Great shop, great guys. I had a couple tough, gremlin-packed issues with my Forester, and Garrett and the boys stuck with it, finally getting the thing sorted out. They were super fair with the pricing too, only making me pay for actual new work, they covered tweaking work that was previously done. Each time they were diligent with estimates and notifications. 10/10 Would recommend.

These guys are awesome! I was told by another shop that I needed new rear brakes and then when I got To Ingram they told me that I had another half of the year left and did not upsell me on anything. They gave a free inspection and also did not charge me for anything! Wow wow wow! You just don’t hear about that anymore in the auto repair industry.I’ll be back in half a year !! You guys ROCK!!!

Garrett helped me out when my break pads were going out.. Ingram car care helped me out and was very professional. Im from Kentucky and was scared about finding a mechanic but happy that I stumbled into their shop. My starter stopped working on my car, and I attempted to do it myself before I realized I was in over my head.Gave these guys a call and they were able to quote me a very fair price. Worked around my schedule to get it worked on. Turned out they were able to get me in 30 minutes after I called and the car was done just a few hours later.Very honest and trustworthy feel to the place. Great place! Both locations have been stellar. Got brakes done on our Subaru and oil change in our Honda. They are great about letting you know costs ahead of time, fair pricing for any discovered issues, and honest about what needs done asap and what can wait. We drive from Parker cause these guys are worth the drive.

Ingram came highly recommended and they delivered.Straight forward, honest guy running the shop. They give free inspections and they dont try to push you into a sale. I had a small overheating problem and they replaced the cap and problem was solved.I will definitely be back when problems arise again.

My car was not starting properly and so I called Ingram Car Care Center. I spoke with Marc who said it sounded like the battery. He said he could get my car in for service first thing in the morning. Upon arrival, Marc checked the battery and found that it needed to be replaced. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road, new battery installed. He also offered me a few options for a warranty on the battery which I appreciated. Friendly, professional service - I highly recommend them! Their mascot, Bear, kept me company while I waited - it was a fun visit to the auto shop, believe it or not. Recommended!

New to Arvada I chose Ingram Car Care Center based on other reviews & comments. I want to establish a relationship with a local mechanic. My car is relatively new & I was in for an oil change & tire rotation. I had a great experience! Mark was welcoming, the wait area was clean & my car done within an hour. Looks like I found my new mechanic.

Had to get my brakes done fairly quick and with me being picky on who touches my car, I researched and found Ingram Car care. They got me in the same day I called, I was in and out of there within about 2 hours. Marc was great, I was able to watch to ensure it was done correctly. With me being a female and knowing most things about cars, this was the first place that didnt treat me like a dumb female. Amazing customer service by both Marc and Josh. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much!

Ive been coming here for years! This crew is fast, reliable, and honest. They have worked on 3 of my personal vehicles, and some of my familys. They always give us the best deal!

I use to love this place I really thought they were taking care of me and i even sent some family their way and all they said is that this place is crooks. Comes to find out they’ve been overcharging me lying about parts in my car being broken or needing to be fixed when i took it too another shop finally that wasn’t half the case. They had my car for 2-3 weeks and never ever got to it and couldn’t find the problem so i took my car back after my time was wasted and went somewhere else who did a great job and charged me half the price, haven’t had any problems with my car since. They were great for a minute gave me warranties on all my stuff they did fix so we will see if they hold up their end on the warranties or make things straight for me instead of being crooked. I won’t go here again unless its for my warrantied parts and I will stay with my vehicle the whole time to see what’s true and what is not. It’s unfortunate this happened because Todd the owner is cool and if he works on your car you can trust it, anyone else you can’t trust there.

