I recently had to bring my vehicle as well as my sister’s vehicle to this location. I must say the service was amazing and quite frankly a breath of fresh air. The mechanics were professional and got both of my vehicles back to me in a timely manner. They weren’t able to make one of my repairs but they directed me to best location to solve my issue. I must say the best part about CBA Arlington is the wonderful Leigha working at the front desk. She is always ready to help and go above and beyond to make sure you are helped in any way. I definitely would bring my car back again.

I was given a coupon for an alignment from Discount Tire for an alignment at Christian Brothers since DT doesn’t do them. I was given an appointment for the next day. They accommodated me when I wanted to add on an oil change & inspection. They got everything completed ahead of the time quoted to me & the cost for all 3 services was cheaper than what I expected.The staff were all courteous & respectful. Leann was AMAZING! She made me feel like I was part of the family & that they cared about my car running smoothly & safely. She explained everything to me & I understood what was being shown to me. They did not pressure me into buying or paying for any services I did not request or need. I was also given a coupon for my next oil change.I will definitely be returning to this CBA location!!

This was our first experience at a Christian Brothers. We hope they are all as great as this one! We were traveling through with an appointment we needed to get to. They were immediately sympathetic and managed to fit us in right away. There were some unexpected delays with the parts that were beyond their control, which made the repair take much longer than expected. They did not charge extra labor and stayed well past closing time to get the job done. The owner even rolled up his sleeves and got under our truck to do whatever he could to help the mechanic. The owner didn’t leave until we had our trailer hooked up and were back on the road. Everyone in the front-Leigh Anne, Jonathan, Ryan - they were professional and yet relational. We felt like part of their family! And after a week out and over 1000 miles later, the repair has proven solid.

I tried Christian Brothers Automotive repair center and couldnt believe the insanity with their pricing. I have an 03 Ford Expedition and for years had it serviced routinely at the Ford dealership so Im used to paying for great service. My issues started last year when I had my battery replaced and new cables installed from the alternator to the battery posts. Shortly after paying my battery light started coming on again. Surely it couldnt be the battery again, well guess what, it was the freaking battery, again. At the time work was insanely busy and I didnt have time to address the issue but then Covid hits. I called to see what was covered and while they replaced the battery I had them give me a price quote on my turn signal that snapped and a headlight that was blown.For a turn signal they wanted close to $600 as shown on the text and close to $80 for the light. If the service came close to a pleasant experience I wouldnt mind spending but I replaced the signal myself for $45 and bought a new set of headlights for $120 with a 3 year warranty. For me its not about the price but the experience.

The staff are very personable and kind. They are very aware of individuals time and give a feeling of comfort. The waiting room is very clean and feels like you are sitting in your home. They offer shuttle service, if you need a ride to work or back home. They keep you informed of what was determined to be the problem and allow you to determine what you would like to be fixed. I will definitely go to them again with any car issues or tune up I need. They make you feel like family.

Came in for an alignment and had them check out some other problems. Ended up getting brakes, suspension work and inspection. I also got excellent service & uncommon courtesy.We paid then realized I didnt use my coupon so that discount hadnt been subtracted from the total. They immediately cut me a check for the discounted amount. They offered a shuttle service if needed & were able to get all needed parts for my repairs from their warehouse & have the work completed same day.Everything is super efficient at Christian Brothers. I appreciate the way they communicate updates & service about your vehicle. It makes it super easy & efficient to understand what your vehicle needs, easy to approve or decline service, and easy to get the work done.I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for service in the future. My battery went dead, and it was under warranty. Not only did Christian Brothers replace it for free, they also courtesy inspected my car for maintenance. They are always honest. They said my car was in good shape and did not need anything urgent this time. I am scheduled to bring it on my next maintenance window for oil change, etc. They never overcharge me, and they are always courteous, friendly, etc. etc. Best business on the planet ... That is why I use Christian Brothers ...

