My kid’s iPhone 8 was water damaged. No matter how Apple Genius Bar and several repair shops tried to rescue the phone, it just could not get out of the recovery mode. Despite one of the shops told me no one can repair this phone, I kept calling around without much luck until I spoke with Gal at GB Wireless Cell Phone Computer Repairs. From my initial brief phone conversation with him, I felt he is a guy who has some exceptional experience that gave me some hope. I was convinced his repair shop would be my best bet. I decided to drive for 40+ minutes from Maryland to Arlington, VA and dropped off the phone. I called for a few times to ask for the progress and realized there were a lot of troubles with this phone. But a week later, he called me back and told me the phone is repaired and ready for me to pick up. And he charges a very reasonable fee. Imagine how much those Apple “Genius” guys would have costed me after this amount of work was done to save the phone. I’m really impressed with Gal’s skills and fair price, and he was very pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend this repair shop and will absolutely go back to him if I need to repair anything again.

Call instead of using their FB Messenger link for best results.I have had two devices repaired here - a tablet with a broken screen, and a laptop with a bulging battery. Both repairs made the devices look and work like new. The staff is forthright and helpful, and the turnaround time is quick.

Exceptional service! Went in to get my laptop keyboard fixed as I had broken a key. Turns out I really broke it and probably need to buy parts but the gentleman there was kind enough to switch the keys for me, so I can use my laptop and didn’t charge me for what he did. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Hidden gem on Columbia pike! I’ve gone to this place twice now- both times I have received exceptional service. The owner is extremely professional & reasonably priced. The last time I went, I had called a UbreakIfix for a quote to fix my broken iPhone as I have just moved 30 minutes from Columbia. They wanted to charge me 3 times the amount, keep my phone for a minimum of 5 hours with the potential of keeping it a few days & they tried to con me into buying a new iPhone battery. I called my tried & true place where he explained everything & fixed my phone in about 30 minutes for 1/3 of the price. I will definitely keep driving the 30 minutes to this location. Trustworthy & experienced staff members.

Needed to fix the screen on my Samsung phone. I brought it in and he explained what would need to happen and was up front about what the cost would be. He was very polite when I said I needed to think if the investment in fixing it was worth that to me. When I returned he was polite and very professional. These guys are a great family owned business. They looked at my sons phone (Galaxy S8+) and diagnosed it for free. After a day they told me nothing could be done for it and didnt charge me a dime.Finally an ethical tech group in the area.

Got the battery and screen of my iPhone 6s Plus replaced. At first contacted a different shop through Yelp, allowing other shops to respond. The owner of this place responded with the best price and was the closest to my place. So I checked out the reviews and they were great. So I gave it a try. I’m happy with the replacement. Also, the owner is respectful and not pushy. I’m glad to have found a good repair shop nearby. I’m seriously considering to drop my insurance for iPad, because I can go to this place if I need to repair it in the future.

I called this place today after having had an incredibly poor experience at ubreakitifixit on route 7 on the right headed toward Shirlington, where I took it last week. I’ll post a different review on their site.So I called this place, spoke to the owner I believe and he told me what he thought the issue was and what the options likely were. There was clearly a problem with the charger port as when I’d plug it in it might or might not charge depending on the level of the cord.So I arrived at the shop with it and he said that often times if an iPad isn’t charging properly that it is an issue with the charger port not being clean or having foreign matter in there. So he said he could clean the port to see if it was the issue without needing to be replaced. He came back 5-10 minutes later and said that’s exactly what it was and it was fixed. $39.99 versus the $250 those other charlatans ended up quoting me. BTW, he said if I needed a new port it would still have been only around $90.Very nice guy. While he could have told me just about anything and I would have believed it, I could tell he was a person of integrity. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I wish I had gotten his name. Anyway, if you’re going down Columbia Pike toward DC it is on the next block, same side, as the Arlington Cinema and Draft House.Hopefully I won’t—but if you know me, I will— need iPad service again but I’ll gladly give it to him.

I found this place through the positive reviews from here and yelp. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the phone repair.I broke the screen on my S8 which is a difficult screen to repair and requested to have it done by the next day if possible. Gal drove to a local supplier that same day and worked on the repair all morning to have it done by lunch. He even did little things like charge the phone to 100% and didnt even charge too much for labor. Very reasonable and quick. Although I hope I wont break my phone screen again, I would recommend him to anyone with phone issues. Class act.

Charged 40$ for it which is decent price if compared to other phone service centers around Alexandria . I recommend this shop for the affordable prices and there is no other option available near Arlington that provides phone repair services which is plus point if you are looking to get yours repaired .

Replaced my shattered Samsung Galaxy S4 screen for $80. They didnt have the red trim in stock that my phone came with (due to the phone being an older model) but they did have a dark navy/black color. I dropped the phone off around 3pm and picked it up completely restored around 6pm. Not only did the gentleman fix my screen, but he appears to have cleaned out the inside of the case as well! There used to be a mass of nasty, grimy dirt clogging the phones speaker and that is now completely clean and the phone is running much cooler! Excellent service and good price.

Best repair service in Arlington! The only place Id trust with my devices. Half the price of other locations, completed my repair in an hour, and very knowledgeable. Very thankful this place exists, because otherwise Id be without a functioning phone.

Decided to get my shattered iPhone 7 screen replaced here because of the great reviews but was extremely disappointed. The screen is nowhere near as functional as it was before I got it replaced. It’s frustrating doing simple things like typing or zooming in on pictures. Next time I will just go to Best Buy or the Apple store because it’s not worth saving the money for a low quality replacement.
