Never again!!Ive never taken any of my cars here and again I understand why. I scheduled an alignment service for my car about a week or so before said appt, mainly due to the fact they had a good price special, location and decided to take a chance.Upon arriving a few minutes early for my appt, there was one guy at the front desk Andrew, and no one else in the store. He was on a call so I waited to check in. He was friendly at first upon check-in but clearly stressed taking calls, etc. He relayed to me it was going to take about 3 hours to get my car done which I already was not expecting, cause alignments usually never take this long. I told him I had to wait for it cause I didnt have a ride, then instead of being useful, he informed me I couldnt wait in their waiting room, that was their rules right now. Mind you again, no one elses waiting areas are closed right now, there is no one else there, and I am already standing in front of him, and he is mask-less. Im starting to get annoyed, I ask where I am supposed to sit for hours on end? With nerve damage being a first responder for many years I can only walk or do so much. He didnt seem to care, started to get rude and I wound up walking out not getting my service done! The poor level of customer service and asinine thinking to not allow me to sit in a waiting room by the door is beyond me and the lack of care, even more ridiculous. Didnt seem to care about losing my business, so goodbye. Thankfully I found a different company providing a cheaper alignment and way better customer service! Definitely dont recommend this place.

I called,got a price,arrived and got another price.He corrected it and the work was done. Satisfied with the time and quality of work. I would recommend this shop for at least, alignment.

Needed tires in a pinch, and made an appointment for Sunday morning, as thats when the tires I ordered (Destination) would be delivered. They called on Saturday afternoon and said the tires came in early, and when I dropped by at their request they had them installed in under 50 minutes. Great customer service!

These guys are just awesome. Got tires and an oil change and Andrew did an awesome job getting it all set up for me. Definitly will be back again for the A++ service and the awesome people!

Andrew was a real gem to work with. I was sent to Firestone to get a new wiper for a rental. When I got there he told me I needed to leave the car there overnight FOR A WIPER BLADE replacement. I called the rental company to see what other options I had and when the rental rep asked to speak with Andrew he started rolling his eyes, scoffing, and throwing his head back in frustration, like an adult. -- seriously the worst experience. I will NEVER take any car there and will advise others to stay away. I cannot imagine having to work with them for any other issues.

They were not that great. They stripped the plug when they did my oil change. We had them check the battery and they said it was fine. Two days later, the battery died. I think you could get better service elsewhere.

Got a nail in my tire after a Memorial Day weekend trip up in the mountains. I was told my tire would be repaired in 2.5 hours and it was done in less than an hour! Grateful for the quick response especially on a national holiday.

This place is a sham! Dont go here if had them replace my ac unit and 2yrs later it didnt work O called about it and they said it was out of warranty.. But remember covid hit so I didnt go or use it. I brought it back once all they did was refill the fridgerant.. Now its not working again I spent close to 2000 for new unit for it not to work.. Seriously a waste of my time and money...

Family in town on vacation and picked up a nail in a tire. Was told they would work me in on a Sunday morning with +20 on the list in front of me. Had me back on the road in an hour and a half. Not to bad considering the circumstances.

Honestly was a bit skeptical at first but had heard good things. I went in and purchased the lifetime alignment plan for my vehicle. I also got my first alignment with them done at that time. They asked about an optional free fluid inspection which I opted in for. I walked over to Target and looked around in the meantime. They called me a little over an hour later and everything was done. The service advisors were both super nice and helpful. He gave me the sheet with all the alignment specs and also the fluid inspection sheet. I am glad I purchased the alignment plan and will be heading back to this location.

Vince treated me with a hunk of respect and is knowledgeable enough to trust with his recommendations. Being around the car business it is rare to find competent and kind sales guys that dont have you feeling like your wallet is their prime target.

Great group of guys that provide top notch service! Vince helped me get tires a couple years ago and I had to go back today because of a nail in my tire. They got my Jeep in right away. I left my Jeep there for half the day and they fixed the leak and provided a quote for new tires. Top notch service and reliable tires. I wont shop anywhere else for tire needs. Thanks guys!

