When the brake lines failed on my car, we were able to get in quickly and the repair was made the next day, on time, as promised. Dan, the assistant manager, was awesome. He communicated clearly and did as he said he would. Would definitely come back again

Had an alternator n battery replaced on June and started having issues again on September. Brought the car yesterday with an appointment at 9 am, it’s been over 24 hrs and my car is not fixed. As far as i know, replacingan alternator takes 2 hours tops. When asked how long the job was gonna take i was told by 2 different employees they couldn’t answer that…I don’t recommend this place nor it’s employees.I will never take my car to any Midas ever again

I ran over an un-noticed large rock on a sightseeing trip last weekend. Resulted in loud vibration on idle and during acceleration. The guys at Midas diagnosed the problem - the rock bent the skid plate at one point, displacing a flexible line in the exhaust system which was vibrating against the frame. They re-positioned the line (they must have had to remove the skid plate). They did all this for no charge to me - calling the service an exhaust system inspection. Thanks Midas for the great service!

I had a great experience here! My car was making a rattling noise so I brought it here. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They took their time diagnosing the problem and found out it was a simple fix and didnt charge me at all. Troy was super friendly and professional. I will definitely choose this Midas again for any car troubles!

Wow, Troy was always the epitome of great customer service when he was at BigO in Golden. And sure enough now that he’s at this Midas h brings the same A+ game. It’s worth driving from Golden to know that Troy is taking care of things!!!!

I recently took my subaru in to have the engine checked. Not only was the service fast professional and pleasent, it ended up where the car was just fine. While in the middle of a very long road trip, our vans break line broke and we needed anemergency fix. Nick and Tim took us in and was able to get us back on the road. They were great and we really appreciated them looking at the van and fixing it even though they were close to closing.

I had to come here unexpectedly when my car started leaking on a very busy day. They took my car in immediately, worked quickly, and priced the repairs out quickly and fairly. Katelyn in the office is super kind and helpful, which is so comforting when thats not usually the case at a mechanic shop.

Had my catalytic converter stolen and had a poor welding job done at another Midas location back in Texas. When I took it to this Midas they thanked me for being a customer and took care of the weld for free even though they weren’t the ones that had done the poor job. Troy was very professional and I will be a returning customer.

Tried to get brakes done. They said they don’t do pads without doing rotors, total scam. Quoted me $1400. Went to brakes plus and they machined the rotors and replaced pads for $480. Midas is a scam

Went here for a leak and rattling by my tire. Cost $500 to fix the leak and then he said I needed a whole new suspension and quoted me $3,000. I took my car to Ingram Car Care and they said it was not my suspension but a sway bar link and only quoted me $120. This place is a rip off and apparently they like to lie to single moms who don’t know much about cars. Screw the manager and this whole company. Terrible.

When my car broke down late one afternoon, Midas was able to take the car right away, and the repairs were completed for a reasonable price by the next morning.

No fuss, fair dealing folks who do good work.

Tim and Troy were both great. I was worried about the alignment of my car and whether or not anything else was wrong with the front end. The alignment was completed and I received a printout to take home for my husband to look at. I was a long way from home and away from my ususal repair/brake/alignment garage so I was a little nervous about getting the straight answer. No worries on that account! I would use them again if I were in that neighborhood.

Stopped in to get a fuel filter replaced 1999 Ford F-150 and the Manager quoted me $180.00!!!!!! Please keep in mind the filter runs along the inside of the frame and takes no less than 2 minutes to replace with the Filter Tool and the part is no more than $25.00. Went to a competitor mechanic shop and I was charges $52.00 total!!!!Now I know why I dont go to Midas... what a joke!

