I’ve just left Gadgik completely blown away by not only the service repair but also the level of knowledge and professionalism that is being provided. Came to have my cracked iPhone screen replaced. They’re completely an in-house operation including their own screen protector and cellphone cases. Of which I picked up both...no sale tactics were needed. They have definitely earned my future business in the process. Wherever you’re at in the Dfw metroplex this is the place for your cellphone and tablet repair hands down.

Shattered the majority of my iPhone 6 screen on Christmas Eve morning. I took it in a few days later and upon entering the store it was very clean and professional looking. The two men were very helpful answering any and all of my questions. Came back an hour later and my phone looked as good and new as when I first got it! Great service all around, and fair prices as well! Will recommend and come again if needed (crossing my fingers I wont have to tho:)

Great service! Staff was professional and super friendly. I had to have the LCD on my S7 Edge repaired and they kept in contact to let me know how the work was progressing through out the day. Quick turn around and I got a better estimate from them compared to a local competitor.

Staff was really helpful. Ordered parts and within a week they closed up and posted a sign on their door. Wish they would have let us know in advance. I called the location posted on the door, no one has ever answered. Not a good way to conduct business.

Quoted a solid $150 less than another repair store. They have a clean room to do repairs. They fixed my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus screen in under an hour. Good as new. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions (like where they get the screens and will my phone still have the same level of waterproofing after they repair it). I HIGHLY recommend them!

I will never take my phone anywhere else. My GPS wasnt working on my phone and I thought I needed a new GPS antenna. They quoted me $49. They opened it up, took it apart and decided to try something before they replace the antenna.They cleaned and bent the contacts to the antenna to establish a good connection. My phone works perfectly. The charge... ZERO. They said that they will charge me to replace the antenna if I ever need to bring it back. Gonna call the owner today to see if he will take some sort of payment. I am truly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and their service. As a matter of fact, when you walk into this place, youll notice a large glass room that is designed to eliminate static electricity. No other place Ive gone before has this.

Went in for a screen replacement on my iPhone 7 expecting it to be over $100. They figured out my only problem was a connection issue with my earpiece and forward facing camera, so I only ended up paying about $50! I recently ran over my iPhone 6 Plus with a 1 ton GMC van. Ive never seen a phone look so destroyed. It looked like trash! They repaired my phone with a new screen and battery and its worked perfectly for more than two weeks. Id recommend them to anyone. I didnt even lose a single picture or text message!

I brought a Nexus 6p in for a new battery before leaving for vacation. The price was reasonable and the repair station was very clean. The night before I went out of town the touch screen quit working. I called gadgik the morning I was set to leave and they were very apologetic for the mishap. When I told them I was leaving town in a few short hours, they sent an employee out to go purchase a new screen for my phone, as they didnt have one in stock. I dropped off the phone over lunch and picked it up after work. They even found out they werent at fault for the broken screen, but it was a defect in the phone itself. Fantastic customer service, great pricing and state of the art repair room.

Great look and feel. I like the fact that we were given immediate service and great pricing and up front on all available promotions. We have a 90 day functional warranty on the screens so will let you know if any hiccups happen. The glass protection I feel was a little pricy, especially if you buy an aftermarket case, like an otter, which comes its own glass protection. So perhaps a less expensive add on to the repair itself would be the only positive idea I could add to something that was a great experience already.

FINALLY found a store/employees that actually KNEW what they were doing and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. 3 batteries later for my IPHONE 6S Plus and they were smart enough to figure out the previous techs put the wrong battery in therefore couldnt get a full charge. In addition to the battery, the previous person didnt water seal the phone. Gadgik did this for me at no charge. HIGHLY rate this guys for their honesty and knowledge. I just cant give up my Samsung Note 4 so when the screen died I knew that it had to be repaired instead of replaced. Gadgik! fixed it in about a hour for a reasonable price and it look as good as new, if not better! Im going to look wrong the house to see if I have any other devices that they can resurrect form the dead!

Terrible service. They fixed my screen and I got a screen protector for my phone but the second I dropped my phone the screen protector cracked along with my phone screen. Also the pricing was way to much money to fix $100 is way to much.

Our experience at their store was wonderful! From the moment of walking in, it was spacious, visually appealing and well kept place. We were greeted immediately and they efficiently handled my daughters phone screen in less than 30 min. The employees are all very knowledgeable, friendly with great customer service. This place is our go to repair shop and is worth the drive from Richardson Tx. They are just not a repair shop. BTW They sell phone accesories that you will not fi d anywhere in the dfw area.

My sons brand new Samsung turned up broken after a hard day in 9th grade - 2 weeks after receiving the phone! Thank goodness for Gadgik!