They refused to do service on my car because it has an interlock device installed it takes 2 minutes to call to get a bypass code but that was too much for them

Yesterday I took my car in for an oil change and they did an all around inspection. They called me with some recommendations which I appreciate. I did add a new wiper blade and air filter. But, the tech said he found a large chunk of metal in my left rear tire. Said it’s unrepairable. Being I drive an all wheel drive vehicle he said I need to replace all the tires. Total of 380 dollars. My check tire light wasn’t on so I declined and decided to take it to GCR today for a second opinion. GCR pulled out a little piece of metal. Maybe a cm... “Huge chunk of metal”. Didn’t puncture the tire and wasn’t leaking air.

The honesty and customer service from Patrick and his team has gained them a repeat customer. i would recommend this shop for tire repair and replacement. had no experience with any of their other services so i cant speak to that.

My son got a screaming deal on a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer ($600!) that runs great and has no real body damage, so he gave it to his mother and I. Amazingly, everything works except the electronics on the drivers door. I noticed by the oil change sticker that the previous owner had taken it to Firestone, so I did too. Just to get a break on the 60 dollar cost of the oil change, I applied for a Firestone Credit Card, and was shocked that I was approved. Never had a credit card before. Anyway, since then Ive done about $2,500 worth of repairs in the last year and they always get it done quickly and correctly. However, when I deal with someone other than Patrick or Andrew, it seems like the price is higher. I read in the reviews that someone thought the price was too high for brakes, so they went to Brakes+ and saved a couple hundred dollars. I wouldve too, but I have a Firestone Credit Card, so I couldnt. After finding out that the price for replacing my brakes and rotors was going to be almost a thousand dollars, I asked to talk to Patrick and then the price was $882.00. I mightve saved more by going somewhere else, but I like this store, this location and these people. The only problem is that I do feel like sometimes the others try to pad the bill a bit. I worked five years in the Service Department at a Nissan Dealership and saw the Service Advisors CONSTANTLY tell people they needed things done that they really didnt, so I worry thats what theyre trying to do with me at Firestone, but Patrick and Andrew always take really good care of me, and I never balk at the price they give me because it always seems fair to me.

The Firestone I use in Arvada, CO provides good, dependable service. I get solid suggestions on what services need to be done to keep my 13-year-old Saturn running great. I even have a set of Firestone tires on my car with 25,000 miles on them with many more miles yet to come.

The guys there are amazing! They went over and beyond to help me get what I needed done. Big shout out to Vince and Andrew

I don’t know what all these bad reviews are for, but this firestone has saved me from many mental breakdowns when something is wrong with my car... screeching wheels while driving, found a rock wedged in my breaks, no up charge. Today, found and fixed a leak in my tire. Told me they were thin, but there was no forceful up sale... I decided I wanted the new tires so I didn’t have to deal with the leak again in the future... as a patch is temporary. Thanks again for the great service, for staying open and positive during this pandemic. You all rock!

I went in with a slow leak tire. Went back a month later because it was leaking again.After two more visits it turns out that they patched the wrong tire not once but twice.How does this happen?!?No explanation. No apology.Seriously guys. Lay off the weed.

I have always written positive reviews on Google! Yesterday, I had a standard maintenance oil change and tire rotation on my car. However, I left Firestone with a list of $2,500 of said repairs that I needed to have done, according to Andrew. I called my trusted mechanic, and he laughed out loud as I went over the list and told him of my experience. I am having my trusted mechanic review the list of repairs from Andrew and Firestone. Upon leaving, my car is idling rough, pulling to the left, and my brake light is on. I drove around the block, and went back to Firestone. I spoke with Andrew; he said he was unable to assist or address these sudden, new problems my car had developed. I gave Andrew another chance to make things right by calling him today. Unfortunately, he chose not to.

One of the best firestones I have been to. Went in with my tire in my trunk. My wheel needed to be fixed because of dents from hitting a pothole. They hammered it out and got my new tire on in record time on NYE. Every person I spoke to in the store or on the phone was so kind and you could tell they really care about the service they were giving.Thank you guys again!

