Carlo made my day.The manager was also fantastic. They were professional, helpful and hands down the best. Carlo went the extra mile to solve my problem with my Android Auto navigation system. Carlo was courteous and willing to help from the first minute. Way to go. This experience made me so proud to be a T-Mobile loyal customer.

Manuel was great! He went above and beyond for my mom & I. We both left super happy with our new phones and accessories. He knew how to explain all questions with no hesitations. Also while I was there I watched Jonathan and Cody who also were super helpful. Everyone there provided the best customer service! Thank you again Manuel.

I walked right into this T-Mobile location and was helped immediately the name of the girl behind the counter was Sierra she was most accommodating answered every one of my questions. I can tell that she was smiling although the mask was covering it 😁😁😁 In closing if you are ever in the Arlington area and in need of a T-Mobile store come to this location they will treat you right and be sure to ask for the smiling girl behind the mask 😷😁😁👌

Sierra & Manuel were SUPER helpful and very friendly! My mom came in to switch our services from Metro to T-Mobile, and they answered all 10,000 of her questions and made sure she was thoroughly taken care of.

Extremely happy with my experience! Carolina and her coworker (wished I remembered her name) went above and beyond to find the phone I was needing. I went to 3 locations prior to this so this location was willing to bring me one from the parks mall because everyone else was sold out. Keep in mind this was the weekend before Christmas! They were very sweet and attentive to every client that walked in while I was there which is great. Customer service is everything. Thank you girls!!

I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I switched from AT&T and the offer I got was that T-Mobile would pay off my phones at AT&T as long as I bought all new phones with T-mobile. The individual that helped me at this store did not submit the claim correctly so I am now responsible for paying AT&T for 4 phones. I also paying T-mobile for 4 new phones. T-mobile kept my AT&T phones. On top of that, one of my Iphone Xs went missing. The employee who helped me is no longer there. I went at least 6 times to the store and called every T-mobile customer service place I could. I now have a collection bill from AT&T for over $2,000.00. I am paying more for my monthly service than I did with AT&T due the the insurance they didnt tell me about when they were quoting me.

I wanted to call ahead of time to be sure that this location was able to help me with what I needed to get done, before coming in. Switching from one account to another. EMILY was extremely pleasant, helpful, and informative over the phone. She has exceptional customer service and really has the demeanor of wanting to help you. Im happy that Emily informed me, that I could do it all over the phone through customer care, which saved me the trip of coming in!If I ever need to come in store for something, I would ask for Emily.

I had to exchange my Galaxy S7 Edge they sent the phone to the store Friday, The customer Service was very good, The Rep made sure that I got everything off the old phone, which took us some time to complete, She told me she would hold my old phone till Sunday to make sure my new phone was up-to-date... Great Job, Very Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable, but if they dont have the solution, Theyll Contact Corporate for the Correct Answer.

I had an extremely pleasant experience from the T-Mobile staff and store at this location. The current manager, Anthony, was completely and utterly accommodating in helping me setup a phone and data plan. When I came in the first time he answered every single question I had politely and patiently. I was awestruck that he stayed 30 minutes after the store closed just to make sure I was completely satisfied with my decision. He didnt rush me at all in getting a phone and plan right then and there either. He and all of the employees are very nice and will make you feel more welcome than any other cell phone carrier store you will ever go to. If you decide to get a phone plan from T-Mobile I would hands down recommend this store to go to.

I came here twice to switch over my phone service to T Mobile. Both times the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The second time, when I actually switched over, I was literally in and out of the store in like 7 minutes without any issues at all. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Man, for people who were so nice (thanks Sunny), I can assure you they care nothing about their customers. We took every suggestion Sunny offered, but I can tell you that she knowingly and intentionally misled us - telling us she was signing us up for two separate promotions while in reality none of them worked. Tmobile, you are horrible. This store, you are horrible. These employees - seriously? Be honest with people. Acting like everything is all good and then causing them to have to spend hours on the phone afterwards in the weeks and months to come - insane.

Normally this is my favorite store to go to... you’re in and out.... but this evening was the worse experience ever! 1) Always have someone on staff that’s a manger that can handle appropriate duties. 2) Make sure your employees are willing ... no matter the time of day! This is a customer service job! 3) If no other person is in the store ... go the extra mile and look the answer UP! Neither employee gave a damn !!

