I cracked my LG screen phone two days ago and iTouch Repair did a phenomenal job in repairing and also testing to ensure my phone was working properly. I only took the technician couple of hours to repair. When calling for service provide your phone make and model and they will order the parts if able to repair. Service was courteous and professional cost of the repair was reasonable. . They have several stores in the area I went to the Arlington,VA store. Im so pleased with the results, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you iTouch Repair your honesty and professionalism is appreciated.

Short story: They are not straightforward with part quality and do a poor job keeping the condition of the phone while repairing it.Long story: Watch out, they are not transparent about what kind of parts they use. Thought deal was too good to be true and turns out they never disclosed that they were using a C Grade screen that had scratches on it already. We only found out they used a poor quality part after we complained about the gash on the screen. They said the reason why the scratch is there is because its a C grade screen. Only reason they used a C grade screen is to match someone elses price. I would gladly pay a higher price if they told us that lowering the price will lower the quality of the screen replacement.They also scratch the heck out of the sides of the phone while they take out the screen. We had two repair jobs done by them and they both had damage on the side of the phone. Really not happy with the quality of their work.

They are very good at what they do. I have not had one issue that they were not able to fix. They are awesome with honoring there warranties. If its under warranty they will get you going with no questions asked. Love there services.

I dropped my phone and the screen cracked and it was late in the evening and most places were closed or closing. I called itouch repair and the gentleman spoke to me very nicely and he said he can fix it for me on that very day. He waited for me and the service was amazing. He fixed my phone and also for a good price I got a screen protector and a phone case. Their service and workmanship is just outstanding. The best place I’ve ever fixed a phone. They are so polite and very professional. Horrible experience. I wish I had seen the BBB reviews prior to selecting this repair shop! ITouchs screen replacement on my Note 9 caused 2 issues. (They acknowledged this.) In fixing the 2nd issue, iTouch transformed my working phone (with one issue) into a phone so damaged they said (in writing) they WOULD NOT return it but instead I was to buy a used phone from their vendor. They promised (in writing, on 8/9) that it would have a Samsung warranty ... but I learned too late that it had expired. They had promised also to transfer all of my data to this replacement phone but they did NOT. By the time I realized this my phone had been scrubbed. Although I did get the replacement free of charge, I never wanted a replacement -- I wanted my phone back. This entire horrible experience from initial poor repair to phone replacement went on for EIGHT WEEKS. Communication was very poor throughout and my VMs left in the final 3 weeks were never returned. If I could give “minus-stars” to this company they would get a minus-ten.

Shattered my screen to the point that the phone wouldn’t recognize touch, but luckily I was able to get in for an appointment same day! Yami was super helpful and explained the entire diagnostic and repair process and was back in about an hour! Highly recommended for fellow Arlington residents for emergency fixes! Will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

While this company is very nice up front. They are a complete scam. I went in and asked if they could fix my phone which had an issue rebooting, and instead they took the iPhone, asked for 45 dollars for a deposit and another 120 dollars to fix it, and handed me back a phone that does not work at all. The store took the apple battery out and installed a different one, and the phone does not function at all. Do not read all the fake reviews, they will be very nice to you up front and screw you over in the end.

I made a deposit on a used phone and was assured that if I changed my mind that they would give me a full refund.I The next day I went in and asked for a refund. I was given the excuse that the terminal wasnt working even though I watched them do several transactions right on front of me. They told me they had to call their manager. Again, I called the next day and they gave me more excuses. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. DO NOT GO THERE! They are crooks.

Appreciated the fact that I was able to get service relatively quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Dropped my phone off, ran an errand or two and was able to pickup my phone within the timeframe I was told it would be ready. I recommend giving them a try if you need your phone repaired.

I have done business with iTouch repair twice over about 3 years and have had both a positive and very negative experience.In 2019 they replaced the screen on my one plus 5t and noted some pre-existing water damage from a drop in the sink. Good screen, good price, no problem.On July 6 2021 I returned after dropping my phone on the 4th of July. They were able to get parts faster than any other shop, but to my dismay their repair introduced a “ghost touch” issue that they tried to pin on the water damage that was first discovered in 2019. This issue ended up resetting my phone, losing the invaluable photos, passwords, and documents that had accumulated there over years of use. Losing this data was devastating and completely undercut the point of having the phone repaired vs replaced. Their response was to attempt upselling a water remediation service instead of considering a defect in the refurbished digitizer they were installing.A silver lining here was that iTouch did not charge me for service and refunded a deposit I had made to order parts. Good customer service, but a genuinely unsatisfactory outcome. It’s one thing to be unable to fix something, it’s another for a repair shop to make a problem worse.

The Manager Xami and technician Boris was very helpful and understanding. Professional was excellent. They help my mom with her phone and explained to her what they was going to do with it. Her phone was damaged a lot and they fixed it perfectly like new.