These guys are great. I had a tire losing air, a possible blowout situation, and I couldn’t get air into it. They took the car for an hour on a Saturday afternoon, checked the tire for punctures and leaks, found the stem was loose and tightened it for me. I was so happy with the work. Thank you!

When I got there expecting to pay the higher cost, they told me they were able to correct without replacing the part at no additional charge. So my bill was lower than expected. Friendly service. My new place to go for car services and tired.

Their mechanic wreaked my car!!!Firestone on 80th and wads, completely totaled my vehicle while on a test drive with it, that honestly looks more like a joy ride at this point.Ive always looked at these reviews and wondered how people could wish they could leave zero stars and now I know why.Ive gone here for years, they are over priced but it was convenient so I over looked it but now what is going on here is a complete and absolute joke.My car literally has brand new breaks just had an oil change 24 hours before this and just got a new battery. I took it to Firestone because warnings were popping up on my dashboard, thinking it was going to be a simple fix of just resetting my dashboard because of the new battery I never could have imaged what would come about.They called me about there being a little accident, trying to remain calm and expecting just a scratch or dented bumper I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That is until they sent me this picture! They completely destroyed my car!The worst part is they promised me that they would handle everything and it has now been more then 20 days and I have yet to hear anything from their insurance and the Store Manager Patrick keeps rushing me off the phone or out of the store every time I try to get some answers about what is going on.The emotional strain put on me from this is unbelievable and I am just hoping posting this will get their butts moving towards actually making this right.

They didnt have the specific tires we are looking for that they said they had on their website. But the gentleman was very helpful and found us something comparable at a comparable price. They got us in same day. And replaced all four tires quickly and efficiently. Everyone was also very helpful as well as friendly.

Firestone tired to cheat meSo i went to oil change for my corolla 2011After 20 minutes of service, they said that my car was leaking because my hose connector for my cooling is broken. My car was fine when i drove it to there and when my car still in home, there is no leaking or something. I drives my car everyday because i’m a delivery guy, if it is leaking, absolutely i will notice that, and how can it was broken because the hose connector is is inside the cap..that was absolutely insane

Third time at this Firestone... Probably the last.First problem I had with them, they lost my ladys keys to her vehicle when we came to pick it up.Second time in, not one issue. Everything was scheduled on time & done on time when they said it would be complete.Third time in, called two days ago... Was told to bring it in Friday morning at 8am. Brought it in at 8am on Friday and now the current time is 5:34pm. Ive called them twice and they told me it would first be done at noon/12pm. Here I am more than 5 hours waiting. Second time they told me it would be done in a couple hours. Well its been more than a couple hours. Im being lied too and I no longer want firestones services at this location. Poor business ethic at this location.

What a waste of my time. I will not go back. Ive been taking my auto here for regular maintenance. This time I needed brakes checked. I had an appointment for 10 am. They told me they would get to me in a couple hours to let me know what I needed. I called them at 2 pm and they hadnt even looked at it. They called me after 4 pm. to let me know price and that the brakes were special order and would not be able to install them until they got the part in around noon the next day.Why even make an appointment?The worst part I didnt get the brakes replaced.

My company vehicle (Side by Side Pest Control) needed new tires and I just had an issue with the engine not starting on a cold day.Andrew got me in and took care of me - as always - so Im back on the road. All the staff at the front counter are excellent and the mechanics are first rate!Ive been a happy customer and know the manager Mark for years now.Get in and see these guys BEFORE you have a long wait to get an appointment.

Terrible service. Let me rephrase that. Terrible no service at all. Made an appointment at 8am for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Checked in and waited. Tech comes back 15mins later. Returns vehicle stating they cant complete the oil change till 3pm. Who takes 7 hours to do an oil change? Tech must have forgotten the whole point of making an appointment. Referred me to another Firestone and said have a nice day. Complete waste time. Will never use this Firestone location again.

Don’t come here! They’re not worth a dime, I came in with a flat tire and the guy at the front desk said he was going to go ask if they could squeeze me in. The guy walked 2 feet into the shop and walked right back to tell me they can’t help me. He didn’t ask anyone! So I asked if he knew of any other open places around and said “nope I don’t think so”. I left and drove to their neighbors with a flat, PEP BOYS where open and able to help me instantly!

