She is willing to track down an answer to your questions and get right back with you. I’ve kept my household overflow at Extra Space Storage since I moved to Colorado. I’ve been extremely happy with their product. I pretty much consider it like my garage out back..

Complex is a tight fit and has a steep hill. Great solution for a super large unit though. Am not thrilled about a side gate being left open / unlocked during office hours though.Site also needs camera surveillance.Staff is friendly!

The entrance is difficult to maneuver, and worse after it has snowed. Doesnt seem very secure. Plus the gate was broken so Stacy had one just propped open for anyone to come and go as they pleased. Watch out if your dealing with Stacy and she crosses her arms... means business apparently.

The location is great. It is clean well kept and convenient. The staff was very pleasant and attentive.However, there was some discrepancy between what was understood to be an online promotion at that location and was actually the promotion at that location.The fine print says 1st month free not available on all unit sizes. Ok, well of the 10 or so units listed as available only 2 were marked 1st month free. So I was under the impression that the units not available for the promotion were already designated as such.But that wasn’t the case, because at least one of the two designated as 1st month free, was not.The only other thing I found in the fine print was ‘void where prohibited.’ I don’t know what that means but it must have been prohibited in my situation.And my current circumstances were dependent upon that promotion and because I didn’t find this out until later in the day, I was kind of left in the lurch with a full 20’ truck and nowhere to put my stuff. Which means another $80 in truck rental because nothing is open till Monday.So all in all, it’s a nice location with friendly staff and I would rent there in the future. Just make sure to verify all the details when they call you prior to your arrival on site.

The manager is incredibly nice and super helpful. Great location and prices as well!!! The other employees werent my favorite simply because they were always checking in on me while I was working in my unit and not as friendly. Overall I still recommend this facility and will use it again if I need storage in the future.

I went to Extra Space Storage,7117 W. 56th Ave., Arvada, CO., where I have a unit rented out with some questions regarding the size of my unit and also to ask about the reason for the increase on my unit since I felt was just getting too high for the unit Ive had for several years. I was greeted by Stacy and explained to her about my concern where she told me that she would probably be able to help me and she would talk to her Supervisor about my concern. I got a call from Stacy, as she had told me, and I was informed that she was able to help me out with the cost on my unit. Ive been a customer for 15 to 20 years and I am very Appreciative of the help Stacy did for me!! I will continue to stay with Extra Space Storage for my needs.
