Royal Tea has besides hundreds of tea option configurations, it has some amazing different style thai-inspired and Asian inspirations with some amazing drink flavor profiles. Bubble tea, Thai tea, Milk ice and other ice cream style flavors are always fun. This is a great place to stop by with friends and just try something you havent tried before... it will probably surprise you even if it looks really weird.

Thai Tea is really good here and so is the price very reasonable. The service is quick and friendly. Just think the price on the snacks kinda pricey. Got an order of fries for 4 bucks and it was a pitiful serving. Throw some more fries in there if youre going to charge that amount😁

Great variety of drinks. Customer service friendly with fast. Enjoyed visit. Will go back.Unfortunately today when I was there the music they were playing was not family friendly. The songs kept saying f...ing this and there were 4 kids under 10 in the restaurant. Please be respectful of what the customer would like not necessarily what you want to listen to.

I love their drinks but lately they I have been having an issue with their hours. Yesterday I came by on Google maps it says that they close 12am I arrived at 11:44, they said that they are closed and they cant take orders. Today I stopped by at 11:35 they refused to take orders and they said their closed for today. I mean I am not sure whats going on but if this place is changing their hours pls do edit on Google. Because this place is real far from where I live and I had to drive in the rain for the past two days to get a reward.

Unfortunately we visited on a day they were having a partial power outage so we couldn’t get any frozen item. Even with that said, they were still serving what they could and we all tried something new! They were really helpful helping us pick something we might like and even made us another drink (on the house) when one of our party really disliked his drink. I would really love to visit again on a day when everything’s running.

Lots of delicious options on drinks, bobas, and sides. The staff seem to work efficiently even when it’s busy and don’t take as long as some boba places. The Thai coffee and sweet potato waffle fries are especially delicious.

I got the mazemen. It was sooo greasy, I could only take two bites. They are also not very nice here, it seems like every word they say is with an attitude

This is my favorite boba place in DFW!! I love their taro milk tea, matcha smoothies, and eggette sundaes! You can adjust the sugar and ice levels for their drinks. Their sweet potato fries are also really good.

I would say this is one of THE WORST places to go for boba tea. The only pro is that they stay open until 11:45pm. The milk teas lack flavor since they use cheap teas. The green tea milk tea tasted like I sprayed perfume into my mouth. They never have boba, snow ice, or wanna make the eggettes. The customer service is also poor, one girl talks to customers like they are children and idiots. It’s better to find another place to get Boba or Milk tea.

My cousins and I drove half hours from west side of Fort Worth to here because we really want milk tea, and they are the only one that’s still open. We get the eggette, it was really hard like rock. We order the calamari on the stick, they say they didn’t catch on the register, it’s not on the receipt, so there’s nothing they can do because we didn’t pay for it. That is not my fault if your cashier didn’t get my order alright?! I didn’t say I don’t want to go to the register again and pay for it, even that’s not my fault. But because there still people on line, so we left. So disappointed!!!!

I loved the drinks I got but I drove an hour away for the snow Ice which had been taken off the menu since before covid hit but the menu did not show it had been taken off. So I wish they wouldve updated the menu since I wouldnt have made the drive if they didnt have it 😭😭

Matcha and winter melon Milk teas are not as sweet as sweet as Sharetea or zero degrees in case you want to cut back on sugar. 2 milk teas cost $9.61 total including taxes.

I was there on Jan 28th at 4:52pm to order 2 drinks and 2 eggette waffle for $17.60. The girl told me it take 5 minutes for the waffle after 5:05pm she told me another 2 minutes. I waited patiently till 5:15pm for her to check on my order. She come back told me that the machine is broke . Are you serious!!! Make me wait for that long . This is unacceptable and lack of management.Bad management overall !

I yet have to try more things here but this drink was amazing and the cup is so creative the price was pretty good not so expensive, so recommend you try their drinks and desserts!

However, prices are on the high end due to the ambiance and convenience of being right next door to Ninja Ramen. Just drove up at noon and the lit sign says open. Door is locked. Okay, let me try ordering online. Nope, says they open at 1130 am and I cant order even though its after noon now. Okay...now I will call. No one is picking up. Well, I tried. Guess they have different hours and someone left the open sign on. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve been coming here for several months now, and Royal Tea has some of the freshest boba, the best proportions of tea/boba, and a great atmosphere for studying. With the late hours they keep, it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in south Arlington.

Absolutely loved this place!!! Very quiet, cozy atmosphere. We visited just after open time on a Saturday. The service was amazing. Staff made sure we understand what we were order, offer sample tasting for boba. Small bites was delicious.

Ok. first off, very nice interior design and all, but.. the thai tea is nasty! it is so bland and they put WAY TOO much Boba.