Wow reading all of the great reviews on here is very misleading. I have had nothing but problems with these guys. They replaced my alternator in my Outback..........3 times. Every time the product failed. Once I was stranded in the mountains after my car lost power, weeks after they installed a new alternator. I cut my loses and went to SubaPros. They replaced my alternator right the first time, and never had to be replaced again. Flash forward to yesterday, we brought our Mazda into Ingrams for an alignment and to replace the 02 sensor, figured it was pretty basic work. The guy said he didnt didnt charge us for the alignment, just the 02 sensor at the end. HOWEVER, the next morning (after they had the car most of the day), the check engine light was back on! The wheel was shaking profusely, and we are pissed. So we called and the guy immediately, and he said that no one told him we needed an alignment. No one told me to do an alignment. I didnt know the wheel was shaking. Well why do we have an alignment sheet. I told you to look at everything and the main reason we brought it in was the alignment! We even discussed pricing! Excuses are never a good thing when it comes mechanics. RUN. Spend the extra money at a good mechanic for a job done right. Good luck.

I have brought a few vehicles over to them some small fixes and some big, they are honest. they do an amazing job. I live in lakewood but still will bring my cars here top quality and service. The only downside is they are a smaller facility so getting in can be tricky but the work the do is top notch.

What an amazing experience. Brakes and emission issue were taken care off. This is by far the best automotive experience I have ever had. I will return for all of the maintenance my vehicles require.

I cant say enough great things about Todd and his awesome team. I was having issues with my Jeep leaking and they did a thorough check on my car, figured out the problem and lucky I had a warranty on my repair at my last facility so I dont have to spend more on repairs. Todd could have charged me for the diagnostic and his time, he shook my hand and told me to have a good day...what an awesome experience! Plus, they topped off my fluids. I have NEVER dealt with such an honest repair facility until I met Todd and his team. Highly Recommend!!!!

(Like is someone with a PhD changing my oil) I walked in to Ingram and they were so helpful and friendly they changed my oil and I was able to visit Olde Town Arvada. I met Todd and his wife, Kim, while I was a Fedex Contractor. My territory was western Boulder and Gilpin counties-all mountain territory. I started taking my Fedex vehicles to him about twelve years ago for my brakes, tires, and suspension issues, as brake pads would last only three months, and calipers would last only five months. I would need two sets of tires a year. Todd always did exceptional work and warrantied all his work. I had been to other shops and had issues with workmanship which could have cost me my life-like brand new calipers falling apart, and ball joints not being installed properly causing damage to my suspension. Todd has always worked on my vehicles, and, as I am an Uber driver now, he makes sure my two vehicles are mechanically sound and safe. Wont go anywhere else for mechanical issues!

Trying to charge me $500 for a $20 thermostat and day it will take 3.5 hours to do. I have a 2001 Nissan pathfinder. If anyone knows anything about cars theyll know that these people are completely trying to rip me off due to being a female. Would NEVER trust them with my vehicle.

I took in my 1998 Yamaha R1 for a maintenance and cause i had a oil leak and it wouldnt run in the mornings as a cold start. They said in a few hours theyll give me a full diagnosis and cost but didnt get that call until a week later,and they said in 2 days it be ready, i call and they say Todd the guy working on my bike wasnt there and they dont know if its fix, i call the next day and they said theyll call me back three days later nothing. After 2 weeks my bike is ready, i get there and they tell me, its still leaking oil, they said the starting problem was fixed but the next morning i couldnt start it,, i gave them a call and Todd told me to call him in the morning and hell head over right away to see whats wrong. I call him he said Ill be there soon, didnt show up all day, really disappointed, and finally they didnt do a maintenance not ever a oil change, in the end i got charge for 150$ for just a spark plug changeNever going back, EVER!!

I learned about this center ~3 years when I lived downtown and needed new brakes. Now I live south Denver (which illustrates how many options I drove past to return here). I have a challenging 6 day work week and NEED my vehicle. 4 days ago I heard one of my brakes squeaking. When I called to attempt a same day visit with expecting an all day wait, they had me in and out within 2-3 hours, which with the wi-fi time was not even noticed. When checking out he said that the pads were warranted from 3 years ago, but I was still anticipating labor costs but these were not charged. When I asked about labor he said not to worry about it. In short, exceptional customer service and they stand by their work! I left very-very happy to know honesty and integrity of small business exceeds every little potential charge for revenue opportunity. Cheers to you guys & thank you kindly for everything!!!
