I have been a long time GM customer and have purchased many cars as I love the brand and this dealership has always been awesome. Unfortunately I purchased a 2018 GMC Acadia from this dealership and the rims are peeling after less than 3 years which is unsightly and lowers the cars resale value. I showed this to the dealership and they had GMC customer assistance call me. After over a month of we will call you backs, got a “final decision “ from a rep named Britney that they will pay only a third of the cost to replace them even though this was a factory defect. This has definitely lower my excitement in regards to GMC.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The repair only took a few days when a dealership down the street quoted me at least 3 weeks. Great place to do business with. Lisa was my service advisor and she kept me well informed on the progress and updates.
Outstanding experience working with Jasmine to purchase our 2022 GMC 2500HD Denali. Couldnt ask for a friendlier, more knowledgeable, or competent sales person. We were impressed throughout the experience, and are glad to give credit where it is due. We believe Jasmine kept our interests in mind throughout, and worked to get us the best possible trade-in price and final price for our new truck. One secret Ill share - try the French Vanilla coffee from their on-site coffee maker. It is a treat worth stopping in for, even if you dont need a new vehicle today. I couldnt stay away from the machine! ( After all, its the small things that count too!)
I called to see if they had my tires in stock due to a blowout. After three transfers, I got Jessica. She almost transferred me and heard how unenthused I was and decided to walk back to the department that had the information I needed instead and placed me on a brief hold. I thanked her profusely for being so perceptive, explaining how many times I had already been transferred, and this was after she willingly provided a level of customer service I don’t see over the phone anymore. She said, “Girl, that’s what I’m here for!” She made sure to give me her name so I could use it when I pulled up to the service department.Then I met Rob. He was oozing with positive energy and willingness to help. He was so down to earth and easy to talk to. We chatted nonstop while he drew up the order. My wait time to get a new tire from start to finish was maybe 30 minutes, and that included a quick car wash (courtesy of Rob).I have been to this dealership one other time for a software recall on a previous truck and that was also a positive experience.I’m moving out of the area in a couple of weeks, but these people will have my business when I’m ready for another upgrade. Phenomenal service in a time when even halfway decent service is nearly nonexistent.
Thank you Classic Buick for having employees like Gene Frizzell who did an excellent job in my car buying experience from the time I entered the dealership until I drove off in my new Buick Envision Avenir 2022. Gene went over every detail showing me the details of my new purchase and making sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. It was a no hassle and pleasant experience.

Customer Service was horrible. My service agent met me when I arrived to my 8:00 am appointment. Within 15 minutes he informed me of what else needed to be done. I came in for 2 tires, a brake inspection, and wiper blades. Brakes checked out fine, but agent suggest an alignment and a couple of fluid flushes. 3 hours later I hadnt heard a word. I finally texted my agent and no reply. An hour later I tracked down another agent to find out if my agent was still around. No, he had gone home sick, but new agent said my truck would be ready in 15 minutes. An hour later I asked to speak to service manager. Of course he was at lunch. I did not go back to the waiting area, but stayed in the cashier area where the two people there (Parts Manager and Cashier) both knew I was waiting. When SM arrived back from lunch, neither of them informed him I needed to speak to him as I saw him go outside for something. I asked Parts Mgr is that was the SM and he said yes. When he finally returned, I told him of my experience and that I had now been there 5:15 minutes, again for 2 tires, alignment, wiper blades, and 2 fluid flushes. The SM gave me a whole $50 for my inconvenience and a less than sincere apology. Totally unacceptable customer service during this experience. I was totally forgotten and no one thought to ask why I had been there for 5 hours knowing that one of their service agents had gone home sick. At one point I was the only one in the waiting area.
Let me start by saying, everyone I spoke to at this dealership was super nice and helpful from start to finish with my car buying experience. My GMC dealership in my town was not helpful at all and could care less to help me out when I was looking for a certain vehicle. Kelly was awesome and got me in contact with a man named Julius. Julius was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for. He was able to build the vehicle I wanted. Gene Frizzell was my sales person keeping me posted on my vehicle being built. He was fantastic throughout the whole process. David Lancaster also kept me posted and was very nice. I just picked up my new 2021 GMC Yukon AT4 from them yesterday. Everything went smooth and quickly. I couldnt be happier and I would highly recommend this dealership. I live 3 hours away to do business with them, it was all worth it. She did a check-in via text to see if there was anything I needed since dropping off the car. When service was complete she came and told me what was done and gave me directions to receive my rebate. I went in for an oil change and was informed of my battery life. I was asked if my car sounded like it didn’t want to start, and at times it is slow to connect. Never would have thought it was the battery. I appreciate the honesty instead of trying to swindle more money out of customers.

