a fog as I didnt even know my first step. Cody, the manager was instrumental in helping me with that step. (My new best friend!) He talked to me about storage units - sizes and rental prices. He also helped me purchase boxes and packing supplies. I didnt rent a unit on that visit, or the next visit, or the next, or the next. You get the idea. I was on the Merry-go-Round and didnt know how to get off. Each visit, Cody and Julie were so gracious and patient about answering my myriad of questions. By the end of August, I was finally ready to rent a unit. Cody welcomed me with open arms and a big smile as were on a first name basis now! Thank you Cody, Julie and Public Storage not only for for such outstanding service but the needed counseling along the way.

Even though monthly rent is a bit higher than other local facilities, I doubt the employees elsewhere would have been as helpful. When the total initial payment turned out to be out of my budget, Cody was able to help me sort things out so I could afford my first payment. For service like that, Ill gladly pay higher rent! You definitely get what you pay for.... its not just a place for your stuff, its outstanding service!

I was nervous about the amount of space I had in the unit, but I stacked my stuff like Cody told me to and I have room to spare. Cody was very helpful and answered all of my questions with great knowledge. I felt comfortable and confident in my choice to store my belongings at Public Storage.

I have two units at this location, not necessarily due to geographical convenience, and especially not for the price.I use this location strictly based on the OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT customer service I receive from the property manager,Cody. There has never been a time when I have entered the office that I wasnt met with his most wonderful smile and positive energy. I believe that you have a very rare and valuable asset to your company with this young man. And I have no idea where he found such a beautiful and friendly assistant, but Julie is jut as sweet as Cody.