Update: I have had the great pleasure of working with Patrick & Steven the last two days on my car. I needed a lot of work done in replacing my brakes and bubbled tire. Not only did they get this done quickly, but with care. Thank you so much for being so helpful always! My car Aurora & I thank you!! 😊 Will be coming back to replace my other two tires when I have another paycheck lol.Great staff, me and my family only take our cars here for any tire needs. They keep you updated consistently on the timing it will take for your vehicle to be ready and are very quick at it! Never have had a bad experience here.

I have used this shop for many years as they are close to home. This last time was the last straw with regard to incompetence and gouging. They quoted me 89.00 to install and balance 4 tires. Nothing fancy, just winter 17 235 x 45s 10.00 of it they had for tire disposal fee. When I pointed out there were no tires to dispose as these were new tires and new wheels I was told by a smug fellow we are not removing that fee This is actually illegal on their part as you pay a state tax where you buy the tires, not where you have them installed. I loaded up my tires and wheels and took my business elsewhere. The same owner owns the Tires Plus on Wadsworth. They seem to have the same attitude. How can we come up with fees and extras to charge customers. Unreal. I once paid 5.00 extra per tire from these guys to have low profile tires installed. Guess what, they didnt set the bead correct and the tire wobbled all the way to Wisconsin. Problem was fixed by a Tires plus in Green Bay, WI. Do Not Trust These People With ANYTHING

So I went in the other morning after I called in advance to make sure they can fix my tire he said just come right on n and well get you taken care of. All I had was a nail in my tire my tire. And it took them one hour and 15 minutes to fix it not only that but they charged me $20 and Discount Tire does it for free.!! And when they sell my Air Force plates they said theyll give me a discount Im sure if I went to Discount Tire Shop they would have got my tire fixed within 20 minutes and it wouldnt cost me a penny! Im going to Discount Tire Shop from now on even if it means I have to drive an extra 15 minutes its going to be worth the drive!

Got new tires and an alignment from here, car was done an hour earlier than they quoted which was nice. The tires where a good price (Firehawks) compared to other big brands so it was worth it to me to go here. I would take my car back here to get the same tires if/when required.

I have been a customer with this Firestone location for about five years and found them to be above board, fair, and reasonably priced in all they do. Of particular importance, if for any reason the repair is not exactly as it should be they will make it right as soon as they possibly can without charge. That goes a long way towards building and maintaining customer service.

This Firestone has been working on my vehicle for approximately 5 years now. Robert shibata is one of the best technicians that Ive had the privilege to know in my life and I know that they take care of all of my needs and issues.

Beware!! Stay away!!! This is not an ethical place of business. The staff will deceive, lie and cheat you. They will do whatever it takes to cover themselves. They will make mistakes and damage your vehicle and replace any parts with whatever universal parts they have lying around. Firestone did reimburse me for the damages they did to my vehicle. Definitely a huge headache though. I will never be purchasing anything from Firestone again.

Last night my tire sidewall blew right near their shop. I parked it there and called this morning. They gave no pressure as to which tires to buy and had me done in an hour. Im really happy with my service here and glad they happened to be closest!

I was at another local competitor and was shocked how incompetent and unprepared they were. Instead of waiting longer, I called Firestone up the road in Arvada. The service here was much different. Everyone looked like they were drinking espresso, super fast and working super hard. They had my car done in less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable. I dont know of better service in Colorado. Tried to get some tires for a grand Cherokee and was told they werent interested because my tires were 20 inches and they have problems with tires that large. I had to laugh but either way if you have an suv look for alternatives

Called ahead to make an appointment and made it known i didnt have much time. The girl told me that having an appointment assures me they can get me on the lift at the time of the appointment. I get there 5 minutes early to go over the paperwork for the alignment. It wasnt until 45 minutes after that they finally got it on the lift. I come here often and leave with a bad taste in my mouth. I have a lifetime alignment so i have to go to Firestone. Im going to drive the 10 miles to the other one in my area.

