Ms.Ticia had great customer service

Came to the store at 7pm, the store had one employee working and me and wife sat in the store for 50 minutes and didnt get any service now I will definitely be switching network.

Okay lemme say this!! This is by far the BEST Cricket Wireless store there is. I drove from Grand Prairie to pick up a phone after all the other locations didn’t have it. The women here were hands down the nicest and most genuine people I’ve met. Helped me get the phone, activate it, and even hooked me up with a case, wireless charger, screen protector and a wireless speaker!! I would recommend anyone I know to this location, if you’re with cricket and need help with anything go check these women out! They’re got my business from here on out!! Thank you ladies for being so AMAZING!!

Worst customer service and the guy working was just on his phone. When I told him my issue he did nothing and not even call customer service to see if they could help. Nothing so I just switched to metro alot cheaper and better. #saynotocricket

I ended up switching from sprint to cricket and I have to say it’s on of the best decision I made in 2020, it’s been a few days and the service is much better and plus I got a new phone and the girl that was helping me was very friendly and helpful compared to the cricket on cooper and Arkansas.

Do not use this store. Lots of other Cricket stores that dont try to scam you. I bought a new phone here and they added extra services I didnt authorize. When I called to get them refunded it was a huge mess. They didnt want to pay me back. Im guessing they get commissions for adding the extra services. After calling corporate office for an hour I finally got it resolved.

Went to switch over from boost mobile to cricket and the gentlemen helping me out was very nice and knowledgeable about all the phones. I believe his name was Honorato. If I was his boss, I would give him a raise!! Definitely recommending my family and friends to come see him!

Store manager Najiba is excellent in her customer service, she helped me in everything, gave me suggestions to help myself.

Came in to this store about two weeks ago to purchase a new iPhone once approved we then told the associate that we wanted the red one she told us that NO CRICKET WIRELESS sales the color iPhones only black I never thought that a company with such a major name would be so dishonest and we have been with them for years. My fiancé has been talking about this red iPhone since they came out and we saved up the money to put a substantial amount of money down on it because we all know how expensive they are. DONT LET THESE PEOPLE TRICK YOU AS WELL

I went to go look at a phone and was on the phone with another company. after I got off the phone the guy who was working the floor gave me the nastiest look like he seriously did not want to help me. I was on the phone with my old company getting information to switch over to cricket

I tried to get them to price-match the T-Mobile deal, but they werent having any of it - still, I got good reception, etc. when I was with them
