DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I PURCHASED 2 TIRES A FEW WEEKS AGO, AND 1 HAS ALREADY GONE FLAT. I WENT BACK TODAY AND THEY CHECKED THE TIRE AND SAID OH THIS TIRE IS NO GOOD, YOU NEED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. ONE OF THE GUYS THEN PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH ME HE WAS SO RUDE AND NASTY AND SAID WELL IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY ANOTHER TIRE, YOU CAN LEAVE.... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THEY ARE CROOKS. I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO TO THIS JOKE OF A TIRE SHOP!!!!!!!

Very nice used tires and front end work on my G35 at a great price.

My alignment is WORSE then before I came in. Hard to believe but true. Had to bring it back because the steering where was nowhere near level. It was far better before I came in.Now Im out 90 minutes and $60. Ill take it to a much better shop and spend $110. Should have done that in the first place.

Called myself going there to get an engine swap and they basically sold me a used non-functional engine.. I have no vehicle or any type of reliable transportation.. They even made it seem as if the engine had they replaced it with had a warranty and that didn’t as well. Poor communication skills with timing as to when my car would be fixed & they also refused to fix my car after me only having it for 2 weeks

I have been coming here for years, even recommended them to several buddies. Today I showed up holding a tire, 3 employees looked at me, 2 of them walked by me, and none of them acknowledged me.I finally walked into the garage and asked if someone can help me with the tire. 2 of them nodded, but never came to talk to me. I stood there, tire in hand, for a good 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Never going back!

I had been coming to these guys for years now. From when I had my car in high school to me returning from college I only came to these guys. I took my wife’s car there and waited longer than usual for a tire change but still rode off as a happy customer. My issue came about a week later when I had to ride on the highway. my tires were definitely needing to be rotated and balanced. I actually let this go on longer than I should but, eventually I was on a time crunch at work and dropped my car off a discount tire. Shortly after discount called me telling me I had a tire on the wrong size, the same tire that A1 fixed (been coming to a1 forever remember). I said ok these guys are nice they’ll acknowledge their mistake right? WRONG!! I was told rudely when explaining” no we don’t do that, we no cheat”. I do honestly think it was a mistake on their behalf and If they would actually have realized how much of a loyal customer you lost.Mom and pop shop but organization is needed in house to track customers.

Best tire shop in the South Arlington/Mansfield area. Its affordable and they do great work. They also will do some work that other tire shops wont necessarily do like changing rotors or replacing brakes. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They put the wrong size tires on my car which i was told today by another shop. I called and kindly explained the problem and asked if they could resolve the issue. Instead of being helpful he argued that they never make a mistake and hung the phone up in my face after being extremely rude and also cursing at me. I was very happy with my service until they were unable to resolve a problem they caused. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE. They are scammers.

Their customer service skill is great but the work is garbage. I came to to them because my service engine light came on (now make 3 weeks for that). They said it was because of my coolant fan so I went and brought a new one and they put it in. MY LIGHT WAS STILL ON!! They turned the light off each time. So, I came back and then they said I needed a new censor. I went and brought that but they said theyll do it tomorrow because they were about to close. The next day I came back and they put it in. MY LIGHT WAS STILL ON!! So I brought it back and then they said it can be because of my wires or circuits. Guess who lost money cause nothing was fixed and the mechanic hasnt been coming to work. THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN AUTO SHOP EVER!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE LIKE I DID!! AND THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE

Open time 8:00 am I was there couple time by 8:05 once get some air the other time change one tire... They make me wait 30 minutes I dont know why . change you opening time or get ready on time.Thats why I change . I have been going to this place for about five years. It may not look like much but they always have me fixed up within 5-10 minutes. Very fair prices here. Tire repairs usually around $5. Ive picked up a few nails over the last couple years driving in DFW. Just had this shop replace all 4 tires on my 13 accord for about $180 less than I was quoted at the Big Tire Shops for the same name brand tire.

Horrible! I was sold a used tire last week...drove around for 3 days until I noticed my tire pressure gauge stated the tire was low. I took my vehicle to another establishment and they advised m that the tire was previously patched on the rim of the tire and the patch had came off and was rolling inside the tire... So I attempted to call and advise of the matter and the gentlemen yelled and at me and said no receipt, no service...wow, last time I will ever do business at such a place...smh

I purchased a set of tires for my 2017 Mercedes, and saved $600. The Parelli tires that came with it went bad within a year. I wasnt paying $1200 for tires that are no good!! Good ho

This the worst tire shop its plenty of better ones thats no more than 7 mins away..they overcharge then dont want to replace tire that you bought literally 3 days ago

Was in to get nail out of my tire 20 minutes later job was completed.

I went to this shop a total of 2 times. First time for used tires, they were the only ones to touch the wheels, 2 weeks later one of their used tires side wall just gave out while the car was parked in my driveway. I went back for a replacement and they had cross threaded the nuts on the wheel stud and refused to pay for them even tho they caused it AND they broke the wheel stud off the 2nd time, then they tried to charge me extra for the same tire I got the last time. When I questioned the lady in the office about it and tried to ask for a discount due to them breaking my wheel stud, she cursed me, had an attitude, took my debit card out of the machine as I was paying and walked off with my card. Next thing I know police show up. I would never refer anyone to this place, i worked tire shops for years and they have terrible practices that lead to causing damage to wheels and studs AND they dont have Set prices they try and charge based on what they think they can get out of you and they have no concern for your vehicle or the damages they are causing. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE AND DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF
