Purchased my 2005 Chrysler 300C with these guys since April, I will say this dealership is family owned with two excellent people Danny and Ali not sure if Im saying that name but these guys definitely treats me like a family with open arms, even asked you hows the car running just to make sure everything is smooth.. I recommend this dealer, very impressed with these guys
Got my Lexus from here. It’s a 2007, but I bought it with around 82,000 miles and one owner and no accidents. I love my Lexus and the customer service I have received thus far has been incomparable from the “big name” dealerships. They are family owned, operated and oriented. They care about their customers more than the sale of the vehicle. No pressure from dealership in purchasing. The is the one place off division to get a car!
This is my second time purchasing a car from Fares Auto Sales. Dani is such a pleasure to work with and very professional.
I Wasnt going to post a review..BUT.. I feel it might be important, due to the circumstances..AND for someone else who might be somewhat in my situation.Anyways, I found one of fares cars on edmunds.com..a 2014 Scion XB..My aunt has an 05 XB And that thing is still going strong.I was in an accident June 4th..lady totaled my ride..had to rent a car, drive 5 hours...blah blah blah.ANYWAYS..I called fares..explained my situation and rental plans, asked if there was any body damage or issues worth mentioning because, of course you cant see such things in photos well always.I was flat out told NO! GREAT CAR, GREAT CONDITION.(Typical lie, make commissions attitude I guess.)After a 5-hour drive we get there...The car has At least fifty dents from hail that do not show in photos..Im a conservative woman and Im not really worried about looks so I can Overlook that BUT I feel as though it was worth mentioning to a potential buyer...There were other body issues..But we moved on to looking under the hood everything looked really nice and clean no leaks that we could see right away..We started it up and the engine ran rough and shook a lot at first but seemed to level out..had a clicking I could ignore, probably easy fix..Then came the test drive.Right off the bat...steering Was an issue. I would not have felt comfortable driving it 5 hours..The AC did not blow cold at all and obviously, once again.. I would not have felt comfortable needed a recharge..breaks were questionable brake light was also ON..no to 5 hours with that...A few other things came up and by the end of the drive I was just super disappointed..especially for the price they were asking..I would be having to fix so many things right off the bat.ALL OF THESE THINGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED.If you care about having an honest reputation that is.
Nice cars, very professional. Will recommend.
Got 2007 Ford Focus from them with 69k miles for $4.9k out the door. Still runs perfect 8 months later.
I am from PA and wanted a southern truck. There was one with a good fit available and we agreed on a cash price with me having a 3rd party examining the truck since I am from a distance. The 3rd party got the truck and it was showing diagnostic codes, so it was sent back. I followed up a week later and was told it is getting worked on. A week later I saw the online ad was no longer up and called to be told it was sold.He made a commitment to sell it at that agreed upon price and I made a commitment to buy it at that price (provided the 3rd party gave it a clean bill of health). He sold it out from underneath me.He might try to say that there was a misunderstanding, but I made it clear that despite the fact that I am from a distance, that if I make a commitment- I will honor it since I have thought about this purchase for a long time and saved up the money to purchase it. Plus, I have family living in Texas that would have been able to help with the transaction.Maybe it would have helped if I understood Spanish, but I kind of doubt it. I have no proof, but I suspect someone came along and offered a little more and he sold it since the guy came in person which I couldnt do...
They were very nice to me and my wife. The van we got was just as advertised and the price was fair.
