I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE HERE! I went this morning in hopes of getting a couple things for my coworkers. We waited patiently in the drive thru for 15 minutes and still had no one come up to the window to offer service. We finally decided to roll down our window and poke our head out to grab the attention of the man who was supposed to be attending us. We asked if anyone was going to provide service anytime soon. The man said he glanced through the window but since we never rolled down our own window he skipped us and proceeded to take everyone else’s order. He said it was our responsibility to do that to signal to him that we can now order. We were so frustrated. The man was completely dismissive and rude. I will never be going back there again.

I tried this place because the website said cheap donuts. Not so cheap if I usually order a dozen donut holes half chocolate and half glazed and was told no they couldnt do that so I had to order 2 dozen to get what I wanted so cant say that made it cheaper by any means. I can say I probably will not go back.

Horrible customer service. Never going back there again, owner was very rude and proceeded to attend other customers when he claimed he was waiting for us to roll down our window at the drive through when he not ONCE opened the drive thru window but apparently we need to read his mind to let us know he’s ready by just standing by the window.

This donut shop has the best Jumbo Jalapeño Kolaches. Been coming to this spot for years and hands down it’s the best. Also owners are really nice and friendly!

Horrible...I paid just over 6.00 for an orange juice and an egg only croissant. The egg was flat and still frozen in the middle and the croissant tasted stale. I also bought a blueberry cake donut which was dry. I paid an extra 1.10 for the donut experience 🤮

My kids and I love this place. We eat here every Friday. The food is fresh and the owner is such s nice person. The staff is always friendly and patient especiallywhen kids cant make up theyre minds. They have s variety of products which is unique for a donut shop. They even have lunch items. Crazy right? Definitely a 5 star place.

Worst experience EVER. I spent around $30 bucks. Requested a Mix of donuts, coffee and sausage rolls.I ended up getting 1/2 chocolate & 1/2 glaze mix only After asking if I could get a different variety, owner was annoyed and rudely told me it would be more money, I asked to at least have 1 strawberry. He got mad & proceeded to lecture me on his pricing and how THEY PICKED THE MIX NOT US. I DESPISE CHOCOLATE. I arrived home. My sausage rolls were hard, coffee was watered down and flavorless. My sons donut holes seems stale/hard, NOT FRESH. I felt forced to settle for something I didn’t want. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Overpriced, unaccommodating and was overcharged - and after going through the whole process of going through each item to find the overcharge and wasting my time, not even a sorry about it. Patio outside is locked up, so you cant sit there. Out of the five things I ordered, only one was edible. Oh - and the sausage roll had a huge hair in it.

We asked if we could sit down and eat. And we were told that we could After we ordered our food we were asked to leave. Me and my best friend had to eat outside on top of my suv. Will never eat there again the lady is always rude too. Her husband is a sweetheart tho.

This donut shop is the absolute best. I’m here every other morning simply because the staff is the sweet and most generous staff experience I ever had. Won’t be losing me as a costumer anytime soon. Also donuts are actually good for you, don’t listen to what others say.

I went here last Tuesday with my wife. The donuts are some of the best we have had. They do not make them like your average place. The coffee though is amazing. If you love good Columbia coffee. This is the place with a great price!

Ok donut shop. Donuts are tasty when fresh. Service is questionable. Staff is not able to handle a morning rush between in store at the counter and drive through. Two people are often working but only one register is open causing a wait for service. Definitely not a place to go on a Friday morning.

I love these donuts so much. I drive 40 minutes every morning to eat these donuts. Every time I taste them, I can taste the love they put into these donuts. Honestly it really trips me out 10/10

Had the worst experience. I wanted a box of mixed and wouldnt take the one open on the counter the lady got mad and charged me for 24 donuts instead of mixed boxes.. I used to love the place. Horrible service who pays $50 for 2 boxes of donuts. When it was just the guy it was great service. They wont get my business or my familys sadly..

Great little place. Easy to find. Staff is very friendly and nice. The prices are reasonable and clearly marked on the outside of the building and inside. Very clean and inviting dinning area. They have a nice selection of sausage rolls and all kinds of donuts. You can even choose what to fill on the empty eclairs.

Well, I never do negative reviews, but this will be an exception.Yesterday I placed an order through Doordash (the service that Doordash provided me was good, the problem is this place).Order 4 packs of Macarons and one extra. Each package contained 2 macarons for $3.99, that way it was advertised. They only sent me 2 packages of Macarons instead of 4.Okay, somehow I understand that they have confused 4 packages and they interpreted it as 4 macarons. After realizing the mistake, I decided to call and make sure if I was wrong or they made a mistake.In the call they realized the error (and I really wanted those macarons since they were a part of a friends birthday present), so we agreed that I would place another order through Doordash, and we would solve the problem.The second order was 3 packages of macarons (just to take advantage of a no shipping cost promotion). At this point, it would be normal to either refund my money for 2 packages of macarons, or send 5 packages of macarons.They only sent me 2 packages and forgot the other 3 I paid for.I wasnt even asking them to paid for my extra fees, taxes and shipping, it was enough for me to return the value of the macarons!I paid for a total of 7 packages of macarons and only got 4. Also, I spent again on shipments due to an error they made twice.

Not 100% sure they serve the freshest donuts all of the time. Ive went in at 5am and got donuts that taste like it got left over night. Ive learned after my first couple visits that you really have to look for the good donuts in the display case otherwise youll get burned. The woman owner is the sweetest lady on the planet and the store is super close to my house so its a 2 stars with hopes they serve only the freshest of donuts. Love you

I will NEVER go back.My son and I spent 22$ on breakfast burritos and pig in the blankets the first time we went today and when I asked for a couple more picante sauce packages after the owner gave us two he said we’ll be charged to which I replied “I’ve never been charged for picante sauce anywhere else that’s crazy” the owner told me “stop saying that you don’t have to come back here.”They have an extremely small selection, the owner is rude and does not care about keeping customers and you don’t want someone like that handling your family’s food.

LOVE this donut place ❤️ They have the most precious donuts for kids-my daughter got an princess Ariel donut and loved it. The glazed raspberry-filled donut is decadent and literally jam-packed with flavor. They also have the best sausage kolaches I’ve ever had! They are soft and fresh and the jalapeño kolaches are amazing! The coffee is also fantastic and made fresh. They put thought and effort into making their coffee by grinding fresh Columbian beans for each pot of coffee throughout the morning. Will definitely return here! 😊

My autistic 12 year old son went up to oh donut shop on Park Row in New York and asked a second time about the price on the donuts and was kicked out of the store because they asked a second time. I am so sorry that my 12 year old autistic son had to experience that. Its sad that people treat people that way. You know with autistic children you cant tell sometimes that they have a disability because they dont look that way so I think that people should think before they start throwing people out of their store because of a disability! So I went into the donut shop and asked why my son was kicked out and then lady behind the counter and the man told me that the my son asked the price too many times and I said well did you know that my son has a disability and that you should think before you start kicking people out of your store. Then I was cussed out by the owner which was the Korean man and the lady also cussed me out and said they were both going to call the police on me. I was actually calm through to the whole situation and couldnt believe what happened.

I have lived across the street from this place for 3 years and I will drive across town to get my donuts. Everytime I go to this place the staff is extremely rude. The donuts are not that good to be running off what little business u have coming in.