I have been a customer for many years, and not once did I feel I needed to write a review until now. Customer service at this store is definitely not a priority. I have visited the store 6 times and my issues have yet to be resolved. Employees need to be retrained and the manager needs alot of coaching. They have lied to me since my first visit about my plan and my purchases. I went by today (6th time about same issue) & will be my last visit, to advise the manager I was still waiting on a phone call from her and my issue is still not resolved. She basically said she would not be able to assist with the request her staff had offered and even stated was approved. Mind you her employee offered a solution, manager has not. And would have to further research and call me back, yeah uh huh we know how that will go. Not once has she apologized for the lack of poor customer service, the fact her staff lied to me over and over, the inconvenience or anything. I made sure to remind her before leaving in front of a full lobby. Another customer even pulled me aside and said I needed to contact corporate and how he would have handled my situation alot worse, it was evident to a complete stranger how unprofessional and how wrong I have been treated. I thought a manager was put in that role to train employees, accountability, to be a role model to her team, making sure the store is operating accuratelyand professional and of course making sure the customer is satisfied. This manager lacks all of that and more. Regional and or corporate needs to give this store a deeper look.

The worst mobile store in all of US. The store employee Emily messed up our mobile order due to which we lost a good mobile deal and then the other store employees Kortney (tall girl) says that they are not responsible for Emilys mistake and deny taking responsibility.Kortney (maybe spelling is Courtney) didnt even help us even once when our orders got shipped to the wrong address but we got the same service from another employee named Carlos.Absolutely no unity or customer service in these people. I suggest you guys go to the nearby Sprint or AT&T store and get better offers for lesser prices.We lost our parents hard earned money because of these guys and they dont even care.

Ive trusted this store for 5+ years when I was ready for a new phone. But when I went in last Sunday, the sales team was so disengaged it was discouraging. In fact they were so blaise faire, it was impossible to carry on a conversation. The salesperson acted like I was an idiot for asking any questions and was irritated I asked a question about my account. It was weirdly humiliating so I walked out without a new phone. Must be a good place for a company to be in that they can walk away from a $1000 sale. Im sure Best Buy, Costco, etc would be willing to sell me a phone while treating me like a person and not like a nuisance.

Had a warranty exchange ordered to this store. Arrived and Sonny told me that she would not exchange my phone because of the scratching on the screen. No other damage to this phone. Spent its whole life in the case. Only marks were natural scratches from going in and out of my pocket. Nothing extreme or anymore unusual than the phone youre likely viewing this from. It was clear she had an attitude about this and seeing as I have never stepped foot in the store it had nothing to do with me. I told her to give me a minute that I was going to call their hotline and speak with them, as they are the ones who sent the replacement.I stepped right outside her door and made the call. The entire time Sonny is inside on her cell phone, leaning on the counter.The lady on the phone couldnt have been more nice and understanding. She explained that scratching on the screen did not matter at all and as long as there were no cracks or water damage it should be replaced. She asked me to hand the phone to Sonny and I did so. For 5 minutes Sonny and the operator on the phone argued. Sonny explained over and over that she was going to follow her stores policy no matter what the lady on the phone said. She then hands the phone back to me and the operator explains that my order has been canceled by the store and there was nothing that she could do other than placing a whole new order and sending it straight to my house. I look at my phone and see the email where the order had been canceled just minutes prior.Sonny had canceled the order while she was speaking with the operator knowing full well there would be nothing that could be done to reverse it. I can not believe she had the audacity to do this right in front of me. I called and asked who the store manager was and she told me she was the manager. I asked if there was anyone above her I could speak with some other time and she told me she was in charge. I sincerely hope, for Tmobiles sake, that this is a lie. Otherwise there is no chance this store is profitable.Overall Tmobile has good customer care and everyone else I spoke with was very nice. This review is a reflection of this employee at this location.

Khaleb and Sunni are the most patient, kind, informed and helpful professionals Ive ever worked with. My parents and I arrived yesterday. We switched over everything you could possibly switch over X3 and added the new Layer3 tvs. We have been meaning to do this forever. My folks are not as tech savvy so it took some time. 2.5 hours that day. Seriously we were in there for 2.5 hours. 😂We were there so long that we bought the awesome staff a pizza for their patience. Khaleb and Sunni worked very efficiently and really went above and beyond. This will forever be our go to location. Thank you, TMobile!

Will not give refunds on Sim Cards that dont work!!! Vague information provided, service is horrible lost connection to gps twice plus dropped calls within two days, manager will not refund even though sim card didnt work with 1 line, gives runaround, hangs up on you and will not assist over phone even though tmobile says to call. Inaccurate information from store to cell phone service to corporate office. Dont go there, save yourself the frustration. Trust me!!!

My grandmother told me about a horrible experience she had with an employee. he was horrible and seemed lazy and inexperienced. He was more concentrated on watching soccer on the tv than help my grandmother. it was such a terrible experience for her we might cancel her service and move her to another carrier. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

Bought my Dad an iPhone6 which needed different sim. Had ordered online 2 different sim both wrong size. Went to Tmobile store for a switch. They tried to charge another $25 to switch which sim is still new. Ridiculous to pay $75 for a sim.....I rather pay $75 to switch provider & additional $25 for a sim. (false advertise- free sim switch- bs) They done lost 6 loyal customers since my family & friends are switching providers too... Hope that $50 profit was worth it, lol
