Went in because my phone locked up during an update. The gentleman tried to turn it off but couldnt. The reason Im there. He said you are just have to upgrade to a newer phone. Thank you sir. I took it to another AT&T store. That gentleman had me out in 5 minutes with a working phone.

Really its not the young man at the at&t store thats made me so mad. Its at&t themselves. Last Thursday evening and Friday day I was transferred so many times and they still didnt get things right. The only person that could see both access and U-verse was the very first person I talked to. Everyone else only saw access. Well several months ago I called at&t and spoke with Rick. The same person who taken my order when I first signed up with at&t access. Let him know I was dissatisfied with access because my bill was always around $100 and I was told it would only be around $10. He looked my account over and said that U-verse would be better. He credited me for the reconnect fee from when my wifi was disconnected. You see from the first day my wifi was connected Id been set up with autopay. Then last I received a was told I owed $50 or Ill be getting disconnected. For non payment in July and August. I was told that my bank had rejected the billing for both months. Wrong. My Direct Express bank app shows that at&t took money out of my account on July 6, July 9 and August 9. I was told that I needed to go to any at&t store, open my bank app and show an employee the payments were made and the employee could straighten out my account. Close the access account (which should have been closed the day my account was switched from access to U-verse) plus straighten out my billing to show the pàyments was taken out of my account. Told them it would take a few days to get to the at&t store because I was 70 years old, disabled and didnt have transpo. My only transpo is a Hoveround electric chair. Said I didnt want my wifi disconnected cause I watched tv 24/7. Plus check my emails, searched internet and talked with my 2 daughters. This was on Friday afternoon, my WiFi was disconnected on Sunday and on Monday I paid gas money for my neighbor to bring me to the at&t store about 3.5 miles from my address. Even after opening up my bank app and showing the employee the payments had been taken out of my account I was told he was sorry but he couldnt do anything. Not even with me standing there with bank app open could he call the main number to let customer service know the payments were made and not rejected. At&t took my money and still turned off my wifi. No I havent called at&t customer service back. Not after talking to 8-10 people between Thursday and Friday plus paid my neighbor for gas to take me to a at&t store. Didnt get anything accomplished and cant watch TV, check emails or anything.

I was verbally assaulted by a representative named Kim. I was told that she hates me all over a parking misunderstanding. In todays climate I felt insulted because I was trying to park in an unmarked spot. That was very unprofessional and negatively reflects onto AT&T as a company. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. So at first I’ll admit I wasn’t excited about coming into the AT&T store today just because previous issues with a different location. I will say I’m extremely happy that I came to this location today & received the best help from Zachary ! He help me & my roommate out with our account issues & took the time out to explain everything down to the T.I was happy with the results & purchased a new watch as well ..BTW they have a BOGO special on the new watches & multiple colors definitely check that out !!I’ll definitely be back & send more your way thank you!

Update : I received the phone that was ordered and it was an S21 512gb. NOT what I wanted. So u know I was past angry. I took the phone back in the unopened box. Ian tried 50/50 dont remember the chicken that helped originally. Anywho as of this update months later, 10/9/21 I have the Fold3, so I waited to see if the Note 21 or 22 was coming. Nope so this is what I got, and I ORDERED IT via chat if there was to be a mistake, welp that didnt go well either 🤦🏾‍♀️I had a real good experience on yesterday when I went in. I was in and out.My questions were answers. I was just disappointed the device I wanted had to be ordered, but thats at every store. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 512gb, was limited to stores. But again the customer service was good.

We were pleased when we arrived to see that AT&T personnel were masked and dealing with customers while seated outside in front of the store in North Arlington. A nice young lady handled my request: transferring data and setting up my husband’s new phone while we waited in the car. She finished in a few minutes what would have taken me an hour+. It was a comfortable and expeditious experience.Thank you AT&T employees for working outside in the Texas heat so that your customers could remain cool and comfortable and virus free.

UPDATE: After a month internet still messed up....doesnt work well, slow, takes minutes to load a page...still getting charged for a month of service I did not have! Stay away from here! They lie! I was told an adjustment to my account was made....a month and 12 phone calls later, I discovered what I was told in the store, was never approved...so here we go again!!!Ian was very helpful and spent time to explain every step of our billing issue. After a month of indescrepencies in our billing and service and numerous calls to call centers no one was able to help us and rather argumentative rather than offering any type of solutions at all. Ian was able to sit down with us and take care of the issue in full and provided a receipt and documentation for us in case another issue should arise. I hope his employers see his value to the customer and promote him. He should become a regional manager as he has shown more attention to us than everybody else combined. Thanks Ian!

