From the moment I shared what I needed, I was given a tour of two units/options. The young man was very understanding and walked me through the process from renting the truck for the transition to access code. He took the time to get to know me and made the transfer so much easier such a seamless transition. Great staff!

Edit...Nice new storage facility. Staff was fast and efficient. I had to edit this review. At this facility they lock up the carts so you need to go to the office and ask for a key. This is highly annoying especially if its after the office closes.Also, after hours the automatic door requires a code. This is also annoying when you are carrying stuff. Im sorry, but I do not recommend this facility.Also a bit pricey in my opinion. My climate controlled unit is/was $79.00 per month.I want reiterate that my personal dealing with the staff was 5 stars. My issues are stated above.

This business is awesome!!! You can rent a storage unit anywhere but here they treat you with kindness, respect and compassion. They really value me as a customer and I appreciate that very much. Kevin and Samantha are extremely professional but conduct all business interactions with a great sense of humanity.

I have my things in one of the storage units very nice the staff are very helpful and friendly. My unit is a very affordable price I have a smaller one,so Im not sure how much rhe larger ones are! I would use them again!

Ive had a unit since they opened up at this location. Its always clean theyre always friendly and its always convenient. The staff there definitely knows how to treat their longtime customers

Clean and secure.

The staff at Advantage Storage were very attentive and helpful. The downside is when the office closes, there are no facilities or water fountains and if your phone needs to charge, well too bad. So if your coming from a good distance take care of your needs first.

Okay all I can say is 5* simply the best management and people and storage Ive ever rented. Place is clean they take good care of customers. They keep a good eye on things and I feel safe here that I never have to worry about my possessions. Thank you Kevin & Sam for going above and beyond.

Very clean place and very friendly staff! They are willing to work with you and offer decent prices on units and have units of all sizes. Easy to get to as location is great off 52nd and Marshall. Can come and go as you please and there is alot of stuff around to help you move your stuff. They also have extra items u can buy if u might have forgot them while moving or renting storage like locks, tape, boxes, etc.

Very clean property and clean storage units, the staff is very friendly and always there to help you with anything you need.

They have carts to help move items to your unit. The place is well lit and climate controlled.BUT...The second floor smells like urine, horribly bad!

Indoor climate controlled building has extra layer of security. Kevin the Manger is very nice and helpful. I would use again and recommend.

The customer service is excellent kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone! I will never use Public Storage again as long as they have this place.

Nice new storage units in South Arvada. Convenient location inbetween Wadsworth and Sheridan on 52nd.

Had to wait a long time & there was no note on the door, but the employee was friendly. They didnt have what I was needing but she was able to direct me elsewhere.

New building, clean,safe, good managment!
