Took my sister’s Samsung S20 Plus to get the housing replaced due to the front glass being broken. The back glass was perfectly fine. They called me that it was finished, but the back had cracked along the process of repairing it. They told me they could replace it at no extra charge or discount $20 from the housing replacement. I went with replacing the back glass, but it would take a day for the part to arrive I needed it done the next day and they fulfilled with there word. Extremely satisfied with there customer service and honesty, very professional. I’ll go again with them if I have any issue with my phone or family’s phone!

This is an awesome place. The service was above and beyond. This is how businesses should run. Everything was explained well. I highly recommend people go here. You wont be disappointed. I cannot remember the guys name. Ill have to call and ask. I hope I can come back and give his name. He knows his job very well. And likes it very much.

08/08/20I would like to give a shout out to Ethan for being such a nice guy and being so helpful. I brought my. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 in, he looked at and he said if he replaced the battery like I was wanting that the back of it might crack further than it already had. I decided on waiting it out and possibly buying a new phone instead of buying a new battery. But to replace the battery was only going to be like $69.95 parts and labor so that wasnt really that expensive to me I had been expecting around $80

This is absolutely the best phone repair store I have ever been too. My phone was disabled and screen was cracked. He fixed my screen no problem and although he didn’t know how to fixed a disabled phone without wiping the phone completely, he patiently worked three hours and read through multiple resources and manuals to get the job done. My I-Phone had suddenly quit working altogether and would not respond to a charge. Being on a Sunday when this happened, I visited the Ft. Worth Apple store and after they ran their diagnostic was told I needed a new phone. I decided to visit this location and after being greeted my phone was promptly checked out only to find out it was just the battery! After a very short wait and a fair price I had my phone back. CPR was magical my phone started back working when I arrived and the tech wasnt going to charge me to visually inspect it instead just told me to return if it starts the flickering again.Highly recommend for genuine honest service!

This place literally said that it was gonna be done May 18th the latest, extremely unprofessional don’t know you call clients or notify them in some way if the deadline was extended? It is now May 27th and the Xbox it has not even been worked on at all. There was an emergency on their half which I agree can be a problem to work (broken? Ankle) but a notification sooner would’ve been nicer instead of waiting. We’re going to pick it up tomorrow. Also calling them is like a 50/50 sometimes they will pick up and sometimes they won’t.

I had the best experience with this location! My iPhone 7 screen was cracked and I just couldn’t go another week without it getting fixed. It was so embarrassing! Checking local repair shops near me, this location jumped out at me because of all the great reviews. I walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile! I got a quick and painless estimate that was LESS than what I would have paid for using my phone insurance through T Mobile. Plus I didn’t have to send off my phone somewhere and have to wait days! Within an hour and a half, I was back at the store to pick up my phone and it looked good as new! I highly recommend this place and will be back soon to have my phone battery replaced. These guys really know what they are doing!

They broke my friends Nintendo switch so it can no longer be used through the TV. She went to speak with the manager, and they said he had left for lunch after she confirmed a time to speak with him. Very unprofessional for a business with so many high ratings. It really makes you wonder if they are legitimate reviews. Would not recommend.

Went to CPR right after ATT because the audio volume was very low on the earpiece. The tech, Connor, was very confident and told me exactly what can be done to fix my problem. He explained how experienced he was with this type of issue, and in 10 minutes, the problem was fixed!! The phone sounded much better!! We also had him apply a protective screen and bought a new cover. This store is a one stop shop for repairs and the people there are expertly qualified!!!

Came in today Bc my camera wasn’t working and Collin plugged my camera bracket back in and fixed it without charging me. I had paid for insurance through my carrier, but was told that no parts were available for my four year old HTC ONE (that I loved). Faced with a $125 deductible and another phone, that I did not want, I sought other options. CPR ordered the parts (which took a few days) and not only replaced my screen but also the back camera lens cover for just a little more that my deductible was going to be. Now its like new. In and out fast. These guys are the best!!!

I went to your University Park store in Dallas on 5/29/19 to have a new battery installed. 45 minutes later, they couldnt get my phone to turn on.Took it to two different places after that to find out what happened. They both said they broke the filter. It costed me 800+ notes and lost photos because they had to fix it then reset my phone. Since when does a simple battery installation erase data??? It was a nightmare!

Broke my iPhone 6S screen yesterday. Other places were quoting $150 and up to 4 day turn around to send it for offsite repair. Andrew was super helpful and did it within 30 min for around $100. I’m back in action and super happy.

I consider myself very lucky to have found this shop! My iphone had been dead for several days while I was trying to decide what to do. I wandered into this shop and witnessed first hand how honest and professional they are. My first impression was formed as Andrew gave his advice to the customer in front of me. He was very patient and professional. He offered all options for repair but also suggested replacing the item might be more cost effective even though it would mean loss of business for the shop. I had no doubt I would get the same level of service and honesty and on that count Andrew did not disappoint.

I had the charger piece stuck in my phone and he pulled it out for me and cleaned my charger port for free. It was very professional, courteous, and quick. I definitely recommend this place. I had gone to AT&T before but they said they didnt have the tools to do it.

Andrew Cunnignhan who runs this store did a great job fixing my IPhone 6. It took a few tries to get the GPS fixed but he stayed after it and made it happen for original agreed upon price. When a secondary issue came up from the repair he took care of that too. For the time he put into it the cost was fair. This will be my first stop the next time my phone acts up.

Yes, the guy placed a battery in my wifes Iphone and it works, but the dudes attitude was terrible. He has the personality of a rock. I wish if people hated their job they would just quit and go live under a bridge. Its not enough to just do your job. Having a terrible attitude is draining on other people.

The customer service provider over the phone on my first call is what made me chose this place. Andrew made me feel welcomed with his willingness to listen and help. I called Andrew 3 times before visiting the location, and each time, the patience and friendly welcome and tone was admirable. Once I arrived to the store I was blown away by the ambiance of the spot. It felt like an upscale loft with the warmth of the furniture and large screen tvs. No overflow of phones or cases aligning the walls, no gimmicky advertisement or endorsements hanging from the walls and no corny slogans.
