I am quite impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and timeliness of this shop. The staff was responsive to my situation and helping me to get my vehicle back on the road. I will definitely bring my cars back here for future work.

The team at Arvada West Auto & Truck went above and beyond any expectation I would have expected for a mechanic. With the recent snowfall and weather, the crew at the time of service made sure I had a ride home. Having been the original owner a Toyota Tacoma for ~15 years, with 205k plus miles, I know my truck. I was called as soon as the mechanic had diagnosed the vehicle and the tuneup performed was exceptional! This truck has not run like this in years. As much as Id like to keep this a secret, this team is a top notch shop and the first shop Id prefer over dealers mechanic.

Very responsive and stand behind their work

Im not sure if it was an off day or if they overbooked themselves, however my boyfriend and I had a highly unsatisfactory experience. Please take any appointments you make with a grain of salt, as they appear to be low priority for this shop. We made an appointment for an alignment a week in advance and were told to drop our vehicle off before 10 a.m. Cool, no problem. We drove from Black Hawk all the way to this location and had it dropped off at around 9:30. Our vehicle had been held hostage far longer than it should have. We called around 3:00 for any sort of update about our vehicle and we were told they were still checking it out. Im very disappointed at the lack of urgency here. We ended up picking up our truck at around 4:30 and were charged $45 even though they never communicated a fee, and no alignment was done. Im understanding that sometimes things need to be corrected before an alignment can be done. However, I dont understand how we could have an appointment scheduled a week in advance and them take 7 hours to get us our car back, unserviced. We are completely dissatisfied. If they had given us this news in a timely manner and gotten our car back to us within a few hours of when we dropped our vehicle off, we might be more understanding.Terrible place. Terrible lack of urgency. Terrible communication of prices. Would not recommend their services, unless you like things untimely and delayed.Edit: 10/13/2020 They were kind enough to reimburse us for the trouble.

I had gone to another local mechanic because I knew something wasn’t right with my car. I stumbled upon these guys. They were very straightforward, thorough, I felt honest, they could have ripped me off and I felt that they did an amazing job! So far my car is running beautifully and I feel safe in it! I really appreciate these guys and will be using them again in the future!

Great place for a diesel. Helped me diagnose a truck before I bought it. Talked me through some fixes and were more than fair. Highly recommend them.

First off, big shout out to Bobby!!! This has been hands down one of the best experiences at a mechanic shop that Ive had! Bobby explained everything clear, and was very patient with me, and listened to what I was actually saying. Instead of treating me with indifference or acting like I didnt know what I was talking about, he truly listened! He was very good with communication, and followed up when he said he would, and acted as a liaison with the tire company for me. The shop did excellent work, and I think that my car now drives better than when I bought it!! I cant say thank you enough to the whole staff for being so wonderful!

Ive experienced quite a number of auto repair shops throughout the north area and Arvada West has proven to be the one I return to because they not only service the vehicle but will also check to see if there a upcoming issue(s) that will be needed. Everything wears out eventually so it is good to know ahead of time what service will be needed in the future.

Had an excellent experience with Arvada West Auto. Quality price, turn around time, and customer service. They were able to solve an oil pressure issue in my truck with ease that 2 other shops could not figure out, both those shops tried multiple times. They kept me well informed about what the issue was and how they were going to solve it. Extremely happy with the service at Arvada West Auto and will be using them from here on out.

Great experience! I had taken my vehicle to a different shops SIX times and they couldnt seem to figure out what was wrong with it. I finally brought it to Arvada West after a recommendation from my brother in law and husband. My vehicle was there less than 24 hours and they not only found the issue but fixed it with great customer service and updates along the way. I will recommend them to everyone.

The staff was very communicative about anything they ran into and always gave me a call for my consent before they did something we did not discuss. Ive seen other shops quote me a number and then charge me more for something they never told me about. The staff is super direct and friendly and business oriented. They charge less in labor than most other shops. I enjoyed my experience there and most likely will go back.

Called with emergency. Met with disdain and apathy. Explained that my car was seizing up and all of the lights on the dashboard were lit up. It happened 3 times (2x at a standstill and I could barely get it restarted and 1x while I was driving.) I am worried that we will get in an accident.I was told that they had zero availability and that if I dropped it off they might look at it? Also stated that they did not know if they could diagnosis it?? Much less be able to fix it???It is a strange way to do business. I also asked if they could recommend anyone and was told to try 2 other places but they were probably they just as busy.I did have my AC (fixed) a few months ago. Hey at least that works. Although they were not upfront about the cost.Avoid this place if you want someone who genuinely cares about your business and loyalty.

They are really helpful! They got my car into the shop quickly. They did great work and did not over charge.

They did a pre purchase inspection for a very reasonable price, Id use them again.

Just got my car back. They fixed the problems but there was grease or something all over the steering wheel and ebrake. I didnt notice how messy it was until I drove it and everything felt sticky.It was around the entire back of the steering wheel and under side of the ebrake. Im sure theres other spots around that I havent found yet.I guess take your car here if you dont care about the interior.

Weve been going to Arvada West Auto for around 10 yrs now. Ive always had a great experience and great service. They gave great suggestions when we were considering keeping or getting ride of our old Subaru.

This is a great shop run by great people. Theyve really helped us out a few times now. Theyre knowledgeable, have fair prices and they stand by their work.

The male owner was outright rude, aggressive, and accused me of blackmailing them for money since I was trying to get refunded for the additional expenses I incurred due to their error. We will never give them our business again. While replacing several fuses that went out, one of their mechanics made an amateur mistake that ended up costing me 5 hours and $120 to take my vehicle to the mechanics at a Toyota dealership. People make mistakes, no problem, but when I went in to discuss it so that they could make it right, I was met with nothing but excuses and an argumentative attitude. Ultimately, the mechanic made it right and was respectful. The female owner partially refunded my additional expenses, but the male owner is awful and unpleasant.

They try to keep the price down, and get everything done they can after asking you for the go ahead.

Friendly, caring, dependable people at this shop. Service is always wonderful, & very good.

Quoted $700 for a side motor mount because they claimed to need to remove a bunch of stuff that would take hours.......I did it in my driveway in an hour with a $10 elbow on a socket wrench. Like most mechanics they are only concerned with billable hours.......