They took longer than what they initially promised almost a week later. Partially no fault of their own( parts had to be returned)I did have a back up phone price wise theyre great. Bilingual 👍and I am glad I found them reccomend to everyone. Before you give up one your phone or plan to buy another one see them first you may be glad you did and many save some money

Absolutely awful place!!! do not go. i gave my iPhone 7 plus in during the beginning of march to get a charging port replacement and they shipped it from the silver spring location to arlington. i called multiple times and the lady said their master mechanic has yet to get to fixing my phone, then after about the 5th call she said there was nothing they could do to fix the phone. i just get a call 3 months later saying my battery and charging port has been replaced for $95 and that they would ship it back to me, but with no reduced price. i already bought a new phone. this store is ridicoulous

My 4 year old Dell Inspiron had so many issues, my battery would die after a couple hours and the power cord would constantly fall out of the charging port and then my hard drive died. I was in the process of giving up and searching for a new laptop which are very expensive for something that will last. I purchased two laptops one from best buy and one from microcenter but I returned both because I felt that I was spending too much money on features that I didnt need..I finally googled laptop repair and iTouch Repair in Arlington was my first choice based on the reviews. I dropped off my laptop and explained the situation and in a little over a week my laptop was finished. I am so happy that I choose iTouch because they did an excellent job. They kept me informed of the progress, installed a new hard drive and did not try to give me more than what I needed. They replaced the battery charging cord which now stays in all the time and my battery life is fantastic. My laptop is super fast and so much better than it was previously. They even transferred my files and pictures from the old hard drive to the new hard drive and gave me the old hard drive. The staff is super friendly, thorough and really show pride in their work and customer service. The price was more than fair, no gimmicks no add-ons. I highly recommend iTouch Repair for any issues that you are having with your laptop or computer. Outstanding!

Had an old iphone with personal data, which wasn’t on the cloud and the phone had been locked. Confirmed with a tech on the website multiple times that I wanted information off the phone and not off the cloud. Went into the store and confirmed with the woman behind the register multiple times that I wanted information off the phone and it wasn’t stored on the cloud.I went to pick up my phone and they had reset my phone and said I could restore data from the cloud. Which I obviously could not.If you’re looking for simple fixes I’m sure they can deliver, but if it’s something remotely complicated or if you value what you’re having the then repair I’d take it elsewhere.

These guys were amazing! My MacBook Air screen was accidentally damaged which certainly affected my work - I was desperate. Apple didnt have any available appointments till a week later. I made an appointment with iTouch in Courthouse for the next day. They called me in the morning of that day to verify my computer information, were able to order the new screen right away and I had my computer back that afternoon. They price was the same as it would have been at Apple, but the speed of repair was way faster - not even comparable. Thank you iTouch!

I have to say, this place is amazing - I took my iPhone 7 Plus in to have a shattered screen replaced after Apple quoted me $164 (Seriously? This isn’t rocket science and the glass isn’t magic - total racket). ITouch repair said they would fix it for $99 and I could come back to pick up in an hour. Picked it up, good as new and they threw in a free screen protector. The gal there mentioned that my current case wasn’t fully protecting the phone, which I knew, and I told her I was going to look into getting a new case. Walked out the door and in trying to put my old case back on, DROPPED THE PHONE ON THE SIDEWALK! The only place it cracked was the bottom where my case wasn’t covering it, and where the screen protector didn’t reach. Went back in and they replaced it again AT NO CHARGE. Which they didn’t have to do because it was totally my fault. Threw in another screen protector too. I bought a new case from them which she recommended as the best protection, even though they had others I liked that were more expensive. This one was only $25. Would go back here in a heartbeat, hopefully won’t need to with my new case!

ITouch hands down is the best device repair store around. Everyone is very professional. While I was in the hospital, one of the nurses sat my phone in water on my tray. I did not realize it until the next morning. All of my daughters pictures were on the phone since birth, 4 years of pictures. I took my phone to several repair stores and none of them could fix it. iTouch had my phone for a while, they continued to send me updates says they are working on it, which meant a lot because they never said they could not do it. A short time later they provided me a flash drive with over 4000 pictures on it. They also fixed my daughters and moms ipad. Keith is always friendly and professional. The service cannot be beat. I encourage anyone with a device issue to take the trip to itouch.

Good service but not enough space for parking

Meh. I dropped off my laptop for a water damage cleaning, which cost $90. It seems kind of expensive, but at the same time, I am not sure if other repair shops will charge differently. My laptop was unable to be saved. They waited for two weeks before coming to that conclusion - and I had to call regularly to extract information. I don’t mind waiting for two weeks - sometimes it takes time to find a part or get to an order - but at least have the courtesy to update the customer. Most of the time when I called, the person on the line had no idea what was going on. On their website, they also promise to give laptop recommendations when a laptop cannot be fixed, but I didn’t receive any advice - and decided not to repeat the question.

(For the Arlington Wilson Blvd. location)I brought in a laptop to be repaired - it turned out the motherboard needed to be replaced. They ultimately werent able to fix my issue due to part availability. That said, they diligently worked on the issue and kept me updated through the process. I would absolutely go here again for phone/computer repair.

This review is for the location in Alexandria. The customer service and notification system they have in place is horrible. However, that being said, once they actually fix your device, it was great.The horrible part is setting up an appointment on their online automatic system, getting the email and text message notification saying your part is ready and then going in and the person telling you the part is not there. They pointed me to their location in Arlington they said if I wanted to go there to get the item fixed if they have the part available. Thats not the point when I placed an appointment with the location in Alexandria. I called this morning and the lady on the phone told me the part was in. I went in, to find out the guy told me the lady was in the Arlington location and the part was there but not at Alexandria. He said to wait for the other guy to come in tomorrow and maybe hell know where my part is (that I prepaid for).The replacement batter I got for my iPhone 6+ that I got fixed previously is working great (once they finally got the part in after I came in twice when I was told it was ready and it wasnt). So the part worked fine and it was only $30.If you have the patience of a saint and can deal with customer service issues, then the parts work fine which is why Im giving 2 stars instead of 1.
