They rip people off. Go somewhere else that doesn’t charge you nearly $200 for the most basic things. I’d go as far as to say that they definitely take advantage of people unfamiliar with cars, especially women. Wouldn’t recommend at all honestly and a refund would be appreciated.

I went to get my brakes inspected. The tall gentleman with long hair inspected my brakes and my tires. He did a beautiful job of explaining the issue in detail and provide me with solutions. He seemed very knowledgeable and super sweet. Awesome service! :)

I was there and I called ahead. The dude was polite on the phone but a little salty once I arrived. I had a blow out on a tire covered under road hazard. Once I got home I realized that they left the spare on top of the cover for the tire. Im talking a car that has a hatchback. So he didnt even try to put it in its place for me. A 60yr old old lady. We have this particular car serviced at FIRESTONE ONLY. since it was bought in 2010 @ SMH!

DO NOT visit this firestone, I dont know about other locations, but avoid this one like plague. The word appointment means nothing to these people. I myself had an appointment at noon, when I got there I was told they were an hour behind because they had booked 3 appointments at noon with only 2 techs available. Apparently scheduling an appointment actually means telling everyone and their mother to come in at the same time and whoever gets there first will actually be the one who receives the appointment. They offered to reschedule my appointment to 3pm. I asked them if I would for sure be able to get in on time if I showed up at 3pm. They told me yes, I left the store. At 2:30 I called the store and asked them yet again that if I show up there in 30 minutes, will I have a spot? The guy on the phone told me yes we are all caught up and 100% we have a spot reserved for you at 3oclock. I arrive at the store 25 minutes later, and to my surprise they have once again scheduled their 3 oclock appointments all willy nilly. I was then told by the exact same person that I spoke to on the phone that I would have to wait an hour to get in because they were running behind. The people who run this store are either liars or totally incompetent, Im not sure which is worse. The will say whatever it takes to get you in the door but have no problem wasting your time once your there. Take your car somewhere else.

I am a repeat customer now for about 6 years now. As you can see, I find my way back from time to time as needed. Firestone is not just a tire dealership but a full service auto repair shop. They are very professional and live up to the Firestone name that backs them. I have been well pleased with their overall service for quite awhile now. However this is my first review on them because Google has an uncanny way of always being thoughtful enough to ask me how my experience was with each place that I visit. So to sum up Firestone, I recommend them highly and special kudos to Kelly for being large and in charge of customer service and technical services direction. Thats it for now guys; I hope maybe I see you there sometime but hopefully for nothing major, lol.

If we could give 0 stars we would. Zero customer service whatsoever. Sat for 4 hours for work that was estimated for aprox 2, I wouldn’t have minded the wait if at any point of our visit someone, anyone, would’ve come and updated us on status/wait times. Nothing. Not even a ‘sorry for the wait, just a few hours more’. Not to mention the poor job we witnessed as another customer comes in for a rotation appointment, waited an hour, received his vehicle and noticed his tires weren’t even rotated....dirty tires were both still in the rear...I can’t fathom taking my business there again much less recommending others go and spend their time and money.

I came here for a front wheel alignment and a tire rotation. It took them a few hours however I came with no appointment, just a walk-in. They periodically checked with me the whole time I was there keeping me updated on the progress. I finally left and went home, soon as I got to the apt they called and said everything was ready. I went up to take care of the bill and the guy with the longer dark hair checked me out, very nice, very respectful. Thanked me for the wait and also let me know that they knocked off $32 off the overall price cause they seen I qualified for a promotion. (I never asked about any packages). So overall the only thing I see with this place is a little wait but its well worth it. Their tires are a little pricey so you may want to get some quotes at some other places but customer service is great at this location 👍.

Staff was very thorough and friendly. I purchased the year long warranty on my alignment and dont regret it! They did a great job. My old little car is driving so much smoother now. They were very transparent as well and didnt try to sell me services I didnt need. Highly recommend.

I Had to split up getting my back and front tires changed because I could not afford all at once. When I get there they catch that the last place put me down for the wrong tires and fixed it and was able to get my tires in that day. Which was amazing because I was kind of on a time crunch. I went in the next morning to get them put on. I think I waited maybe an extra 30 min more than they said so they gave me 60$ off my price! I wasn’t even worried about the extra time but what amazing thing for them to take care of their customers like that! I’m a college student so the discount was definitely appreciated. All of the staff was so nice and helpful. Best firestone location I have dealt with 100% recommend. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Place has great service. Cheaper labor than dealerships. And faster!The first gentle couldnt find my reservation but his manager found me and was able to get me started very quickly.They didnt go in detail with everything they did but its on paper copy. So read it.