Horrible customer service. I had a tire patched and a full inspection done. I paid over $50 to have horrible service. I tried to pull my own tire out of the trunk with Andrew standing there watching. I had to say its really heavy or stuck can you try before he helped pull it out for me. I was told it would be about a 4 hour wait which ended up being closer to 2. When I picked up my car he never went over my inspection. I had to ask are my brakes and oil okay? He responded with yep I asked again so everything is good? He said yes the only thing wrong is your low pressure light which should turn off soon. I paid and left to wake up to my tire flat again in the morning. Come to find out there was another hole in the tire not just one. They didnt check to make sure of that before they sent me on my way or get the hint that my tire pressure light was still on for a reason... I fill it up and make plans to have it refixed elsewhere. I called and told Andrew the situation and he said not to argue but how do we know you didnt run something else over after leaving here? I was astonished he even had the nerve to say that to a customer. Then said yeah come on in and we can take care of the refund. When I showed up for a refund he told me I had to show proof that I paid to have it re fixed elsewhere before they can issue me a refund. I think its irreverent who or where re fixed my tire. The bottom line is they didnt do their job right the first time and exemplified horrible customer service. I would never return to this location. I now have to deal with disputing these charges through my bank. Save yourself the time, money and headache and choose another location. By the way firestone, discount tire doesnt charge anything to patch a customers tire. Maybe yall should take some advice from their customer service. I am not one to normally complain, but I work management in the customer service and financial industry and the behavior that was presented was absolutely unacceptable. I hope you guys can find people to work who are happy to be there.

I have been using Firestone for years, and multiple locations. I always check prices before any repairs or tire purchase. They are the least expensive I have found, everytime. They are a no hassle, get it done kind of place. Never one bad issue, always helpful and no bs.

Brought my 2012 Tundra in when I thought the fuel pump was going out. The technician had it for a full day and came back with Sir, your fuel pump if working just fine. You can drive it away. Truck makes it for a few days, fuel pump goes out stranding me 65miles away from home. I spend a $1000 towing my truck and trailer home because Firestone misdiagnosed my trucks problems while charging me hourly to look at it. Thanks alot Firestone now I cant even afford to fix the problem to told me didnt exist a week ago. Shoulda called Pep Boys!

If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars I would! Every time I have been here I have received the worst service of my life. The first time my car died and me and my best friend (two young 16 year old girls at that time) had to push my car by OURSELVES into the shop while the mechanics all stood watching. After that I should have never came back. My second time in the shop I got my tires replaced, and left thinking I was happy. Come to find out when my husband tried to replace my back brakes that the mechanic working on my car completely stripped the lugnut and the wheel stud, which then caused the stud to snap in half. After calling and then driving my car into Firestone, they kept my car for 3 whole hours just to call me and tell me that they arent responsible and will not do anything about it. But of course I could buy the part for 15$ (they are .99 cents at AutoZone) and pay 70$ to pull the post out and put the new, ridiculously overpriced, one in (which I can do for free by myself). After these experiences and all the horrible experience my family members have had, its definitely safe to say, NEVER GO TO THIS FIRESTONE!!!!!!!!

Had us wait an hour before they can tell us could not do oil change because car was not equipped with dip stick called another firestone said they can do will never take business there honestly think they didn’t want to do oil change because they were behind and backed up even had appointment!

Came in for an oil change and was quoted my car would be done in an hour. Came back an hour and a half later, waited for another 20 minutes. Then I asked how much longer until my car was done and the guy seemed confused about my car. Turns out they didnt even get it in yet and they told me another hour to be done. They essentially forgot about my car and failed to update me of anything. Stay the hell away from this place its filled with a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing.

Worst Firestone they highballed me so bad, they tired to sell me breaks at 875 dollars and breaks pluse did it for 455.62

Service writer Patrick was awesome, after the previous day when the guy closed the register as I walked in Patrick stuck around for an extra 10 minutes so I could pick up my car, not to mention grabbing the scrap tires that were left in my trunk
