I was in a minor accident and looked for a local business to work with. My phone was damaged during the accident and I was unable to take photos for an online estimate so I stopped by. I was told that I could not get an estimate until mid January, period. I was disappointed by being told, we are short staffed and thats as good as we can do.I will look elsewhere and inform my insurance that the recommendation to go to Mahnke did not work out.

The service I received here was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and nice. There were multiple things wrong with my jeep when I took it in and they were able to complete everything in a few short days. They kept me updated with texts as my jeep finished each stage of the repair which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop and would go there again!

Called for an estimate about painting a fender. They wanted $700. Maaco wanted $300. Ending up buying the paint and clear and doing it myself for around $80. They do quality work, but who can afford it at those prices.

Mahnke did a fine job with my car. It looks like new. The people I dealt with were very good. Anna, the estimator, clearly explained what options I had. Nicole, the contact person, kept me abreast of the status of repairs. She is also personable and fun to talk with. I like that element in people I am doing business with! If I need repairs in the future, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

From the moment I walked in the front door, I knew this business was going to take care of the damage to my car and treat me professionally, with respect and be authentic and have understanding to my situation. My older Honda had front end damage and they explained clearly what they were going to do to estimate the damage, then their involvement with the insurance company and how the process would go from there. From that moment on I trusted Mahnkes estimator, front end staff and company completely!! I had interactions through the entire process with a few of the staff, and they always treated me with respect and great care. They all were open and honest in every way, by explaining info clearly, and in a friendly way. They sent text messages informing me of the process and approximate date of completion, and they never over promised. If there was any delay they were clear and accountable in their language, so I always knew what was going on. Upon completion of the work to my car, they took me to my car and went over the areas of repair with clear and precise clarification of just about every detail. They were thorough making sure I understood everything and answering any questions or concerns I had. They did an excellent job with the repairs, and my Honda is once again in great condition to take me where I may need to go! They completely washed my car, something thats just part of their excellent service, and I noticed they even washed the door jams! This is one of those things that makes me say...Who does that? I had some back and forth with the insurance company responsible for the repair of my vehicle. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating; it made a potentially stressful situation much more palatable.

Every employee that was there helped us so wonderfully they were prompt they were on time they kept us updated on everything the only thing that the downfall was that we were expecting our vehicle on the date they had given us but it was only a day late!!! I could not be happier with Mahnkes work on my vehicle! This is my second time bringing my car into the shop to get fixed due to an accident. The process was so smooth; the estimate was done there and repairs were taken care of. I didnt have to deal with the insurance company after the initial claim. The quality of work was amazing! Nicole and the front desk ladies were very friendly and very helpful every time I was there. The professionalism and precision that goes into the bodywork and paint work is second to none! Great experience so far

This shop is TOP notch. Professional from Day 1 to end. The only frustration I experienced was with my insurance, Allstate, but the shop was ON it. Even got me my car for the weekend, though I wasnt expecting it until Mon/Tues. Nicole was thorough and attentive, returning my multiple status calls quickly. Really couldnt say enough great things about the quality of the job, and the overall experience, Way to Go!

Tried the request an estimate on my iphone and it does not work, tried my daughters android no luck. Why even offer an online estimate! So dumb! It just keeps saying photo estimate not available. Went to my desk top says i have to use my phone then brought me to a page with a list of other shops. I called the shop for help and they said they can help i have to go to the website. FAIL!

Excellent spot to get your auto body work done! I was unlucky enough to have two separate auto body issues with my car and both times I put my trust in Mahnke and they delivered!The ladies there are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The process is so simple and hassle free with Mahnke. Plus, theres a car rental down the street from there so no Lyft rides needed to get a rental, they call one right over.

Overpriced, they quoted me more than double than the other 2 shops that gave me quotes.

I had a great experience with Mahnke after the big hail storm that came through Golden last May. The whole area was pressed for time, no rental cars were available and some of my friends really struggled with getting their car back from other body shops after 10+ weeks of waiting. Mahnke was much faster and I didnt have to pay a day over my insurance would cover my rental car. I was so relieved! I got a little frustrated a couple times but they girls at the front desk were very well tempered and made sure I was being heard. Thank you!

So happy with the wonderful service! My new Lexus NX was damaged during the bad hailstorm this summer. Mahnke was referred to us by the Lexus dealership and they did such a great job! The service was scheduled to last 3-4 weeks and they were completed at 2 and a half. My Lexus looks like it was never hail damaged and their technicians did an amazing job! Their staff is friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, and equally skilled in painless dent repair. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

This place has a Great Painter (Julian) he really goes the extra step to make sure the car looks great when he is done with it. The office staff are really nice. I feel that they really take thier time to make the customer happy.

$500 to replace a $50 part. What a joke.

I would recommend using this shop. My car was involved in a hit and run. When I got my car back I was so estatic, as they did a wonderful job with the repairs. They did the repairs in a timely manner and worked with my schedule. The communication with the shop was great. Thanks !!

Estimate appointments are 4-6 weeks out. Just as an FYI. I know work has to be scheduled pretty far out, but Ive never heard of scheduling an estimate so far out. I can get estimates from other businesses same day. As far as doing side-by-side estimate comparisons, this makes it basically impossible.

I am very happy with the work they have done. The courteous and professional manner of the people I interacted with could not have been better. They had made some sort of mistake which involved more work for them but they were up front with me and owned the problem. I recommend them based on my experience.

During the storm last summer my BMW got hammered with hail damage. I called and the lady was rude and was not professional at all. I ended up finding a body shop off of 69th and Indiana who got me in but more importantly wasnt rude. I understand everyone was busy but that is no reason to be so short with someone who is new to the claims process!!

The work looks great. There was a spot that was not painted properly during the first visit. Tony took care of it, drove me home and delivered the vehicle to my house fixed, the same day. How can I complain about that! All while they are swamped from the recent hail storm. Many thanks to them for taking care of my truck and I!

Very professional establishment. Had some minor body work on one of our vehicles. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with it.

Mahnke Auto Body Repair came highly recommended from my insurance agent, David Feir of Altitude Insurance. I called all of the ones he suggested and Mahnke was able to handle my problem (body damage from being side-swiped by a garbage truck) the quickest. This despite the multitude of auto repair jobs due to a spring hail storm. From the moment I spoke to someone there I was impressed: every person I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable, respectful AND they kept me apprised of the process throughout. My 4-runner was returned to me in superior shape - they even replaced the radio antennae that had accidentally broken off during the repair process. I cannot say enough about this company - well run with very little employee turnover (I know because I asked). I will continue to refer people to them - and that is the sign of a well-run company.

DOUBLE THE PRICE!I was looking for a comparison quote to repair my van that was hit my hail this year and these guys quoted me TWICE as much as a other local shop. I am SHOCKED. Obviously I will be taking my business elsewhere. They even offered to charge me for parts that I already replaced myself since I had to wait MONTHS to get in to be seen for an estimate. DISHONEST!

Been to this company 3 times, 3 differentry vehicles. No problems, kept in touch with me through the whole process. Match paint perfectly I didnt have to go back afterwards. Took care of my rental vehicle issue, and were extremely wonderful with all my vehicles.

I needed to use them when my car was unfortunately damaged. They were upfront with the time needed for the repair and the cost estimate was spot on. I have referred my family and friends to Mahnke

Friendly place.

I have been hit a couple times in the last year and had a real bad string of luck. however Manke has been my saving grace and I know when I drop my car off there its going to come back like new.

My vehicle was hit and I have to take my car to this business as per instruction of insurance company. It drives but it looks horrible. I just found out that they cannot get me in for a whole month...Not happy..
