With the big box Verizon store only doing curb site, coming into this store for the personal touch and interaction with the 2 young men working there, was a relief. Very efficient and friendly. This has been and remains my go to. Size of the store isnt an issue and location is easy in and out.

I went in for them to switch over my information and pictures from one phone to another and there was only one guy in there and he said it was 30.00 cash and I swear he was looking at my pictures the whole time cause we were trying to do stuff to another phone but I couldnt remember my password to it but Im pretty he was looking through my pics.....not cool and I am with Verizon so 30.00 cash seemed ridiculous to me!! They could have put a small fee on my bill but he insisted it had to be cash.

I absolutely would recommend this Verizon location to anyone in Arlington. Ask for Joe, I think he is the manager. I went in to the store two different times now and just ask for Joe, he’s there everyday...I was a sad girl with a broken phone... I just knew I lost all my pics... 45 minutes later I walked out with a new IPad and a new iPhone, with ALL my data off the old phone, a free case, and Joe even helped me register my screen protector and Processed an order to sell Verizon my phone. I went to this Verizon store to get help with a factory reset on my Samsung phone. I met 2 amazing people...Vincent and Raylah! I couldnt remember passwords, etc. They helped me get everything back on and ready to go in record time! They are very knowledgeable!

Nick helped me fix a huge problem that I thought an Authorized Dealer couldnt even help me with. A corporate store in Atlanta lied to me and completely tried to sabotage me just to get 2 new activations so I was extremely upset because I waa facing a problem of possibility having to pay for one of my devices full out price if I needed to cancel a line and I was not prepared for that shock mentally or financially. Nick helped me figure out how to keep the monthly payment going on the new device instead and got my set up with another option for that line I did not need. I was so please with the customer service I purchased a new case as well. Thank you Nick for all your help and hopefully your manager sees this review and rewards you for it. You deserve it.

Jorge sold me a horrible smartphone that froze on me by the 2nd day of use. I liked how he kept sayingI got you alot but really is just to sell me the phone. Simple business tactics that we fall for. Went next day to return it the manager cam gave me horrible service like he was upset that I was bringing the phone back and told me I had to wait for him till 6pm to get a another one of the same model. I said No & left my with my receipt of refund. Everyone who reads this dont waste your $$$ here Go to a REAL VERIZON STORE!!!!!!!

Went here and the guy at the store said they didn’t have sim cards to offer us. Also he was charging extra for services that we had already payed for and the other store didn’t ask us for anything. The store isn’t as good as the other stores around.