To begin with Dani and Oscar, are both nice and friendly. But i have had a not so good, post buying experience within 3 days of purchasing this CARFAX certified vehicle. Which I never received the report on. I Bought this 1991 Corolla on Saturday March 18th, and by (March 21st) Tuesday morning the harmonic balancer came off causing the alternator belt and the a/c compressor belt to be destroyed. (Pictures attached) And of course the car is not able to be driven. It was no wonder the 2 times that I test drove the vehicle it had to be jump started because the battery was dead. Evidently The alternator was not charging the battery correctly because the crankshaft pully was broken. That should have been my red flag. But i was told the door on the vehicle wasnt closed properly and battery drained because of the interior light being on from previous day. Which sounded reasonable. I did notice that the alternator belt looked new but I thought someone just did some recent repairs to keep up the maintenance. It now seems like the previous belt was probably damaged recently and replaced. I will say at least the interior and exterior of the vehicle was very clean. Dani was not willing to negotiate the price during the buying process which was disappointing, but I was told the car was worth it. After all it did does look Good 👍inside and out and test drove very well. (Pictures attached)They offered to let me bring the car back to their mechanic for repair but it will cost me $180 to have it towed since I live 30 miles away in Balch Springs. And i will still have to pay about $200 for the repairs. There is a reputable mechanic which is only 3 miles from my house that quoted me $250-$325 to repair. If the price of the car had been negotiable to begin with, this situation would have been a lot more pleasant and no negative review would have been posted. If we receive any help from Mr. Jubain, I will be happy to edit this review. All the cars appear nice and clean. But there should be a better inspection process in place, especially if the price is not negotiable. Of course, next time that will be another Red Flag. Also I never received the CARFAX report for the vehicle. I enjoy buying cash cars and have always had good experiences. Of course there will be repairs on any used car, but I just think this was a little too soon. Maybe this experience will turn around for the better, we will see😊.
Bought a vehicle from them, at first there the difficulties of agreeing on the trade in value of my vehicle and the added inconvenience of not being given a working spare key, but here I am less than 60 days after purchasing my vehicle and I am having to replace the engine. Zero accountability of the business nor their crooked means of conducting business. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Bought a used truck here and the so called “safety inspection” missed so many issues. The windshield wiper did not work since water does no come out. Just found out we had a missing sway bar link all this time. Plus we just realized theres a leak in less than 4 months. We rarely use this truck to have this much problem... ugh I don’t know how this was a carfax certified.
Excellent business, would buy from them again
Very friendly and accommodating.
Emails were quickly replied to when it concerned availability.Everything else is delayed at best.Seller had both vehicles I was interested in and I was able to visually inspect them(no pressure), as well as run the engines.Radiator tank, brakes,........and exterior/interiors (slight)were not as clean as in pictures.BEWARE being sold their insurance, they use an outsourced insurance, they fix into monthly payments for maintenance and repairs.Question is, why should you have to pay an extra 1200 to ensure its covered....... if they sold it.Is the Insurance worth even having?-Update-I did take the vehicle to get looked at by A1 Committed Auto Care which is right around the corner. (See other review). They advised me that needed repairs on the vehicle would cost around 4500.So in short, do not buy it.*Google seems to have issues with allowing me to post the photo of the invoice from them, on either post*
Danny is friendly and understanding, been having my car for 3 years and has not gave me any major issues. He’s car are always clean and priced at a reasonable price.
Dani and staff at Fares Auto Sales were great to work with. They helped us get the perfect car for our daughters 17th birthday! They went over and beyond to make sure it was just right for her. They worked with us on the right price and we had a problem with the sun roof but they fixed it and we are so happy. My daughter is very pleased with her first car!
Started having issue as soon as we got the car to the house, multiple issues with this car! I didnt expect everything to be perfect either, but the issues that Im having tells me that their was nothing done to this car while in there possession! I do mean nothing! I would not waste my hard earned money here! This is suppose to be a Carfax certified vehicle!Something isnt right So after my check engine light came on I connected my device and was given error code for fuel pump, oil pressure sensor, had to replace all brake Pads, have to replace passenger rear caliper, Im hoping that there is nothing major with suspension, had a blow out! Not to mention a bent rim to top of all the major issues!
