I had my car taken in for hail damage. I got my car back and the check engine light and slid control won’t go off. My car will not start at times and has left me stranded for up to 2 hours and then would just start, the brake lights don’t shut off. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They promised help but never delivered.

Had the pleasure of working with Robert, Robert was awesome and best of all he was honest. He didnt just tell me what I wanted to hear, he was honest about the ETA - which was about 4 weeks. He explained everything to me so I would understand the process. My car was restored and looks like it did when I purchased. Overall really good service if you have the time to wait. And yes they do hook you up with a loaner. And yes they pay your deductible - this whole process cost me zero dollars, no joke.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. It was as easy as dropping off my car, and getting it back before the day promised. They set up a rental car, ubered me over, and took care of everything. Car looked brand new when picked up. I’ll be sending more business this way. This company goes above and beyond. Both of our cars had bad hail damage from this summers storm. I called several auto body shops and it would be at least 4 months before they could get us in. Salem got us in the shop within a couple days worked with the insurance and got all the damage covered. We didn’t have rental coverage so they gave us a free loaner car. Work was completed in less than 2 weeks. the repairs were done perfectly. Awesome company.
