By far one of the nicest, cleanest most customer focused oriented store. When you come here you feel like youre actually family, not another walking sack of money. That game stop still sells almost everything they always did before the pandemic started. They still dont accept cash you need a credit or debit card. They are people who are knowledgeable about all things gaming. A very pleasant experience. Thank you game stop

Rude & doesn’t care about customers happiness.Literally argued with me over a used game being brand new when he was holding it in his hand obviously opened. I’ve sat in the lobby waiting for 20 minutes just for them to charge me correctly.

Enjoyed holding a conversation with 2 beautiful female staff at this location! They answered all my questions. Almost had me buying a yearly subscription and i dont even frequent the store. 🤣🤣😁😁Seriously the store is clean, has many selections of games and clearance items. Just wish the games were universal when it comes to prices. I can find 1 used game for lets say 19.99 then find another for 39.99 but have no difference in game type.

Spoke with Roman and Jose. Very friendly and informative people in the realm of gaming. Traded in my copy of GTA5 and was payed a good amount quickly and concisely. I will visit again after doing groceries at Kroger.

When I tried to call, they rejected it after two rings. I called again and it said the line was busy — clearly they took the phone off the hook.

I only go to play the demo games... Nice service friendly people... I set in there for an hour one day and they said nothing.. awesome

Still carries Vita games, but they are behind the counter. You have to ask for a list to see what games they have. Gamestop app is very useful when wanting to put games on hold. Employees were nice, I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Great customer service. I highly recommend this location. I was greeted when entered (not the prerecording), they confirmed my purchases by showing me what was included, which is reassuring. They also asked if I wanted a warranty, which I got. I ended up exchanging (just upgrade) later that day at the North Collins location... big mistake. The customer service is terrible! They were uninterested in assisting me in finding the best upgrade (I was rushed), didnt transfer the warranty, didnt check the items, etc. The N Arlington location is less than 5 mins away from me. I will drive to the Arkansas location from now on, just for the better service. Id give more stars if I could.

The staff is super friendly. Just remember this location is in a bit of a sketchy area so dont go at night. Everyone is really helpful and knows their stuff when it comes to games.

Store was worried to much about theft. Felt like they was watching me the whole time I was there. So I left and went to my favorite gamestop to get what I wanted. Not going back to this location ever. If Im going to be rushed to buy to the point I cant look around and make my decision then whats the porous of shopping?

Store is located near my home so convienient. The young man behind the counter was very helpful to my boys. He answered every question that my boys had. Some merch was not available but good service.

Love this Game Stop location. Being on the older side lets say 50+, I can always count on the employees helpfulness. Its not easy to purchase for grandkids when you know practically nothing, but every employee I have incountered has been patient and helpful and didnt make me feel foolish for all my Grandma questions. GREAT customer service.

This location has some good qualities but also some negative ones as well. To start off, the outside of the store is ALWAYS dirty. The first thing you hear when you enter the store is a message telling you the location is being monitored and recorded, its a bit unsettling but understandable. The store is a good size as far as gamestops go. It has a good selection, stations to test out the new consoles, and has plenty of merchandise to choose from. They also have a friendly staff that are always willing to help. Its not my favorite gamestop but I never leave unsatisfied.

The people who work their are nice and friendly and know their stuff about video games. and yes they will ask you to buy this or upgrade to that but they never push it or try to talk you into spending more than you want.

Horrible service!! I ordered a game to be delivered there. When I called the guy said it wasnt saved to my phone number...BUT he just happened to have the game. He said he would hold it. I then drove 20+ miles to the store only to get there and him say he doesnt have it. I then asked him why he said he had it and would hold it, if it wasnt there. I forgot this point. He asked what name I wanted it held under and I gave him my sons name. Then I left after explaining my extreme disappointment. His response was I know, I thought the game was in there. Later as I get home, my phone rings and its the clerk saying Ms. ____(he uses my first name) this is devonte (or some name) from Game Stop, I lied, I do have the game. I just hung up on him...I dont have time or gas to play games with these little kids at Game Stop. If it was never saved under my name and number...how would he know my name!?!? I didnt give it to him. Smh...I just ordered it from Ebay. This is why stores are going out of business and online shopping is taking over.

Daniel is very helpful I bought a hard drive from a competitor (entertainmart) or a oversized pawn shop long story short they had terrible customer service and did not know anything about their products. Daniel was able to assist me over the phone tell every thing and anything I need to know about the 360 hard drives Ill be doing business at this game stop for now thanks a bunch
