I had an extremely positive experience with this Staples, namely Eric, from the Print Shop. He was very helpful with getting an online order printed for me, was very kind and attentive and called me several times to make sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I was blown away by his customer service. The prints turned out beautifully! Will definitely come back and spread the word!
Absolutely inexcusable conduct! Ordered a laptop on Monday. Was told it would be in on Tuesday. Was also told I would get an email re time. Almost closing time I go into store to ask where it is. They have no idea and can only say when you get an email saying its in, youll know. Um, what? Now Wednesday, almost 7pm no email. I call to inquire. Am told again, when it comes in via email... I now ask pointedly, So youre saying I spend almost a thousand dollars for a laptop and nobody at the store can give me any idea ...And she hung up!
I went here yesterday to print some color photos and I told the clerk what I needed. I had tried to print the pictures at CVS using a photo kiosk but it doesnt recognize the format. So I asked for help and the clerk resized the photos for me, arranged them two to a page to minimize costs, and printed them for me in moments. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes and it cost me less than $2, which was great because I was pressed for time and did not have to figure out their computer system by myself. I could not ask for better customer service.
Great prices and friendly staff
The location is great easy to access and enough capacity of parking lot.Staff are nice and helpful however I feel there is lack of management. Staff isnt well educated with Staples items and items are disorganized. Hope someone see my feedback and make this store better!
Went to pick up an online order at the print service. Order was ready a few hours before they promised. Great quality holiday cards! Minimal wait and pick up was super easy. Friendly staff and plenty of parking spots. You need to go around the N Oakland street to park if you are driving.
In this store there is a lady manager we try to exchange a product she saw we different color her tone of vice change and start arguing to not exchange the store manger a guy came and i said please call to you corporate and ask if there is any policy he called and the main office said do it the that lady she was still arguing thank you for there corporation they are nice but this store manger and other employees are very rude in Arlington VA location this is not steples fault is just this location employees
I really like this store for its convenient location - and friendly and helpful staff. Its a small store, but I always find what I need. Thanks!
Possibly the most frustrating experience I have had trying to get a time sensitive document printed. The online portal was easy enough to navigate, but the shop didnt have the materials to print the document and wanted me to come into the shop in person to prove that I own the copyright to my own business.Nothing wrong with the copyright check, but this should have been an easy thing to do online or over the phone. The incompetency and lack of professionalism from the print staff (Karen) just compounded the annoyances and I ended up having to go print elsewhere after spending hours formatting the document through the staples online editor. AVOID.
Great service! I went in looking for some specific package wrapping material. While they didnt carry it at that store normally, one of the staff there, Mahad, said he remembered someone had returned that item (purchased elsewhere) to that store. He went and found it and I didnt have to go shopping at another Staples! So, gold star, 5 in fact, for Mahad!
OMG. Ishmael at the Wilson Blvd location in Arlington, VA is amazing! He spent a lot of time helping me. He was patient with great customer service! Id come back here just because of him.
I went here to buy the adapter for my desktop. I dont think store is clean and well organized comparing to Bestbuy or walmart. However, I like staff who is working there. Polite helpful and friendly staff. I couldnt and ask for more. They are attentive, accurate, and fast! All the staff have outgoing characters. If you are not good with IT, go here and ask for help.
Why does this location exist? Poorly stocked with signs pushing you to buy online. They definitely dont trust the customers as there seemed to be more security tags than merchandise. Also, convenient road side doors are all blocked. So if you are a pedestrian, expect to walk around the building to the approved entrance.
Nice staff, always late and disorganized. One hour turnaround = call you at an hour to ask a clarifying question, estimate that it’ll be done in another 20 minutes, then call you an hour later for pickup.
I give this a location a - review if possible. Service is slow and parking is terrible. I noticed one of the employees making personal stickers while being told my print order wouldnt be ready for another day. I mean make your stickers on your own time, not while a customer is present.
Vincent is amazing! Show him some love next time you go.
In a pinch, this store was great. The staff was moderately helpful. They have lots of essentials. There arent many frills. Im from NJ so the front of the store was difficult to find. You cant enter on Wilson. I tried to walk through the parking lot on Wilson, but it looked like a fence was blocking me from walking completely around the building. So I had to turn around and walk to Oakland. There are no signs on the driveway to let you know that its leading to Staples. By the time I entered the store, I was already frustrated. Lol. I also had to call and explain all of the above about the entrance to my uber driver so that he could locate me. Id purchased heavy items and couldnt walk to his location.
I am a frequent customer of Staples in Arlington, VA and have nothing but high praises for all of their staff!! In particular, Id like to thank Ms. Keren Scheffield who always goes above and beyond with her professionalism and superb customer service skills! Thank you to her and to all of the copy center staff who are always so accommodating with my variety of project requests. Thanks again!!
Horrible customer service. Staff treated us like idiots at the print center. Completely rude while trying to print our files. Went to fedex instead with no problems at all. Will never go back to Staples again.
The woman who helped me scan and email something was terrific, and the process was very simple. However, the check out staff was very slow...Im not sure if it was the people or the system, but it felt like it took much longer than it should have.
I ordered business cards and postcards, both of which they messed up significantly. Roughly 80% of the business cards showed edge markers they use for cutting them, and 10% had smudges, i.e. I can use 10% of them. The postcards main issue is Staples online uploading technology, which distorts proportions, so when they went to print it all the proportions were off, after Id been specially careful to mind the safety lines, etc. The store manager was great and re-did them for me and issued a refund, but I had to go to the store twice, speak on the phone with an employee (who was very nice), and then be in the store idle for an hour while they finished cutting them until 9:45pm, 45 minutes after closing. Overall, its more Staples fault for their online system than this store, but I unfortunately cant give Staples this review. To be clear, staff = great, Staples online platform = archaic and barbaric; it looks like a high school coding thesis. Without the staff, itd be one star. I wont order from Staples online again, but Ill happily visit the store again.
