The CVS pharmacy staff is horrible they take to long and they are rude… I hate coming here.

If I could give this review a negative star I would. Every single time I try to fill my prescription theres and issue. No one in the pharmacy does what theyre supposed to do and its frustrating. I waited a month and they still didnt get my prescription filled! A month! This is absolutely unacceptable. Worst pharmacy ever!

Gave this store 3 chances and all were a disappointment! They don’t follow a lot of the corporate laws, they won’t price match their own paper ad for the week. It’s useless to call to get any kind of information because they never know. And they won’t do anything about coupons that didn’t come off while checking out, they also don’t ask if you want to agree to take off a coupon and they do it anyway which messes up your whole transaction sometimes. It’s 1:30AM and it’s the only pharmacy that was open so I didn’t have a choice but to pay for their full price overpriced items. Stay away from this store if you can.

I picked up my mothers prescriptions at this location and every time I had to wait so long, but even worse is the customer service. They are just so rude in the pharmacy. They act like you are inconveniencing them by being there.🙄. I will not be back.

Worst pharmacy. They are rude and there is always an issue every month filling Rx. They must not hire enough staff because they will put you on hold for a very long time and hang up on you. They treat you as if everything is an inconvenience to them. Seriously disgusting the way they treat people.

Go elsewhere with your prescription if you need it fast. I waited 4 hours on a call that the pharmacy tech said would be placed when my prescription was ready & it never came. Went to the store & my prescription was ready. Sat in pain for hours waiting. The 3 people working in the pharmacy were just letting the phone ring. Only 1 person assisting the line of ppl waiting. Just go with another pharmacy if you can help it.

This pharmacy it super slow . I turn in two papers they say wait for one hours, ok I wait for one hour and come pick up that lady say it only one done orther I have to wait 15 min more . we are very sick but we have to wait more then one hour to have medication. Manager this place dont know how to run this pharmacy. Well if ur come this pharmacy good luck.

The pharmacist here is rude and extremely unprofessional. He quoted a law to me that he knows little about and wouldnt admit that he was wrong when I showed him the proof.

This place does not exist, there is no CVS here. It seems to be closed down and hasnt been updated yet.

There is some rude people working the pharmacy, attitude to the max and the women(both) like to hang up on people.

Everything was ok, very glad they were open late night. My only complaint is the prices are to high on like everything. But for now they can get away with it because everyone is SCARED. And they cant stay open at night anymore. So show them how its done Cvs and winco.

This cvs Pharmacy provides even less customer service than other cvs sites! Pharmacy staff appear overwhelmed - harried, rude, often long wait.

Worst pharmacy ever visit go somewhere else

The pharmacy people are rude and lie along the way. They try to scam you into buying brand name medication. They tried to sell me a brand name medication because supposedly my insurance doesn’t cover generic. Which wasn’t true. So decided to cancel all my prescriptions with them. Oh and they don’t care because the pharmacy lead was on her phone with another associate while i was in front of them waiting to get helped.

Garbage store; there’s nobody to unlock, locked merchandise.

My girlfriend and I went in and bought some cough drops. At check out we tried putting in our number to get points for our CVS card or whatever. We waited for the machine to allow us to do so, but it went through a rebooting process. It took a while which was fine, no biggie, but then the cashier named Theron gave us an attitude and said “are you not going to type it in...?” which made us really upset. How rude! I would give them a bit of a higher rating, but no one gets a pass when they make my girlfriend upset

Bad customer service, slow pharmacy services, not a good experience.

Pharmacy staff makes things up as they go along,only came here because i had a appt in town and now wish I never switched to them.My insurance and the state both said it was ok to receive my medication,but these lying,rude people claim they cant.Called multiple other cvsand none said they wouldnt do it and cant switch now because my doctor is out,so now have to wait til another 3 days.Will never go back here!

I switched my prescription to this pharmacy and am now going to switch back to Walgreens. I have had the same prescription at CVS for 4 months in a row now. Every month I come in to pick up my refill the staff can not find me in the system and tell me they don’t have a prescription for me. This even though I have received a text saying my prescription was ready to be picked up. After 10 minutes they finally find me in the system and say that it is indeed ready. If you’re looking for a pharmacy where you can quickly pick up your prescription, I highly recommend you find a different store.

Ive had to make multiple last minute changes to have my wifes prescriptions sent to this location instead of the closer CVS, due to not having sufficient quantities when we need them at the closer CVS. Every time Ive needed them, the pharmacy has come through and helped to ensure my wife got the prescriptions she needed as quickly as possible, and without sacrificing courtesy in the process.

Horrible service in the pharmacy! They are uninformed, incompetent and work by their own rules. Employees apparently create drive-thru hours to accommodate their needs, despite the inconvenience of sick patrons. I have visited this pharmacy twice and each visit was the same. The sarcastic and less than concerned pharmacist caused me to get out of character. I will not be filling any future prescriptions at this location.

The person at the window was very nice. After that it goes downhill. If you are coming to this CVS walk in backwards because you will get strewed. Waited 2 hours in the drive thru just to get to the window. This place need help bad. If you are in pain dont come here because you wont get it in time.

This store is so helpful! CVS really wants its customers to save money. I love using my extra care card to print coupons at the kiosk every time I visit. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. They really try to help you find what ever it is you need.

Never coming here again. Manager is no help!! old lady is raicist . I bought A card nd deposited $50 when i tried to activate it it had no money and number was invalid. The worker probably stole my money and never put it in my card. Manger did not care he said whenevee anything comes out of my store its not my problem wow much help . I always buy and get my prescriptions here. Im always a returiing costumer and this is how they treat me unbelievble!!!!!

This place sucks, my Dr sent in a script but they refuse to fill it. Will be glad when my new insurance kicks in and I can get my meds refilled else where, CVS/ Caremark, all it has been is the run around..

Ive been calling all morning to get my prescription filled...online it says open 24 hours...yall can at least install an automated system that you can use to refill a perscription...this place is TRASH

Item on shelf was locked no one available to unlock it for me. It was locked to prevent theft but it also prevented me from purchasing it. Left and went elsewhere to get the product I needed.

Second time Ive bought something here that turns out to be expired. I know for a fact that it is against their store policy to have expired food on their shelves. IT IS SEPTEMBER 22 AND IT EXPIRED JUNE 3. I am so freaking disgusted!