I have been there 3 times already, and my experience here has not been so great. I came to this place with Groupon, whenever I order something, the boba tea came out fast, which is great. However, with the attitude of the worker need significant improvement- especially from my last visit there.At my last visit, there was a crowd of people standing by the entrance behind me, while all the other tables were sat with people. After I placed the order of milk tea with the groupon and extra snack item on the menu, I paid $3.18 for the extra. I sat down at the empty table, the manager just cleaned to wait for the snack item I ordered. The girl who took my order asked me to get up from the seat and wanted me to stand by the door where the crowd is at, which made me really upset and uncomfortable. Furthermore, I asked for less ice for the milktea I ordered, yet there was still a lot of ice!That is when I decided to ask her to cancel the order of the food item, and I told the girl who took the order, who then told the manager. The manager came up to me asking if I want to cancel the order when the order is almost done and remade the milktea after I addressed what was wrong with the milktea I ordered. I stood up by the table away from the crowd, debating if I want to keep the order and got the remake of the milktea from the manager.I stood up there for not even 2 minutes before the girl came back and asked me not to stand by the table. That is when she crossed the line where I no longer want the snack order, I then told the girl again! The manager came out with the food, but I decided not to take it. I do not pay for anything when the staff has that kind of attitude- to ask me not to sit down at an empty table to wait for the food order, and expect me to stand up to wait at the entrance where the crowd was at. I am glad that the manager was at least kind enough to refund the food order. I will not pay a penny for terrible attitude from a staffUnfortunately I have one more groupon to use, and after I use that, that will be the last visit here. I have had better boba places with better attitudes from the staffs. The manager did her best, but the staff is terrible, I think this explains why they are hiring.

Have had some good and bad experiences with Royal Tea. As long as you come on time and there’s not many people there, it’s a guaranteed good experience.

I have loved this boba tea since day 1. Recently I had a bad experience that left me feeling so dissatisfied with this place. I called 30 minutes before closing to place my order. I was told to hold, which they have done before but as I pulled up, the place was “closed” before the closing time as I was still on hold on the phone... So whomever did this left me on the phone line and clocked out for the day. Super unprofessional... What of waste of time and gas.

Process to order is unintuitive and slow. You dont order in the store, you order from the ramen store next door. Lobby area is cramped and no social distancing is enforced.

This place was decorated for Halloween and had a lot of Halloween deals! Loved it! They also gave games and are open till midnight, so it is a great place to be out with friends a bit late! Got a coffee sea salt foam with boba and it was good ☺️

Very nice place! Warm and welcoming staff. They were extremely helpful. Ordered salt and pepper chicken and happy to find out its not made with eggs. My daughter has allergies and they found out quickly for me. Definitely a favorite place in Arlington.

A nice place to get drinks. My friends and I meet here to play boardgames about once a week and weve always found it really inviting. The selection is great but Ive always wished theyd serve something hot, especially with winter coming up.

This is my go-to place whenever I visit Arlington. I live an hour away and go frequently enough that Im with their rewards program. Whenever I feel in the mood for bubble tea, I dont hesitate to make the drive over here. Its also my favorite place to hang out with friends and play uno, typically at night until closing. Definitely very welcoming. The food is great, the tea selection is great--Ive tried almost all of the items on the menu. What else can I say? The staff is also very friendly. Love this place.

They sell a good variety of tea, smoothies, fruit drinks, and snacks. The location is clean and spacious with plenty of seating. A pleasant place to hang out. Several board games for group activities. They are connected to the Ninja Ramen next door and you can enter from the ramen restaurant without stepping outside.

We got strawberry smoothies and they are the best weve ever had. Perfect flavor and texture. We will definitely be back.

Cute place to get bubble tea and plenty of other desserts. Adjoined to one of my favorite ramen places so its great to just be able to go next door. They have board games you can grab while you snack and relax with a couple friends or family. Its especially pretty during the night with their pretty lighting and decor.

VERY friendly staff. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. Their menu doesn’t have coffee milk tea but the staff found a way to make it happen for my family. The guy at the cashier (Thomas) is super helpful and always tries to get us what we want exactly, on top of that he never rushes us when we’re indecisive. I love how they’re open pretty late compared to other boba shops.

I have been here before and have always liked their drinks. For some reason my three drinks took 30 minutes to receive this time. All the staff seemed very young and this organized. Other people got their drinks before me as well. Although I may return because their quality of drinks is good, if service continues to be this poor I can no longer recommend this place for Boba tea. I will go elsewhere for my drinks.

One of the best boba places Ive been. . Ever. I drive a good 15miles on the weekend just to come here. . .and drive back home. No matter when I go, my drink always taste amazing. I even brought friends here who have never tried boba and although popping boba was the favorite, I got mixed reviews for the honey (baby steps) but the staff has always been kind to me and was very patient with the newcomers who had no idea where to start. Great place, great drinks. (My usual is a matcha milktea)

One of my the best boba shops Ive ever been to! The drinks are great, the service is fast and the staff is super nice. Plus the music the play is straight fire!

Absolutely delicious. I get their coffee fraps with coffee jelly and it is amazing. I come here once every few weeks to write. Music is always enjoyable but unobtrusive enough for me to work with. Staff is friendly and the Japanese fries are to die for. The snow ice is great for sharing with friends over a game of Jenga. All around, this is a top five places for me to hang with friends and a top three for me to work in all of Arlington.

Peach green tea with popping mango boba is what gives me life most days. Friendly staff and always a smile when I walk in.