I am 100% satisfied with the service I received. Quick, efficient, kept me in the loop and were over the top nice and friendly. My van now drives like a dream. I wont ever take it any where else. These guys rock!

We have gone here for years. It is one of the few places I trust to do work on our cars. They dont hard sell things you dont need. They are always busy but do their best to get your car done and have you on your way asap. Very courteous and friendly.

This location has three people that make this an easy choice for my car care. I am a mechanic but I do not work on cars any longer but I know what I want in customer service, competent staff and mechanical understanding. They have an excellent young lady that handles greeting, scheduling and overall customer satisfaction. The have a great AC guy and they have a super general mechanic (Mark). I am sure the other staff is just as good but these are the three I have dealt with during my 5 visits and they meet my needs. If you want good service at an affordable price that doesnt take ALL DAY then this is your place.

Good service and customer care. Its one thing when things go right, but its a real test when things dont quite go as planned. That happened, and the resolution was handled quickly, professionally and with great concern on their part that it was right. I recommend these folks not only for their expertise, but their honesty and how they treat their customers.

I recently started using Firestone for my mechanical needs and will continue to use them. Usually takes 20 to 30 for them to diagnose the source of the problem. I feel that they do not try to add services that arent needed at the time. Average shop prices but honest straight forward guys.

I came in today to check out what was wrong with my car, and I must say, the price to look at it is very affordable, much better than most places. They were able to identify the problem, and they even showed me exactly what was happening, they are very upfront, honest; they also have the most helpful team I have ever ran into! Turns out I actually had a warranty on the pieces so I decided to not get it fixed there, however, they were not pushy at all, nor offended, they really truly cared that I just get back on my 4 wheels safely. I just moved to Fort Worth, and today was my first time at Firestone, but I am now willing to drive more than 30 minutes to this place because they are just that awesome, and they have earned my business!! I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE! I will definitely be coming back! (&& very soon for a much needed alignment). Thank you!

Needed an alignment on a F-150 truck. Angel told me to come on up and they could do it that afternoon. After approximately 90 minutes it was done. Was expecting an up sale presentation of $300 to $400 since the truck had 120k on it. Instead I got respect and professionalism. Will be back, great people.

The staff was really friendly, even offered a free fluid check. My car has been turning the light for my windshield wiper fluid for a while. Whenever I left they gave me a paper & marked that all my fluids were okay. But as I was driving away my car started turning that light on again, so I was disappointed to know that they actually dont do a courtesy fluid check like they say they do.

Do not visit this place. We were told that we have issues with our vehicle when we KNOW that we do not. We were quoted ridiculous repair or replacement prices on parts on our vehicle that are brand new or a few months old( 4 month old tires that were purchased new with warranty FROM FIRESTONE and a car battery that was purchased weeks ago!) I am a loyal and repetitive customer however, I will NEVER visit this site nor will I recommended this particular location to ANYONE! We were also told that we would not be able to receive the service we requested until we updated our car registration. Both the attendant AND sales person misread the sticker on our car as 01/18 instead of the correct date, 10/18. Rude comments were made when the sales person thought we were out of compliance, and we didnt even receive an apology when we corrected her mistake. She chose to place blame solely on the attendant. We were not offered any additional services, which I thought was standard procedure for the company. The level of service is considerably less than what I normally receive at other Firestone locations. I do not nor will I EVER recommend this place.

After feeling a vibration in my car, i had an inspection done here, and out of the many diagnoses they had, the most urgent(according to them) was replacing the wheel and hub bearing of the rear left sidethen i went to another shop, and they told me that the hub bearing was fine, the wheel was also fine, the wheels that were actually causing the issue were the right side(rear and front)after replacing the right wheels, the vibration went away.......... i am stunned as to how incorrect firestones diagnosis wasthe one star i gave is to the politeness of the staff involved

They wouldnt plug a flat. They tried to sell me a new tire. I went down the road and got it plugged. 5 months later and the tire is still great.

Went to have my rear brake pads/ rotors repaired and they HAD to do an inspection before they could tell me the cost. After an hour and a half they said it would cost 385. Went to Just Brakes on Camp Wisdom and it cost 137. Plus the service tech was very friendly and helpful at JB.