I went into the store on 12/5 because I tried to switch from AT&T to another company. While trying to switch I lost all service to my phone and my son was in route with the army and it was important I have cell service for when he touched down in Texas! I was about in tears and Alyssa helped me get back up and running with in minutes. I’m so thankful for her help. She knows what she is doing and is very kind. Thank you Alyssa... I wish I had money because she would have gotten a huge tip from me. I now have access to be able to talk to my son all because of ALYSSA’S help!! You are awesome and I can not thank you enough. My internet service went out Friday afternoon and my husband needs it because he is working from home. A technician was scheduled for Sunday, but we needed it quicker. We went Saturday to add a hotspot to our wireless. She told us it would be $5 more per month. When we got the confirmation, it was $50 more per month. I went back Sunday to get my old plan back and it seems to be unavailable. There will be more conversations with AT&T before this is resolved.

Came into the store looking for a very specific Apple Watch5. Spoke to several employees, as they were very busy as you can imagine on a Saturday. Described what I was looking for and they did not have it. The store manager, Chandler, took it upon himself, on top of overseeing the entire store, to research what I was looking for. Found it!! Not only did he find it, he also took the time to go to the store that had what I was looking for, got it himself, and brought it back to me. Therefore, I only had to go to one place. He didn’t have to do this... most would not have. He went above and beyond to take care of a customer. I will do business with him no matter where he goes. On top of this, his staff (Brian, Travis, Jalil, and Ian) were all extremely accommodating and helpful. Brian even held on to my product until the end of the day, so that I could make the purchase and surprise my wife for our anniversary. Thank all of you so much!!

I signed up for some new services because Robbie told me it would save me money over the current service I had. When I received my first bill it was twice as much as I was paying for my previous service. I went back in and spoke with both Robbie and the manager Gair about the bill and was told that the back office didn’t bundle it properly. They said that they would correct the bill and contact me once that was done. After more than a week of excuses and promises to fix it and a call back, it is still not corrected and no one is calling me back. Horrible customer service. Once they get their sale, they don’t care about you. Please beware!

The experience at this location was honestly terrible. I went there during my lunch break and in my work clothes and I feel like I was treated based on my appearance I definitely do not recommend this location and just go ahead and save your time and energy with these people and while youre at it your money too. Superb service from Alexander Savoy! I had struggled for 14 days with the inability to receive and make calls on my Samsung Note 9. He is a great listener, responsive, and has a definite can do attitude. I dropped AT&T about 8 years ago and have REGRETTED giving them a 2nd chance since I signed with them about 3 months ago. Will probably switch back to T-Mobile when I can get out from under my contract.Broke screen. Paid $200 deductible for a new phone and apparently, or so I was told by a rep at this store, AT&T stores dont have the ability to transfer data from a phone with a broken screen to a new phone. I was told to find a 3rd party dealer to help with that. Im floored at this companys inability to address such common issues. I also hate the lack of transparency with their contracts.

You will most likely wait at least 15 minutes, they are always very busy, but when you get with a sales person they will help you fulfill your reason for the visit. Are you THAT stupid to believe something is free?! Yes, it is given to you at the beginning and I know for fact they state that it will reflect on your bill! Talked to the store manager about the $700 promotion I was qualified for due to some problems with att I had to go back another day, asked about the end date of it on Wednesday “there’s no end date yet” went back there today -Friday- and to my surprise they won’t do the promotion for me anymore...! Workers are in huddle talking and messing around like they’re about to run a play lol, Bad and disappointing service matches the store perfectly.Update: after going to this terrible location with the table staff who didn’t even want to look into my account I was able to solve the problem and get my new phone from another location save your time and save your money and avoid this horrible horrible location with a horrible customer service. you can just look through their ratings and reviews to see whenever they are not about to make a full sale with a bunch of extra stuff they will not take care of you nor they would put in the time for you as you’re not makin them commission $$$

Worst customer service ever. My mom took her phones here for help to switch them, and the young Hispanic lady just gave her a paper and told her to do it her self. By the end of the night I had spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple fixing what she did because this lady couldnt be bothered to help her. Theres a reason she went in for help instead of trying to do it herself. Very disappointed AT&T!!

The staff was great. As a police officer, one of the reason to go to AT&T was their discounts to local law enforcement. I was a little surprised as to purchasing the same items I did a few months ago and there wasnt a discount. Its all good, just a little disappointed.

I tried the online payment system but it didnt work so I went to the store. The kiosk was not taking cash payments. So, I had to wait to see an agent. The wait was 45 minutes. He took care of the payment in about 30 seconds. Sad I had to wait 45 minutes for a 30 second problem.

Worst service ever!!! Just got my internet plan last week and it was disconnected for 2 days already! The speed is barely reaching 10 Mbps while the plan is supposed to be 300 Mbps! What a shame! My verizon internet on my phone is much faster than my home internet! Never use it again!
