Wow, I am truly amazed on how clean this gas station is. The restrooms smell good and look sanitary. Today is august 12 2019 and thank you for making me a happy customer 7 11. This particular location stands out.

I havent met the owner who seems to be the source of all the bad reviews, but the two ladies behind the counter right now were as pleasant as I ever expect from a convenience store. Bathroom isnt the cleanest, but other than that, nothing seriously wrong with this place at all. Hopefully the owner will learn some customer service/people skills from his employees.

Terrible, my father, Randy Hammons was just there and he had a horrible experience. The manager (cashier) gave him the finger twice, which is completely uncalled for and told him to shut up. He was clearly on a power trip.The water and ice quality of the fountain drinks was chemically polluted, chlorine was present so my father could not ingest these chemicals that could harm his body in many ways. I am studying human biology and so he knows how bad the chemicals are from our conversations.The manager went crazy and threaten my fathers security and safety. The manager had no professional skills at all. He was screaming and demanding $1.50 for a cup that my dad did not even take from the store because it was trash.This is the worse costumer service my father has ever dealt with in 35 years of cross America transportation.In my opinion, this is completely uncalled for and I dont understand how someone who treats others so poorly could have a management position.My father should never have to deal with this, when he is trying to work to provide for his family. It seriously disgusts me that someone would treat him with such lack of respect.

Good people good service period

The place is clean and always has fresh food daily. The customer service is excellent and the lines move fast, in and out.. Dont forget to get tha lotto !!WHAAAAAAAAAMMMMM!!!

I will never shop at this 7-11 again! The middle easten man who works there is INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I would rather go a mile out of my way to the other 7-11 on Arbrams than give one more cent to this location. Wow what an asshat! This man is going to put this location out of business.

Store was closed at 3 am and the was no hot food ready. Website says open 24hours.

Hey these guys are real honest I left my credit card after a transaction ..two days later I came back and they returned it to me!!

With this store being right across the street from General Motors plant it is extremely busy so if youre expecting to pop in for a quick cup of coffee think twice you will be waiting in line theres not enough parking for a stand-alone building it is just way too small for the area that its in. And as for the employees I think they probably need to go to customer service School because they are lacking it.

Rude disrespectful cashier. When ask a question response was i dont know man in a tone that was hostiles or at least agitated to say the least. Went down the road to another gas station asked the same question and not only did i get an answear but i was treated with respect. Wont be back to this 711

New management is horrible so rude and didnt even honor the free slurpee today they let 20 people leave with free med ones and said that the event was over when we walked in at 6:50 pm needless to say my nieces were crying I had to drive back to my house get my card and get them slurpee that should have been free ... the new manager was very rude about the whole thing and said well its over because we ran out of cups even tho she was giving away med size ones as we were leaving ..

Gas just now said 2.92 per gallon b of premium. I was charged 3.05 and the attendant said he would do nothing about it. Its a pretty big deal when you buy $80 worth of premium. All I wanted was for him to put an out of order sign on the pump and he did nothing.