Poor design for foot traffic. The front doors (on wilson) are all emergency exits only. You have to walk all around the block to walk in through parking lot. There used to be away to get to it in between buildings, but obviously it was used a lot (due to need), since the next structure put a gate up. Service is good here.
Wow this was actually And unexpectedly pleasant and convenient shopping experience. Normally staples staff don’t help and takes forever but this particular store had great staff and I was in and out real quick.
They are really unorganized and lack a lot of supplies. I only go there due to convenience but end up annoyed each time.
Bad customer service. They did not check their inventory. Told me they had something in stock. I drove all the down there (15mn drive) to find out they were out of stock.
Got liquid armour applied to my phone. Excellent service. Whi the assistant manager was excellent. Professional knowlegible and pleasant even though she was very busy with multiple projects.
The woman behind the copy and printing services desk was extremely unhelpful and rude, and when I asked an employee that was stocking the shelves where a particular item was, they were very blunt and somewhat impolite. On top of all of this, I walked out achieving none of the things I intended to do when I walked in. Very poor experience.
One person couldnt understand what I was saying. Another person didnt answer my question and then hung up on me(I was looking for a fax that was sent).
If I can give 0 star I would staples sucks office depot are the best
Self Service Copies score a big goose egg ever since the copiers had the new user interface installed. I use a flash drive to transport files and 50% of the time or what feels like most of the time the copier locks up and will not go through the print process. Proceeding to price of prints or proceeding to preview Does Not. ---- Staff used to accommodate my need to get copies by taking my flash drive behind the counter and printing the files without going through the self-service interface. That was an annoying exercise while I could have been in and out in minutes. Now they want to add a special service charge to print files the system they sell for self-service is incapable of providing. ---- After so many months of trying to find out if the issue was even being looked at Ive give up. I will drive more and pay more just to not have to deal with the printer circus.
Yikes... in general. Also item price did not ring up as shown. Employee was fairly numb to the situation... I walked off.
This store is sooo small. The entry layout is someones idea of a practical joke. Actual main entry is where the loading dock should be. The entrances along the main road frontage are fake. Just ridiculous. There is a woman who has been with this location for years but her ability to communicate effectively does not seem to have improved. This store needs to be put out of its misery. Staff was otherwise friendly and helpful.
Great place to buy office supplies and make copies.
Not the most elaborate store, but very convenient location with easy parking and has most of the things we like from Staples. Im glad this store is here.
This is a very convenient location, close to the metro. It is not as large as other Staples stores, and the entrance is in the back, next to the parking lot, not facing the street, so it is a bit confusing to find at first.
Its nice having an office-supply/school-supply/printing-services right here near my home. For just about everything else these days, I have to use the metro or whatnot. Sure--I agree that this smaller Staples has less selection than the much-larger ones--and sometimes thats a benefit: you dont have to walk around forever trying to find everything you might need. The employees who are on the floor try very hard, it seems, to be helpful; and, especially if youre nice to the folks at check-out, theyre *exceptionally* nice to you. The same-day print service is very convenient. I will say that the only really rude employee Ive encountered there is a woman who works in that area. (She seemed very adverse to helping me--um, thats her job--and when I wanted to pull up, online, my business cards to ask a simple (but fairly urgent) question about printing, she told me I had to use a pay-for-use computer, though I explained Id walked over with only cash, and the pay-for-use computer system would have me insert a card [only], she just shrugged. Well, as those folks get paid very little, I imagine, though, I understand why she may not have been really excited to help me--or whatever. There used to be--maybe still is--a *really* helpful man who works in the printing area. Only other complaint: the prices generally seem a bit high, especially as I often can get what I need through PrimeNow noticeably cheaper--even factoring in a tip for the PrimeNow driver (but its nice to have brick-&-mortar stores still around---and Prime Now wont print your business handbooks or business cards [much less the same day, and youll never get a decent deal on, say, a pretty cool office chair or whatever through PrimeNow. So, there you go.
Good staples location. Good service.
Mahhad is the best! Great customer service.
Customer service is below zero. Went there to get print out from USB, the lady on the counter chewing gum as chewing wood. She was busy on her phone with her boyfriend or idk, on speaker-phone laughing talking things as if no one was in the store. There is no manager or responsible people to teach this kind of employees how to assist customers or how customer service works. She didnt give a damn. If there was minus -10 to rate this staples I would give -100 rating!
Really poor service. Manager you need to fire the people who are working at copy&printing center or maybe the you should get fire for not making the right decisions
Sooo sloooo took the 4 hours to print 6 sheets of arch prints. the gal working counter could not grasp concept that when you have more than one print job going at a time.
Like the location.Stuff is helping. Very convenient !
A good C size store...
Good selection, service, and printing options.
Staff is always there to help. Very convenient, parking is in the back.
Horrible Experience. Print & Copy Department Staff was so incompetent. Such a waste of time. Staff member lied to me about the quality of a scanned document. My experience resulted in me having to return to the location just to get a refund.
Small but easy to get to.
Smaller store but has the basic necessities
Dumbest Staples EVER. Horrendous. Avoid at all costs
Very helpful staff
Extremely limited selection and most products are overpriced. This Staples seems to be much smaller than a standard Staples retail location.
Awesome service!
Small store, horrible customer service. For such a small space no one seems to know where anything is. Wont work with me to get an item printed directed me to the website when the website had directed me to come to the store. Got my order done at signs by tomorrow.
Very very bad and one day somebody is going to hit them with a lawsuit.
Excellent service
The store associate I dealt with was rude, and had no knowledge of print cartridges.
Tracie was awesome
Very professional and good help when looking for things.
