Brought my Iphone in for a screen repair. They replaced the screen and then the phone would not turn on. They blame it on me and says that the phone didnt turn on in the first place. Why would I want to replace a screen on a phone that doesnt turn on? That doesnt make any sense. They broke my phone and refuse to replace it. Will never go here! DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR ANYTHING! They are liars and scammers.

Stay away!! Brought my iPhone in for a simple cracked screen. Next day the phone started vibrating all the time because they pinched the cord when they put the battery back in and they told me someone else did it. I had to pay another $49 for a new vibrater. Next week the phone speaker stopped working and they said a screw had shorted it out and once again they said someone else did it and wanted another $35. I refused and somehow they fixed it for free. A few days later the phone stopped making any sounds and vibrating brought it to Apple and they said my phone was all jacked up inside, ribbon cables bent, screws missing and the wrong size screws used…. $250 later I have a functional phone. I should have left when I overheard another customer complaining about her service…. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience. Please do not take your phone here, my advice would be to seek an alternative to this store. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THEIR REPAIR IS OFF BRAND, THAT IS WHY YOU. DO NOT GO. IF THE PHONE REPAIR DOES NOT WORK THEY WILL TELL YOU TOO BAD, ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, YOU ARE STUCK. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT REPEAT THIS TO YOU. THE LADY MANAGER IS RUDE, SHE TOLD US THAT EVEN THOUGH OUR PHONE HAS NOT BEEN REDEEMED TO THE ORIGINAL FUNCTIONALITY WE HAVE PAID AND THAT IS AN AGREEMENT FOR NO REFUND. KEEP IN MIND WE HAD TO GO BACK ANFD FORTH 6 Times to the store in less than 48 hours. Each time was to get the same issue resolved. I do not think any good company would consider this good service. This is unacceptable and inconveniencing. I rarely if ever give reviews but had to for this one to save others a bad experience and loosing their money.

STAY AWAY!!!! Went in to get my iPhone 4 camera fixed. They claimed that they fixed it after paying them 48 dollars but the image never got better. Went back and they said I have to Pay 30 more dollars. 78 dollars for a simple camera fix. NO WAY

STAY AWAY! We took my iPad 3 in to have the screen repaired. When we went to pick it up, they couldnt find it. It was lost. How was it lost? Nobody knew. They said the owner would be calling us to make it right, and he never called. I called several times to talk to the owner and they would not put him on. They insisted he would call and he never did. Complete incompetence from the employees. They gave us a different iPad, however, it was an iPad 2 and they made us pay for the broken screen that was replaced on the iPad that was stolen. They are crooks. If you want a complete run around, horrible service, and a different iPad other than your own, by all means, this is the store for you.
