Didnt get my reward from game played cashier didnt know as so did the manager.
Lakiya or (lakiyah) has such great customer service! Every time i come up there and see her i know my transition with be smooth & kind . She is a amazing employee! Her customer service was so good I thought she was a manager at first! Great person !
I’m convince all the employee ( especially the light skinned tall African American man with the low cut, and the Short older Asian/Philippino gentlemen who wears glasses) have miserable lives.. literally the RUDEST individuals .. literally every time I come in the store(which is quite often), they give people a hardest time... please do better.. I live right across the street and dread every time I need anything from this store. The service is the ABSOLUTE worse. Wish I could rate 0stars
This place is just terrible. Ive lived near this store for about 4 years and everytime I go in, no one greets me, no one asks what I need. They (the owner and employees) just ignore you until you get to the counter and then they are still rude to you. Theres just no courtesy coming or going. They dont appreciate the money you spend there. Or that you are even there. Go out of your way, and go to another station. This place does not deserve your business. And this is after I went in at 4 am with no one in the store and I still couldnt get greeted.
I always come to this location. However, I will no longer come here anymore because the guy made me swipe my card twice for gas b/c he said it didnt go through. In the process...money came out of my account TWICE. I went back and the guy told me the money would go back to my card and if not then keep my receipt and come back the next day and when I did he still didnt refund me my money. He told me it was nothing he could do for me...I had to talk to the manager. I asked for the manager number and he gave me the wrong number. He didnt even try to help me. He had no compassion for me at all. His customer service skills toward me was very poor. One of the customers had to tell him to see about me b/c he was literally ignoring me. I asked for his name and he said it was Sedip, but that wasnt his name, thats one of the store managers name. He was very rude to me. He was very unkind and I am a very rational person, but to be ignored and not cared for really did something to me. I mean he didnt even try to help me...he just looked me in my face and said, No, I cant give you your money back. Im a mother of two kids and I work my butt off for my money. They took 15 dollars off my card TWICE....thats 30 dollars total and its also gas money for me to get to work. It may be a small amount to most ppl...but I worked hard for it and I dont appreciate it being taken away from me. He was rude and very incompetent and failed at customer service. I will never patronize this store again, and I will be calling corporate and my bank. I dont understand why ppl deal with the public and get these kinds of customer service jobs and you cant adequately perform on the job and you only come to work for a check. Its pitiful. He at least could have acted like he cared with that McDonalds kind of customer service he gave me. He needs to be replaced with a Chic Fil A manager, so he can see how to properly treat ppl. I was so livid.
I live a cross the street from them, and I go other places now. I go to work early. I went in for breakfast and was sick for the rest of the day. Some of them are rude and cheaters.
I use this place 2 to 3 times a week. Prices are higher then most place on gas. But its easy in easy out.
Paid $10 for gas on my debit card and a week later they charge me $74 and now they screwed me up. Im a college student with very little money and big bills. This happened. I will never go to this location again.
Lazy az people working here, just go down the road to Tom Thumb gas station because they some hos up in here