So very disappointed. I brought my truck in 2 months ago when it was having issues and was told by Brett that there are some minor leaks in the front end and an old stored code reading too cold for too long but nothing to really worry about. Two weeks later my truck bogs down and dies on the side of the road during rush hour traffic while I have my two daughters, one an infant in, my vehicle. I made another appointment for an inspection at Midas and got a tow home. I brought it in for the inspection and waited about an hour and they told me that they couldnt find anything wrong with it, just the stored code and low fluids, so they topped them off. Three days later my truck dies again! This time on I-70. I called Midas and had their Tow Service bring the truck to the Arvada location and me and my newborn got a lyft to the shop. They tested and inspected the vehicle for about 2 hours told me that they could not find anything wrong with it and only if it acts up in their possession are they able to fix it! So I asked Brett if the next time it breaks down if he could send a mechanic to inspect the issue as its happening. He said Yes, as long as I have enough staff. About a week later it breaks down again. I called Midas and spoke with Brett and he said Sorry I dont have enough staff to send anybody out. I called another Midas, and they informed me that sending out a mechanic is actually against policy and he asked me for the name and number to the person who gave me this misinformation. I let him know it was Brett at Arvada. I have realized that I have seek help elsewhere so I called Midas to get some information about the code that was read and of course they said they dont have any notes in their system about a stored code but they definitely had that tow charge in there! Now would you trust the Midas touch?

It starts from Management and trickles down. Brett is a great manager and his employees reflect that. He’s helpful, knowledgeable and always gives his honest opinion. And his employees like Kyle always go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right and honest. Thank you guys for being open during this crisis.

I took my car here for years before moving out of the area. They are reliable, reasonably-priced and fair. In one case they even fixed an issue for free that most likely was not their fault. On my older car, they made maintenance recommendations, but did not push me to have any extra work done that was not absolutely necessary. If you are looking for a good service/repair place in Arvada, Id recommend taking a look at this Midas.

I have tried other Midas locations and was very disappointed in my experience. This one is well-organized, was prompt, and when I had an issue that needed attention after the service, they took care of it immediately and thats all I could ask for.

I recently took my car in for the check engine light. I was told it might have to go to a dealer if its computer related. parts were changed but when I picked up the car the light came back on. They offered to keep working on it or I could have a full refund. I choose the refund and decided to take it to a dealer. I gave 5 stars for them offering the refund and the honest service I got, I will take my car back in the future.

If you are looking for a shop you can honestly say you like bringing your car to, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Each time I have been in, they have been quick, honest, and welcoming. Today was the second visit I had at this Arvada Midas. The first time was a few weeks back during a very stressful time for me. The expertise and professionalism of the service I needed was outstanding. For today, I had already scheduled an appointment for an oil change this Friday, but I had to have my car jump started and I was afraid of being stranded somewhere in the cold. Once the car got started, I went straight to Midas. Once again, I was greeted with professionalism! I explained that I needed a new battery and that I had an appointment for Friday for an oil change. I was offered for both services to be performed today and I gladly accepted. The store manager, Brett, and the technician who worked on my car were outstanding, courteous and compassionate. I will definitely return to this Arvada Midas Center.

Logan and crew take real good car of me and my truck. they have serviced my 2005 Chevy avalanche numerous times and do a great job every time. they are very informative on whats going on underneath my vehicle. they have earned my future business for things I just cant do myself.

I got some work done on my car here, but the repair wasnt exactly what I needed. I called and got a quick response. Everyone involved provided excellent customer service. Ian reached out to me and I was able to bring my car back in and they actually were able to get my banged up exhaust off my car body and off the road. That was exactly what I needed.

Then I had a flat tire and an extremely tight timeline to get it fixed and they not only did the work quickly to get us back on schedule, but they didnt even charge me and gave the kids cookies, too! Brought my ride in without an appointment, right before the weekend (no idea what I was thinking). I Was told they would squeeze me in, but perhaps not till the end of the day. It didnt take nearly that long, and they were courteous enough to give me a few updates throughout the day. They were just finishing up as I got there and their assistant manager was very personable, engaging and joking with me while I waited. All in all, a really positive experience. I was told by GO Honda that I needed new brakes within 2 months. I brought in into Midas and they could have agreed but instead told me that I was good for another 10-15K miles. Its nice to find a trustworthy shop that wont just take my money.

