The workers are always helpful and attend to my needs. They always want to carry my purchases to my car because Im 82 years old but I dont need to be treated like an old foggie. I am young in mind and I intend to carry my bags to my car until I cant shop anymore! They have a great product. their not cheap but I know you have to pay good money for these things today/ That is why I worked all my life to enjoy the good things in life. Bose is expensive but I LOVE EM!

Stopped by the BOSE store in Crystal City at the Pentagon City Mall today in search of possible replacement parts. The rubber casing surrounding my wireless Soundsport earbuds had deteriorated quite a bit after about 3+ years(?) of intermittent use. To my utter surprise an absolute delight, the sales rep exchanged them for a new pair. WOW! Simply put, BOSE is the Best!!!

Went in today to buy the SoundSport wireless I was not greeted by Damon D. when I paid I gave him 2 dollars extra so I could get a 10 dollar bill back in stead of 8. He gave me 8 dollars change trying to disregard the 2 extra dollars and keep them to the side. Normally I wouldnt have an issue with giving someone money if they need it but if Im spending 200 dollars I shouldnt have to be worrying about the cashier.

Great products, hate the prices but there as a lot of bang for the buck. BOOMING good bang that is.

Ive always used Bose headphones and speakers - not only are the products top notch, but so are the employees that work at this store. Super knowledgeable and very helpful throughout a purchase.

Tried to get my broken headphones replaced, under warranty. Because I didnt purchase them at a Bose store they were unwilling to help. I must call customer service... I guess I wont be taking my headphones with me next week on vacation. I will be call Amex about returning the $2500 worth of home stereo equipment that I purchased in the last 60 days (full Sonos style setup). I expect good service when I spend the extra $. They were going to end up at the end point either way. Seriously. Un. Freaking. Acceptable.
