I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name that fixed my phone but he was friendly and efficient. Fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes. Rates are a lot better compared to what cell carriers will charge.

Overall good service and no stress experience.Professional attitude, up front on pricing repair. The phone was ready when they said it would be ready. Followed instructions to text when phone was ready and not to call.

Fixed audio. Apple wouldn’t even touch it. Just because my phone is older. Other store on Cooper said the problem was something else. These guys tell you the truth and reasonably price card.

I called about getting my girlfriend’s iPhone screen replaced and was given an estimate within seconds. Upon arrival the associate was professional, courteous, and was told it would take 20 minutes to replace. It took a little longer than expected, 40 minutes, but it was well worth it. He had noticed that her speaker and microphone were also damaged and replaced them for free. It was my first time at Tech It and it certainly won’t be the last. Usually don’t go for 5 stars but he went above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

I live more than 30 miles away from Tech It and honestly, seeing that this place had only 5 star reviews felt fake. BUT I WAS WRONG the drive was WORTH IT and if I could give this place 6 stars I would. No one knew if they could fix my iPhone XR (shattered screen, blacked out screen, crushed iphone backing, crushed volume buttons, bent backing). I bring it here and four hours later, they call me to say they fixed it. I drove back down there and found my iPhone looking like a new phone!! Everything on my phone worked perfectly and I was SO surprised! Amazing quality, super fast, and also very nice person!!

I bought a used, older model handset from this company. It gave excellent service for some weeks, later developed problems. They spent time trying f to repair, but found the problem digging any. They offered a replacement, also recommended I upgrade to newer phone which my current financial situation could not accommodate. When the replacement also failed, being within 90 days warranty, they offered a replacement or refund of purchase price! Good, honest people. I will definitely go back and will recommend my friends to them.

A true professional. I came here to get some help with my dads phone and he was upfront with what he could do and the likelihood of making the repair. He was very honest about whether or not our problem could be fixed or if replacement was the better option. We did not end up getting the phone repaired but only because of how frank he was with making sure we knew our options and he did not push us to do anything. Would definitely come here next time.

What a great experience! Me and my brother came in with a phone that we just took to two different places, (CPR and UBreakITIFixIt) and they couldn’t get the job done. We took it to TechIt, and Nawid got it fixed in 30 minutes! He was amazing! I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Arlington or DFW area! And it’s cheap!

The technician was extremely fast, friendly and helpful with fixing my iPhone screen and discussed helpful tips to check my battery life, since it seems to need recharging often throughout the day. They also carry deals on refurbished newer phones. I’ll definitely continue to bring our devices to Tech It for repairs and for possible upgrades.

Most i can do is 3 stars, it was a good customer service experience, it was a quick process. But and its a big but, when they replaced my LCD screen my fingerprint sensor was damaged and my vibration as well. It was working fine before. They tried to order the part but it took them a week to finally tell me they could not find the part. Eventually they just refunded the amount for the sensor which was 30$ which i thought was absurd . It was unfortunate that i didnt get my phone back working 100% . I dont think ill be a repeat customer as i spent 400$ to have my phone returned in such a way. I would be a bit concerned if you are giving this shop a look. Good people there, i just had a unfortunate experience.

The manager completely lied about replacing my screen claiming he fixed it but when I came to get it 15 minutes later after I had dropped it off the LCD screen was popping off making the touch function impossible. Plus he put on the free screen protector wrong with bubbles, fuz and greasy fingers everywhere. Also claiming that I took his last LCD AND SCREEN PROTECTOR so he wasn’t able to do anything about it. Huh???? I was confused but let rush man go on about his day and left it at that. a week later I came back to tell the man and he really sat there and said he didn’t fix my screen when he did. And it was poppin in front of his face. A waste of a lot of money. Direct your business elsewhere, where they actually take their time.

Broke the screen on my iPhone X . Called and confirmed pricing, so went in. I had gotten my phones repaired at other places in the past and for has been a long a brutal wait time normally.