Swindled out of $100 could have been more though... I went in the Firestone looking for an alignment when I get there they take my car in and say itll be whatever time 45 minutes passes and a grown Caucasian man with earrings who look like he was in his thirties or forties I assumed he was a manager. tells me that my camber bolt is bent and that I need a new one or I wont be able to get a proper alignment with it with it being bent. He then tells me that itll be $112 extra for him TO FLIP THE BOLT and TRY to FIX it. NOT REPLACE AND FIX IT CORRECTLY. I dont believe good old Harvey Firestone would accept this kind of behavior in one of his shops if he was aware of it. So I tell the man with earrings no thank you I have my own mechanic and he tells me okay and then charges me for the alignment he did not do. I then bring my car to my mechanic and my mechanic says theres nothing wrong with the camber bolt my car is fine everythings fine give me $25 for checking up on your car. I then bring the car to a different alignment shop off of division and they give me an alignment and now my car runs straight as an arrow and they never told me any nonsense about camber bolts being bent or anything else being wrong with the car.

I took my Honda Accord for brake works and they got me new roters. After getting it, there was a noise coming from the wheels and I called them. They said that it will go by itself. It didn’t go and I went back there. They said they found some scratches and they fixed it but the noise kept going on. Finally I decided to go to the Honda Service Center and they found the roters to be duplicates. I would say whatever money it takes, just go to the dealership guys and it will be worth it.

Really good so far Ill see about the future.

Go there to get a alignment I check in guy goes outside to look at my car says about an hour come back 2 hours later bright before they about to close they barely decide to take my car in and then they tell me is too low after we should all this time I told the guy that my back tire was starting to rub and I have to drive my car back home. So have to get a new tire and wasted 3 hours

Got great service and good price for a tire

I had an appointment during my break at work. I showed up 10 minutes early and 40 minutes later, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. No employee came to tell me why it was taking so long or apologized for the wait. In fact overall the employees seemed pretty miserable. I ended up asking for my keys back and leaving.If Firestone cant honor their appointments, why did they even book me for that time!?!? They could have at least told me once I checked in that they were behind. I dont have an extra 40 minutes to wait around for my car to be serviced. That was the whole point of booking an appointment.Really annoyed at this huge waste of time. Jiffy lube doesnt let you make appointments, but at least you know what youre getting into and staff are usually very professional and friendly there. Im going to Jiffy!

Being a long distance from home, we had a flat tire. Very frustrating when you think of the stuff that needs to be packed and repacked to access the spare and take the tire to have it fixed. Troubles in life are made more bearable when people are pleasant and helpful. That is exactly what we found with the staff here. They got the job started and finished quickly and had us on our way again.

The guy completed my transaction without asking about a coupon and then he said he would credit my account $10 and didnt do it, I will not return to that location again

Out family has been taking our vehicles here for many yrs. They have always been friendly, and honest much more than some of the others in the metroplex. About a week ago we took our truck in to have it looked at. We sat in the waiting room for about a little over 4 or 5 hrs. The only thing I wish they would have is a snack machine. Sitting there for so long and no place close by to get some lunch we were pretty darn hungry at the end. I would recommend this place.

Brought my Lyft car in for its annual service theyre going to check the oil or change the oil check the tire check the brakes this way hurts will keep the car running right and I can make money with my Lyft car.all in all Ive always liked Firestone especially when they had the Firestone firehawks I use on my z24. By the way they have 10 days for servicing four tires maintenance oil change repairs

Had a tire alignment and 2 new tires installed. They said the rear camber could not be adjusted. I disagreed. They said I would have to buy camber bolts. I went to another Firestone and they adjusted my camber for free under the alignment warrenty. The techs at this location are idiots.

Please don’t take your car to this Firestone!!! They technically don’t no what they’re doing poor costumer services they looking on the internet to diagnosis what the problem with your vehicle because they don’t have a clue what’s wrong with it i will be taking them to small claims court !

Do not go here...We bought my old Chevy venture for checking air conditioning leaks. They want almost $1000 to replace the leaks and changed $45 already paid. This place is expensive for a little work.

I was very unsatified with the service I received to repair my car. The gave me a quote and said my car would be done the next afternoon. Once the parts were ordered they still couldn’t fix my car, my car had to be towed to another mechanic for the original repairs after sitting at Firestone 4 days with no work being done.

The ladies and gentlemen who work at this location have always been honest, so good work, to include being timely.

Called simply to make sure they offered the services I needed, ended up on the phone much longer than needed because the guy would not stop trying to upsell and get me into the store that very hour. Likely will not go there, imagine how pushy they are in person.
