I have never been so frustrated with the level of customer service anywhere. They never updated me on my vehicle and when I did call them, the ladies would place me on hold for so long that the phone would hang up. When I finally got my car back after a month and a half, they left trash in the trunk. Do not go take your car here unless you don’t mind being treated like you don’t matter... Especially if you have a Volkswagen (because they ordered the wrong parts several times) Also, the Geico representative, Damon, completely sucks, full of lies, and I’ll be switching insurance companies. And to add the icing on the cake, they damaged my hood and said I did it.

I thought great honest service and repair had died with my uncles in the Automotive industry. But this place I loved their work and now I feel that I just cant do without them. Best shop in the world with Great people as well. I do all types of repair work from your front curb to the back fence, I even live broadcast the Christ Truth League Church service on YouTube @ ( Miller White Jr ). But I dont want to do automotive work, besides I couldnt do work like theses guys done for me. Thanks North Texas Collision Center, you just made a life long customer with me. And I will tell everyone how Great you are.

BEWARE- I am still trying to repair the problems they left me with.Geico sent me here for a minor fender bender repair, in which they were paying for 100%. You would think since insurance is paying 100% of the bill I would get a quick and easy repair with no problems. NOPE.Now I personally know I can go to the Dodge dealership and get any parts needed, or if not in stock they can have them the next day. On week number 3, I would call for an update and be told that they are still waiting on parts. Simple parts like AC line or radiator, etc...I think it was week number 5 when I got truck back. I show up and bolts aren’t even screwed in all the way on replacement parts. They mostly replaced parts that were not damaged in accident. I suspect those are on someone else’s truck right now.The trucks main repair was a busted radiator, ac lines and good. They didn’t even touch the radiator. They let me drive off with no coolant at all. Bone dry. Had they put some in, they would have seen it poured right out through the big hole. Left me stranded on side of road.They left AC line exposed for so long that it corroded the lines and compressor. And hood wouldn’t stay open. still don’t have AC. It was 5 weeks of liesI had it towed to Dodge to fix their Damage. All in all just a scab repair place. Thanks for the headaches!

Was hit in a hail storm out of town and NTCC made it look brand new. Excellent body shop. Large shop, professional repairs, great customer service, free loaner car if your insurance does not cover one. Thank you!

Great people. They finished my car well ahead of schedule and kept more informed the whole time. They did an excellent job on my car too.

Horrible experience!!! Took 45 days before they finished fixing my car. The door was shaking when you open.Every week theyll tell me the car will be ready, when you come to pick it the door was not locking from inside button. The next week you come then seat belt was not working. They even misplaced my car key and blamed me that I took my car key. And even tells my husband that they have a CCTV camera that I drove the car to park to the parking lot. When my husband asked them to show the CCTV camera they cant show anything. It a worst place Ive never seen a place like!!!!! I cant even give this place a 1 star. If theres a 0 that is the one Ill give them. Terrible experience!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Kept my car 1 1/2 weeks longer than promised, and finally the day they promised me it would be ready, it wasnt. I had already dropped off my rental and was left with no vehicle. The day my car was actually picked up, there was still SEVERAL things wrong with it. I dont mind a delay if that means they are taking their time to fix everything, but dont make broken promises and do a half-done job. Ridiculous!

Horrible experience. I have been back to this sorry excuse of a body shop over 15 times resulting from a fender bender in August. The Slimy Lizard or shall I say Gecko has a contract with them called auto express its supposed to take like 9 days or less and I got fooled into trusting them. It took from Aug 10- Sep 30th to get my car back. It was a nightmare they kept on changing managers & Techs and had one excuse after another and the parts didnt fit. The techs couldnt line up the fender or they wold forget to replace a part that resulted in me not excepting faulty work and paying 500$ deductible. I had to keep the rental car that resulted in me maxing out my 1500 dollar rental expense with Geico and the body shop covering the rest of the enterprise fee. The situation sucked I just wanted to be whole again. Fyi the work never did get done properly and they did more damage to my car during the repair. I just washed my hands of them and went on with my life i was so sick of them. They got my car close to being right, then a month later the new fender liner flew off on 820. The thought of this place makes me sick. Spare yourself and go somewhere else!

We had a minor fender bender with our car. We checked with two other places and they said a new bumper was needed. We then checked with North Texas Collision Center (NTCC) and they said the bumper can be repaired and painted. We gave NTCC the job and it was excellent work. The final cost was $500 less than the other two quotes. Please check (NTCC) out if the need arises.

This was such an easy and pleasant experience. Def recommend these guys!
