Words cant even express how amazing they are.. Juan and Rena accommodated our needs in the most amazing way. We drove off in my Hubbys new car (Well I did while he followed) Thanks to family owned and operated Kena Auto Sales we are back moving around and able to work more shifts and doubles.

If I could give this car lot a 0 star I would. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They take peoples money one day and the car breaks down 2 days later. Terrible business practices, customer service, and business practices. Very unethical. Don’t say I didn’t tell you so if you go to this car lot. They are disgusting. And when you ask to speak with the owner she never comes to the phone. Either save your money or look somewhere else unless you have money to throw away.God bless!

Bought a 2005 Chrysler 300. The same day the battery went dead and I had to buy another one. I also had to get new water pump. Today I just found out that I need a new engine. They also spray painted engine to make it look newer. I got ripped off. I would not purchase a car from here.

Worst car dealer... I was financing a 2006 nissan maxima which they sold to me for $9500.. last year and..the same day I got the car, the car stopped in the middle of the road just a few minutes away from him.. I put the car in Emergency mode and later on tried restarting the car.. I went back to Juan and he told me maybe the car oil was low and that its all good... there was the message on the dashboard that says service engine soon.. I also asked him about it same day I got the car if there was anything wrong with the car and why the message on the dashboard.. He told me all was good.. I even proposed him changing the car for me.. He told me I had to give him additional money.. I was in desperate need of a car so I drove off the lot.. From the day I got that car, its been from one repairs to another.. I went back to Juan two days later to complain and he told me he could refer me to his mechanic.. I have spent almost & 2000 doing repairs on this car.. I even lost my job bcuz sometimes this car would stop on my way to work.. I went back to this man after being home for almost two months no job and no car to plead with him to give me sometime to get a job so I can continue doing payments on the car but he wasnt of no help.. All this guy wanted was money.. After a long period of no payments, he finally came and towed the rotten car...my advice to anyone who is looking to get a new car.. Please do not go to kena auto sales.. You will die of frustration.. They dont deserve even half 🌟

Hello everyone!!This carlot will screw you...so keep up with your paper work...They will get your vehicle and claim that you havent paid after you just walked in and payed....smh....then wont to charge you late fees.They tried to get me but i had to do alot to prove them wrong.The dude Juan stay away from....he talk good but just for the money.He will dig in your pocket if you let him.....NO GOOD 👎👎👎👎Make sure you really check out the vehicle cause thats more money if you dont and they dont care and will not help you...not talking months later...it can be the next day after getting your vehicle and they will say you its something you did....knowing you havent had the vehicle for 24hrs...so be careful with KENA AUTO THE SCAMMERS!! -5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐GOD BLESS!!
