I went to this business on Thursday. He was absolutely amazing.with COVID we had to schedule an appt. I ended up driving from NRH to Arlington and was 15 min early. He started working on my phone right then.he explained everything he was doing and going to do.I had an iPhone locked to att and needed it to be unlocked to any carrier. He was done in less then 20 min and the service was outstanding! I will tell all of my friends and take any phone in the future to him. I am so happy I found this guy and wish I would have found him sooner. Prior to this I had paid for 2 different online services saying they would unlock it with in 24 hours. I have still not gotten any response from the online people or refunds. This guy saved me time and money and I am just thrilled with his service. Literally only took about 15-20 min from start to finish! I am so happy with this company and went there because he had such outstanding reviews! Went above and beyond to help me. Staff are knowledgeable and it shows because I couldnt find another store to work on my phone (was told it couldnt be done) low and behold, the mobile phone guys knew exactly what the issue was, explained it to me and then resolved it. Got a great price to unlock 2 iPhones! We switched from at&t because they were expensive to metro and we went Friday it was done by Sunday and Monday we were back with service! Process was super easy you don’t have to leave your phones there if you don’t want. And also he keeps in touch to make sure everything went okay! Will definitely recommend him to everyone I know! But instead of overcharging me for a service that wouldnt do what I wanted it to do Mobile Phone Guy saved me money by explaining in detail what was going on with my new service provider.He lost me as a customer for the day, but has earned me as a customer in the future. Its nice to have companies that care more about integrity and service than they do about making quick cash.

This place is legit!!! If you cant reach then just go up there, was given a quote for 3 phones, ended up dealing with 2 different people on 2 different days, 1st time he was straight up and said he could do the iphones because they had been having trouble with a service provider but could do the s8+ no problem, didnt want to have my phone unlocked if I couldnt get the other 2 unlocked. Went to another place that got the iphones unlocked but they bsed me about the s8+ and every other person that went to the other place. Came back here to get my S8+ unlocked and no issues, the other place talking about leave it here for days and we will unlock it, hell no. The 2nd guy here was staright up told me may not work with Verizon but he tried it and no issues, answered every qurquest I had and was super friendly. This is a good place they dont tell you one thing over the phone and another in store like other places. We also picked up some lucky lotion from the owners wife and we will be going back for the lucky oil next time, if you believe it works!! Thanks will be back soon

Terrific service. They unlocked my AT&T phone and got it working with MetroPCS... at&t wouldnt do it, metropcs couldnt do it and I was actually referred here by the sales guy at the metropcs store. I called them up, took in my phone (samsung) and he took the lock off, unlocked it and now everything works on metropcs even LTE data.... Are they cheap? they are reasonable priced. Not the highest, but it worked and I am satisfied. I would use them again.... I liked the dude I talked to (Tom ?) he explained a bunch of stuff to me.

Not recommend to anyone who wants to get their iphone unlocked. First, they let you wait for 40 minutes or longer, in my case 2 hours. Actually it would only take 5-10 minutes, just do a little research and you should be able to unlock yourself for free.2nd, which is the worst, DON’T let them unlock your phone. They will put their logo and phone number in your phone, so whenever your phone startup, their information would show up. say, your phone got lost and recovered by someone, guess who is going to get your phone? Also, if they can put their logos in your phone and not be able to remove it, who knows whatelse they put in your phone? A little spyware maybe??? BE AWARE!!!!!
