I have had a lot of bad luck with cars in the past 2 years (my car was even stolen from another repair shop) and was not looking forward to yet another repair job, but I couldnt have been more pleased. This is the best auto service I have ever experienced thanks to Colin and his team. He genuinely cared about getting the job done as soon as possible and always called to update me on the process. I am so glad my dealer recommended Colorado Collision Repair and I will be coming back if I ever (fingers crossed not) have another problem with my car.

This was a huge waste of time as the two of us had to take time off work to come and see this. This could have been easily prevented if management would take time to quality inspect the truck before delivery. We decided to leave the vehicle there for few more days and give the shop one more chance to make things right. I will review Auto Works once again when we pick up our vehicle for the second time. I hope this time will be a completely different experience.

How my car got here was a headache, but Colin kept me updated weekly on repairs and what he’d heard from my insurance. I got my car back with an entirely replaced front with paint that matched perfectly. Even with the damage the drive was not affected at all. Many parts are on back order so it took a while but the customer service was good!

Horrible. Had an insurance claim done here, they billed my insurance for something that wasnt done, then extra work needed to be done and they never informed me until I went to pick up the car. They are rude and the people in the front dont know what they are doing. Management wont talk to you just leave notes for the front staff to read off to you.!!

Colin is very nice and professional. My truck looks good as new. Took a little longer and cost more than originally quoted.

My car had a lot of problems long-term after these guys had it. Had to bring it in several times for issues with the lights sunroof etc. The staff was not very responsive and their shop always smells like weed. I know its legal but not very professional.Would not go there again.

My car has been with them for about a month now. If you do not pressure them you will never have the car, its a place where they dont care about the customer. Some crashes at the door and in the bumper take them 3 weeks and a half, who knows when I will receive it. I hope they work on their communication and hire more people to do the job. Hopefully, they do a food job after taking so long. Update: I cannot open the right rear door of my car on the inside.

They didnt fix the issues. I told them exactly what the other shop saw was wrong. They said they could do it. Then asked me to take it to the dealership. Waste of time and they obviously make enough money to not care about customers.

My experience with Caliber Collision was shocking. Do not take your car here for repairs.

Their website touts Superior Customer Service but when I requested an estimate for repairs to my vehicle I was simply told No Thank You. They wouldnt even talk to me.

I cant even get a copy of my estimate after taking my vehicles to this place for all repairs ever needed over 6 times with my vehicles never had them not want to give me a copy of the estimate

I called, spoke to someone who didnt answer professionally at all. Texted him my address as requested because I dont have anything to write with. Never heard back...not even an apology. Will never do business with you and recommend you dont either.

My car was in need of some auto body work. They did an excellent job. They called me with updates as the work progressed. They were so pleasant and excellent to work with. Thank you!

Terrible service - unprofessional people.

I called to get a simple ballpark figure for how much a repair would be and the lady whom answered the phone rudely took my number and said that Colin would reach me to discuss further. 2 whole weeks pass and still no return call. So, I call again. Colin this time is the 1 to answer and I stated what I needed done and his response was not interested. So I ask if he possibly knew where I could turn to for help and he rudely says Im not giving you no reference. Very rude and very unprofessional. Very poor. Customer service to be nice about it. To say the least. Dont waste your time and money with these jokes.

I took my car back in after receiving it and they were so polite and accommodating! Side note: I took it back in and what what I was hearing had nothing to do with my repairs. Hopefully I will never need to use them again( not wanting to be in another accident) but I highly recommend them!!!

I gave them a call asking if they had any availability to look at my 04 WRX to repair some body damage from the previous owner of the car and Collin said no, and that they don’t look at that old of car. 0/10 would recommend.

Made an appointment, showed up, they didn’t have me in the schedule. No apology, didn’t care that my entire morning was wasted thanks to them.

A jeep backed up into my rear door, and I needed to get it replaced. I got a couple quotes from local shops. Colo Collision was willing to track down and order a used door to match my car. I dropped it off, and when I picked it up, they had found a door cheaper than the quote. They did a good job to provide a reasonable replacement that matched and looked good. I walked away paying almost $200 less than the initial quote. Matt was really helpful and the service was excellent.

Matt and his team really care about great service and making sure the customer is taking care of. He and his team listen to your needs rather than just process a claim for the money. This is what sets them apart. Quality of service and quality of care.

You better look out when u take ur car here Colon the guy who is in charge did a very shady repair job on my vehicle. Got grease on the inside of my vehicle.... He didnt care. Was supposed to replace the rim on my vehicle and was happy to charge the insurance company for the work but claimed they would only authorize a repair job. After contacting the insurance company they said that was untrue... They where fine with a replacement rim. I also got my car back fithly on the outside and inside. These people only care about one thing getting as much money as possible and screwing u over... Im glad I work for a radio company. I will b telling everyone o air my experience with Colorado Collision Repair.....

Rude and incompetent. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to get repairs on an older Toyota truck. I told them the year and model over the phone before arrival, upon arrival I was told they could not repair the vehicle due to its age. On top of that, the grumpy old lady at the desk with the mullet was rude the whole time.I would not recommend going here. WASTED MY TIME!

Great family entertainment taking care of your vehicles

I waited two weeks for minor cosmetic restoration on the door of my chevy Colorado. They told me they couldnt finish the job and I had to go somewhere else. Very disapointed at the least🙁

I kindly asked for an estimate and the owner of the establishment told me he wasnt interested. Caliber collision on gotg is more affordable and professional.

I was going to go with this company because it was suggested by my dealership Mountain States Toyota, but I chose to go with someone else purely based on the rude attitude I was given by the receptionist when I called to schedule my $10,000+ collision repair on my truck.