KNEW FOR 4 DAYS WHAT THE SCOPE OF WORK WAS AND DIDNT HAVE THE PARTS! I had a rough estimate on a Saturday. On Sunday I made an appointment for the following Friday. Monday I talk with the same guy who gave me the estimate on Saturday so he knew I needed a muffler and tailpipe. I drop off the truck on Thursday so they can have it first thing on Friday. I get called Friday morning that they need to order the parts and the supplier doesnt work on Saturday so it will be repaired on Monday. Monday near the close of business I CALLED THEM since I had not heard anything. One part got there the other had not. 9 days and no work done on the truck because they didnt plan ahead to have the parts there.

I have been coming here every few months for an oil change for over two years now. They take care of me everytime. I never feel pressure to “fix all the other problems on my car” like other auto companies pressure you to do. It’s a very welcome and friendly atmosphere! I am always greeted with a smile from Nate or Logan! They always answer the phone and make accommodations according to your needs. I would highly recommend!

So the last time I went there, they told me my ball joints were loose. I asked to look at them. And they were tight. Maybe they made a mistake because they were busy. I don’t know. But I would suggest you have them show you what’s wrong or get a second opinion, which is good advice anyway.

Less than a year later, I had to buy four new tires for my car, because these idiots put the wrong size tires on my car, and they were crappy tires. And this was after selling me on the idea that they were very good tires. They were just trying to get rid of terrible tires they had sitting in their shop for too long. I guess I was the sucker. Dont patronize this place.

I have had so many issues with this Midas, and they tried to make things better with a free oil change card, and then as I have to change the tires, the place where I tried to get them changed said they were way over torqued and they didn’t want to break them. I will never go back to Midas again, since they have messed so many things up on my car.

The greatest people of my life work here! When dumb me panicked about leaving the stove on, I threw the car into reverse, didnt look, and backed right into a pole on the side of the road. I excelled at getting that pole stuck so far underneath this car, I thought for sure I was out of luck. Slowly drove my car to Midas and announced I have a challenge and they went right to work. They didnt embarrass me or make me feel bad for doing something dumb. They reassured me that things in life happen. They can handle any challenges and they will try and help me the best they can. These men, working on Saturday November 10th 2018, are the nicest, classiest, knowledgeable men I could have asked for in a predicament. I appreciate every one of them and I reccomend always going there for any need. Thanks again!!

Stopped by to have an oil change and some other work completed (Brake light out, wiper blade issues). The oil change was completed on time. The team researched the wiper blade problem and found a solution, called me to confirm the work and the budget, and completed it no problem. They did the same with the brake light. Would go back and plan to.

I have been going to this location for many years, for many vehicles.Yesterday morning, I walked in there in a panic that my car was overheating, after my husband had replaced the radiator over the weekend. They quickly confirmed our suspicion of an air pocket in the radiator, causing the issues we were having, and offered to help run the air pocket through. I left my car there for a few hours and went back to pick it up and it was perfect. No charge. Im very thankful for the excellent service! I will continue to go back for many years to come.Car problems are stressful, and they do their best to take the stress out of the situation!THANK YOU GUYS!!

I had taken my vehicles here for years feeling like they were honest and always fairly priced. Maybe a little more than some shops, but worth the ability to trust the people doing the work. Last visit I was charged around $600 to change 6 spark plugs and 1 ignition coil. They itemized the plugs at $37.99 per spark plug not including the labor! I called numerous shops afterwards and no quote was higher than $400 for the job, most falling between $200-$300. All of the other shops said with their mark up the plugs should have run between $7-$10 each for the parts alone. Bummer as I used to swear by this shop to everyone I knew.