Came here with my father-in-law to purchase a van. Was overall very pleased with the experience. Seemed like a fair price and the vehicle was very clean even though it was older. The owner is a good guy
It has been 3 months since I bought a 2003 Toyota 4runner from here, so I have given it some time. I was in need of a car as someone wrecked my g37 coupe and the persons insurance was not gonna pay for an additional week. I was in a rush to purchase a new car. We agreed to a price on the vehicle however I wanted the gas tank to be 1/2 full and a new oil change to be completed before taking home. They agreed to do it, however when I drove off the lot, I noticed the gas tank was low. When I got home, I checked the engines oil and It was a dark brown color. Which means it didnt get done. Also, the dashboard was cracked (a very common problem for the 4runners) but Toyota offers a free dashboard replacement. This should of been done before putting the car up for sale. Shortly after buying I noticed the rear brakes need to be done, rear suspension creeks, gas mileage on the SUV is horrible (Needs a tune up and oil change) and the tires need balancing. The owner and his assistant are nice people. I would HIGHLY recommend future buyers to take the car you are interested in to a trusted mechanic to get it looked over. 3 Stars for a simple buying experience, but lost 2 Stars for not doing the oil change, filling the gas tank to 1/2 way, and not doing the dashboard.
I bought my first car here and as a first timer with no credit. This dealer was still willing to work with me in many ways, to ensure I drove off the lot with my first car. For 4 months the car has ran especially well requiring nothing but routine maintenance. I highly recommend this business!
Very good services. Good prices for used cars. The best in starting with.
I needed a minivan *fast* to ferry my family around when they touched down in the city we were moving to. Fares answered their calls directly, no wait time at all! Excellent service. Car works great (so far). Very easy to work with, and painless car buying experience. Thanks you, Fares!
I purchased a 2004 Grand Marquis from Oscar back in February 2019.It was a bit high priced, but in Immaculate, clean condition. When driving it back to Minnesota I discovered the heater didnt work. Then a bit later the A/C didnt work either. When I talked to Dani in a courteous polite way about my issue, helistened, expressed his concern, and even agreed to give me partialreimbursement for repairs that I have to make!He was under no obligation to do this, and consequently I canrecommend Fares. I think that Oscar was good and knowledgeablesales person and I was treated fairly by Dani.If you give these people a chance, ( as in Try A Little Kindness,And Youll Overlook The Blindness,......You might be surprised!
Bought a 2004 Titan almost two years ago. It was a hard-to-find model w/leather and everything. Price was reasonable. Truck still runs great, and I have not spent a dime on repairs. Nice dealership!
Good selection of cars and trucks, good prices and good service.
They have been great so far love this place.. they fix whats wrong with the car. Thanks Fares..
I called them to discuss financing for a car I was looking at getting. they were going to do in house financing for me and told me I would need to put half the money down then pay 234 a month for two years. something didnt sound right so I did the math and they had me paying almost 3k dollars more than what the car cost. I understand a little interest but wtf is that? out of the 234 a month only a hundred of it was going to pay on my car. the rest was going to interest and the 85 dollar fee they were going to charge me for doing in house financing. just not a good way to do business. with dam near a 3k dollar down payment on a 5k dollar car I would expect better ethics than that. I would stay away from this place unless you are looking to be ripped off.
I just bought a car from this dealership and they were nothing but accommodating. They allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic and have it looked over before I made any decisions. They were reasonable on the price and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Oscar was great and was able to get me into a great car. Thanks Jacob
Great people. Good people.
PLEASE READ, COULD SAVE A LIFE . Upon purchasing my vehicle from the dealership I signed a contract that has a charge for warranty ( 1200 ) which I completely wanted and thought it would be resourceful. My vehicle broke down on the highway during traffic and I reached out to Dani Jubain for assistance . Upon reaching out to him I was greeted with an conformational, irate attitude. Dani stated that the service contract is my finance charge . However in the TILA box, there isnt a finance charge nor is there an APR, one that must be visable to the consumer. Dani has threatened to makr the car as a repossession within my 8th day of grace and has given me permission to seek legal matters, as he will not work with me any longer by choice . I am looking for multiple people to join with me to put up a class a action lawsuit against this dealership due to this dealership practicing illegal sales tactics against the auto dealer fraud law .
I had great experiencie with them they explain everything in details and the cara are in perfecto conditions especially are certified by CARFAX
They have pretty good deals
Great place to buy a car
