This is my second time using this facility and its great! Scott and Lisa are the best to work with and the units are as advertised for size and cleanliness. They also have hand carts and dollies for use, this is 100% my go to place for all of my storage/moving supply needs.

Scott was fantastic helping me choose the correct storage space size for my stuff. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I worked with Scott to get my storage unit. He was a big help and knew what he was talking about. Shady business practices. I gave my credit card number to the office when I first signed up to hold on file for auto payment. But when the next month came by I was notified AFTER they charged my card a late fee for non-payment even though they should have had my card number on file. There was no email saying they couldn’t charge my account or that the number wasn’t taken the day I signed up or anything.Customer service and management were rude and refused to acknowledge they’re mistake in the matter. No refund of late fee at all and the overlooked my unit until I paid. I will be moving out end of this month. No way garbage like this will get more of my money.Renters BEWARE!

Scott at the Arvada storage location was very helpful with an account issue I needed help with. I would recommend this storage facility - the buildings are clean, prices reasonable and weve never had a problem. The customer service is also great. Thank you!

BEWARE! The people who actually daily manage this location are great! However, the district manager is an unprofessional shady business man with unethical business practices.We were informed that we were set up on auto pay when in fact we were not. Consequently, we received an email 6 days after our due date had passed (which we were of course completely unaware of), with late fees already assessed.Even though this was completely their mistake they did NOT refund us the late fee! Completely absurd that they charge us $60 for their mistake! No email prior to the one that shows your account has been assessed late fees either. Shady, unethical, and just downright wrong!!! Shame on you for charging us for YOUR mistake!!!

First off, I’d like to state that the people who work here (Scott and Lisa) are very nice. HOWEVER, when I went to retrieve my belongings from the unit, I discovered that everything was covered with mice waste. My boxes/bags had all been chewed through and my furniture was loaded. The pic is only a portion of what I swept up from the floor (note the multiple dead mice).The mandatory insurance they recommended was worthless because of a ridiculously low cap on “vermin damage”. This was an interior unit and my things had been there over a year.I highly recommend avoiding this storage facility. Unless you want all your stuff destroyed.

Securing a storage unit at Life Storage has been quite a enjoyable experience. I secured a unit using their online system, and within an hour the manager, Lisa, contacted me to verify when I would be in to view the unit and sign the paperwork. Scott, Associate Manager, was knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful; overall very pleasant to work with. The units and property are clean and quite secure at a very reasonable price. I look forward to storing my belonging here while my house is being renovated.

Life storage has been awesome to work with when my life changed and I had to store my whole house. They got me in a unit rite away and helped me when it was urgent.Lisa also was so helpful when I needed to move most of my stuff to my new home but still needed some storage and had a unit for me to downsize to. All in all just a great place to work with and I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Moving can be so stressful and dealing with someone who is rude and short with you only adds to the chaos. That is how we were treated by the gal in the office and we will not rent from this facility or this company as their prices are outrageously high.

Was great when it was uncle bobs, now its life storage, and the manager, I think her name is Lisa, I dont know how she got her position. She has zero customer service abilities, and she dont like you she will literally make up something to count as a mark against your lease on your storage unit and once you have so many they will kick you off of the property. Wouldnt be so bad if she didnt work there. Used to be way cleaner, with a restroom the paying customer could use. Your lucky if they open the bathroom now. DONT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE.

The customer service is excellent! Scott and Lisa were very helpful. Being able to pay online was necessary since I was out of the country. The unit was easy to get in and out of, climate controlled and very secure.

Great storage unit! This place does a wonderful job of delivering on what they promise. The grounds are clean and secure. Wes and Lisa are polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about self-storage. They did a great job of answering our questions when we rented our unit. Their ability to provide a rental truck on short notice makes them unique compared to other storage centers I have looked into. Their prices are fair, and for being a storage unit, I dont think I could be more satisfied with the service Ive received from the Life Storage team.

We have used storage facilities before, not only is the facility clean the staff is great and friendly. We feel like our items are being stored in a clean and safe facility.

Life Storage (store 720) had great prices, was super clean, and the manager Scott was kind and thorough. He got a sudden busy rush in the afternoon, all alone - but quickly took care of all the customers and myself with a smile. I had an excellent experience working with Lisa. I had to change storage units at the last minute after completing the initial contract online, because I discovered the unit would be too small after loading up the materials. She was kind and easy to work with as well as professional in her approach to our dilemma. She got us a new unit with our desired dimensions, explaining the cost difference and giving me all of the details that I needed to get in and out of the location very quickly. And this was on a Sunday. I am thankful about how smooth and effortless everything was. Lisa and Life Storage made what could have been a stressful situation so much better than anticipated.

I love this place. They have such great deals and are very helpful. I like that they are fast in returning calls and also helpful and friendly when emergency problem comes along. I would say this is a great choice for anyone trying to store things in a nice reliable storage, with friendly people.

I was very satisfied with my experience here. From the first day I arrived, I saw Bonnie go out of her way to help a young military couple get settled, and throughout the time I was there using the unit to sort through my mothers estate, both Bonnie and Jwana were so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again, if I ever have the need!

I have had a storage here twice, good location and facility great access hours but I was paying $65 for a 5x5 now they start at $95 wow took about ripping people off. Yes I see they are sold out and yes things are laws of supply meets demand but wow what a near 50% increase. Robbery but like most all things in Denver people want to be there and the prices are outrageous. Ill be renting somewhere else based on better location for a similar rate now that they have started ripping people off.
