Due to the way that I get paid, made many banks question whether my check stubs were real or not and caused a lot of confusion.Omar and Hamid fought hard to get me approved for my wifes GMC.Great guys and fair prices. Absolute crooks bought a car within a month had to put it in the shop. Ive owned the car for 2 years now and it has had issues constantly. Currently it is not running and the dodge house said it needs $9000.00 of transmission work. The folks at this dealership has never offered any help even when it first started ( a month after purchasing it ) they quit taking my phone calls even to the point of hanging up on me. Can not say enough bad about these people. I was trying to rebuild my credit but am going to wind up hurting it worse as I can not pay for the car and the repairs which are more than the blue book value of the car.

Scratch all that I said below. Do not buy from this dealership. They do nothing but lie and say anything for you to buy. Truck I bought vibrated when I turned and Bryan Ford the sales guy said it was just the tires. Week later I have a friend look and my rack and pinion is completely cracked. I drove 135 miles home like that. I could of easily wrecked and killed myself or someone else. They said they had their (mechanic) look at it which is the guy that details cars. So they got it illegally inspected and lied. If you read more comments you will see people saying samething about them lien and doing illegal inspections. Also they told me I had the best warranty that covered what’s going to cost me $3,000 to be fixed so I called my warranty company and they told me I only have basic and doesn’t cover steering. So they lied to me about that and said and did anything they could for me to buy the truck not caring if I could of died on way home. Also Bryan Ford threatened he knew where I lived because he had my paper work and threatened to come whoop my a** because I called him a liar. The owner doesn’t care At all. I just Bought a 2013 Ford Mustang GT from this establishment, and come to find out that the previous owner being the mechanic here that had done alot of unknown, unnecessary altercations to this beautiful car, and upon original pickup date, got no more than 5 mins down the road and vehicle locked me out and could not get into no gears at all. They sent previous owner wich is one of the mechanics as well to come fix car and upon his arrival he was not able to do so. Car had to be towed back to shop, and looked at, but every min of the Proccess Brian listened to me, and made it his top priority as If it was his mustang and it happened to to set out to get the situation at hand handled and corrected very professionally in a matter in a few weeks.If I could rate my experience with this place, and being a first time customer here and the fact that my salesman went up and over the top and beyond in staying focused, on keynotes of my intrest and being very communicative and taking the problem as if its his own personal problem. I would rate him not 1, not 2,not 3, not 4, not 5, not even 6, a full blown 7 for my salesman that ive come to get to know personally, and have developed a new friend out of this whole Proccess I must say. Not once did I doubt him, and most of all he had everything taken care of, and then some, and kept his word, and that ladies and gentleman is getting harder and harder to come by now a days. Madi was and is extremely helpful with any questions and concerns but the problem with this company is the Manager, Ray. They neglected to send us a bill on the first months payment, and Ray called my girlfriends phone screaming yelling and cursing her out. Shortly after, he called my personal cell phone and began threatening me with physical violence after I told him not to speak to us in that way. Extremely happy and go lucky guy when you are buying, but after the contract is locked in he turns extremely unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, with him in charge around there I would not recommend anyone to buy from this place. If you do, be warned and just know that the harassing phone calls and threatening messages are coming shortly after.