This was by far the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. After a not-so-pleasant experience at another place, I contacted Classic about a truck they had on the lot. Their communication was excellent, they were thorough and courteous, and even did the entire deal over email and text. The even delivered my beautiful new Pacific Blue truck to my house and I signed the paperwork on my kitchen table. This is how the buying experience should be. No pressure, easy to deal with. We puchased our second vehicle from Classic Buick/GMC in Arlington yesterday based on the fact that they are on Ed Wallaces list of dealer friends. Friends is right. We were only $36 dollars apart on the max I wanted to write my check for, then they asked a few questions and found another $1000 in earned incentives. Unfortunately, one of the tires a had a nail in it and we waited for that to be replaced but otherwise it was just about the most pleasant experience weve had buying a car. The salesman Ryan Williams even quilts like my wife, so I got left out of the remaining conversations while they chatted. Shelby Clark teamed with Ryan to get stuff expedited and except for the tire delay it was tremendous
Purchased a 2021 At4 for over $90k. It had scratches in the paint from the bed cover not fitting correctly. This is the only dealership I know of that wont give you a loaner when you have to take your vehicle in for work to be done on it, especially given the fact that the damage was done by the dealership folks. Terrible customer service. I can buy a new or used car from practically any other dealership and will receive better service than this place. Never again.
The gentleman that greeted us took my husband’s wheelchair out for me. He also put it back in when we were leaving. I wish I had got his name.
JR was very helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. He was there to answer any questions and to assist me in the entire process. My car have been in service 26 days in the past 2 months. The problem that I had it in to be fixed, was never addressed. They always find something else that need to be fixed and the problem continues. I am always quoted one price over the phone but charged a different price. My car is only 3 years old. I am always told one week it is under warrenty, one week later it is not. I am told I went 3000 miles in one week here in the city. (ALL LIES) This place is a RIP OFF.

I called in to get my car fix, they were able to squeeze me in snd had my car c HBC ack in 1 day. I was so happy they were able to expedite my parts overnight.
My fathers Armani watch was stolen out of my back seat during a service appointment, I reached out to management and never contacted me back. Sad thing about this whole situation, the watch belonged to my father who had just passed away.

The service was great. They identified the issue with my truck, and took care of it in a timely manner. There was clear communication from my service advisor throughout the process. I appreciated the shuttle service which allowed my wife to continue working. The shuttle driver was very kind and professional.

He also spent a lot of his own time looking for the vehicle we wanted. Trust me it no easy task every dealership is short on everything. But Moe hooked us up. Our finance person Johnnie M. Made that part of the sale easy thanks for that. More about the dealership, they are currently not upselling any vehicles unlike everyone else. I visited countless dealerships and they all were marking up their vehicles 5k-10k over msrp due to shortages. Look I understand the crisis but dont take it out on the consumer in need. Hope to enjoy my vehicle for some time. And will be happy to return when its time.

My experience at Classic GM was absolutely wonderful. I had a lot of experiences with other dealerships over the past week trying to find the truck I wanted. It got painful! Particular trucks are hard to come by and there are a lot of dealerships taking advantage of it. Classic is not one of them, regardless of what other dealerships may say (HILEY GMC)!! Classic is not adding $6,500 accessory fees or other dealer mark ups! Gene was honest up front, and once I made a decision it was simple process. Maybe the quickest car purchase Ive ever had! I was told my car was ready. I show up and they drive my car up, the car had grease all over the door and door handle. I feel like service on an 80k + vehicle should be better. I then had to wait 35 minutes after arrival and paying to get my car. I never had this service at our cadillac dealership, unacceptable in my eyes.
Had my 2007 GMC in for defective airbag replacement. Service advisor Erick kept me informed on progress and completed repair in almost half of estimated time. Dealership is what you would expect from the CLASSIC Group, Top Shelf.
Lisa is the best service tech. My appointment got mixed up. The customer service rep Marian was rude to the highest degree, but Lisa fixed the problem. I got there at 10am and was out within the hour. This allowed me to not miss my other appointment. Thanks Lisa for all you did.

I scheduled an appt after person I spoke to looked up my vehicle for an oil change and transmission flush. Price seemed great so set up a 7:45 appt. After about an hour I’m informed that based on my type of transmission the price would be more than double and could not be done unless I planned to leave my truck there all day. So basically after a wasted 2 hours I only get an oil change with a 10% discount ($6). This is why I typically try to avoid service at the dealership!
I shopped around for a month with local dealerships in the DFW area. Classic GMC provided the best price for my new AT4 (tech package, 6.2) with the best price for my trade in. The key for me was the service & honesty to make it happen. I had to wait for a little while until the truck was being shipped from the factory. But the demand is high with the chip shortage, so it was worth the wait to get exactly what I wanted.

Bad business had a deal worked over the phone and within minutes I was told it was sold. If you are ok with being swindled this is definitely the dealership for you.
This place is a total rip-off on there non-negotiable wheel locks and front window tint for $995. Wheel locks are $65 on the GMC web site and tint cost about $150. Talked to finance person Art about my DV plates that if I were to buy it they would be on when vehicle arrived that was not on case. ART ONTIVEROS and Shelby Clark both told me that they were going to send me the purchase agreements and overnight them to me Im still waiting on them. I called you again Shelby on or about 9-22-2021and you returned my call and once again you told me you were going to overnight them and Im still waiting. I bought this yukon on 9-9-2021 .Yes it was delivered to me about 150 miles but I did pay full price for this vehicle non-negotiable price as well . I paid $150 for so called document fees for once again rip-off. It was emailed to me If your active duty a veteran dont buy anything from this rip-off of dealership go somewhere else other that here .Ill give a updated to see if they send my plates.
Classic Buick make you feel special from the time you arrive until you leave. Service advisors are very attentive n service is unbelievably fast Receive text while waiting for service to update progress of repairs n that is very important . If I could give 10 star I would.. Love this place. I really love how they remind you of upcoming service on your car by text phone call and email.

Dave at Classic in Arlington has taken care of at least 3 of my cars I have bought from the dealership. Dave informs me if I need a filter, etc other than an oil change. He keeps me on the road. If Dave said we need to replace the trunk and move it where the motor is, I would do it! That’s how much confidence I have in him and respect his knowledge.

We had our Yukon serviced at the Arlington location last week. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member who made us feel important & welcome. The wait time was much shorter than we anticipated!Were also enjoying our new Yukon Denali which we purchased there in December 2020!

What was supposed to be an hour at most at the dealership turned into five hours. Had pretty much finalized the car deal the day before but when we got to dealership had a very big negative surprise. Update: Its been nearly 3 months and I still have not received my license plates. I called and was told I would get a return call and 2 weeks later, nothing. Also, when I purchased the Enclave I let the salesman know there were some chips on the very front of the hood and was told, no problem, they would fix it. They had to order some paint.When they called to come in at 9a.m. no one knew why I was there. All they ended up doing was wipe the front of the hood off and cover the chips with paint. I was so upset. In the last 6 years my family has purchased 5 vehicles from Classic.I let the salesperson know how I felt and he said they would take care of it again. Another appointment was set and just before the day I received a message they would not have a loaner available. Since then they have not followed up.I called again yesterday and was told the plates are there and that they will mail them to me and will look in to why no follow-up about the chips and get back to me.Still waiting.I came to just look but asked for Shelby as he sold to both my daughter and son-in-law and both recommended him. He took us around and showed what he had to offer and had me sold. Brandon from the finance dept took the time to answer questions and explain details. Thank you for a great buying experience.

Love this place. I always take my car in for its routine maintenance. Im always in and out no matter how busy they are. I never have to wait for my shuttle home. Rob was fantastic as usual and I really enjoyed my shuttle ride with the young man, I think his name was James or John. I apologize for not remembering.