I feel like it is a trust worthy establishment that treats me and my vehicles with respect. You never feel pressured to do anything and the folks and the owner are really nice. I like seeing the breakout of the estimated work and cost for any work/service needed or recommended and being able to choose which ones to approve. Its become my go to spot for keeping my vehicles running. Happy to return, but not too often :-)

After getting new tires on my Fort F-150 I wanted to get an alignment as recommended by Discount Tire. They had a coupon to Christian Brothers for a $49 alignment. Since my regular mechanic had a full schedule this week, I made an appointment with Christian Brothers and they said they could get the alignment done next day. I made the appointment and dropped off the vehicle.I had some red flags because while they were very nice, they seemed too nice and Im skeptical of companies that feel the need to advertise their faith (instead of just living accordingly).They called and told me they couldnt do the alignment without doing additional suspension work first and proceeded to try to sell me upper and lower ball joints and new control arms for considerably more than I have paid for the exact same front end work on my other Ford F-150 a couple years ago (when it actually needed it and by my regular mechanic who is very honest and trustworthy).In my opinion, the work they quoted was not only overpriced but unnecessary, but I took my truck to my regular mechanic and asked if he could take a look at it and see if there was anything I needed to be concerned about. As I suspected, he confirmed that all I needed was an alignment, and since it was the end of the day and he was still waiting on another customer to come pick up a vehicle, he was able to take care of the alignment in about 20 minutes.I will say the people at Christian Brothers were very polite and courteous. Just dont be surprised if they politely and courteously try to sell you $880 worth of overpriced front end work you dont actually need.

The whole crew at Christian Brothers are consummate professionals. They are honest, kind and hard working. I came in for a oil change and alignment and they were keeping me up to date with the process the whole time, every step of the way. Family owned business and it shows, they make you feel like family with their warmth and kindness. I cant find enough nice things to say about my experience here. Ill be a repeat customer for sure.

One of the annoyances of moving is having to find a new mechanic who you actually trust. We found Christian Bros a few months after moving here because of a bent axle, and we haven’t gone to any other mechanic since.They take care of our cars, and us, with courteous expertise & professionalism. Our cars are always done when they say they will be, if not sooner. Everything from our state inspections & oil changes to electrical transmission repair due to animals chewing through the wires - we trust Christian Bros (Arlington).

I dropped off my 2012 Jeep Wrangler which had been reading a trouble code for a cylinder 2 misfire. I needed to get this issue fixed as I simply needed a state inspection done to renew the registration for the vehicle. When I dropped off the Jeep she ran great, no trouble for the past few months at all even with the engine trouble code. The shop had the vehicle for a grand total of 4 days and in that time all they were able to do is suggest that my cylinder head needed to be replaced (not rebuilt). They quoted me $4,950.27 in order to complete this repair. Just for the cylinder heads. I could have a engine replacement done for cheaper. Overall their customer service is not bad, they are friendly and treat you with respect. However if you want to be completely taken advantage of financially this is the shop for you. I declined the estimate of work and asked for the keys to be left in my vehicle so I could pick it up later. Upon picking it up and starting my vehicle now it is running poorly, the engine light is flashing and beeping at me and the Jeep overall is shaky and basically the engine was not put together properly and whatever problem existed it is now worse. I would not recommend this shop to anybody for even an oil change if this is the quality of work they produce. Essentially I paid 360 dollars for them to run a trouble code that I already knew and for them to take apart and run a compression test on the cylinder. Only to get my car back in worse condition than I left it with them. If I could rate this business as a zero I would most certainly do so.**Update**After taking a look under my hood I found that their mechanics left two of my cylinders not connected which is what was causing my car to struggle so much when it was running. The only concern I would like addressed is why I paid close to 400 dollars to have such terrible service.

I have been a customer for four years now. This is my second year at this particular location. Although I only get my car inspected; I must say Im more pleased each year with the amazing customer service. I cant exprsess enough how much of a pleasure it is to do business with such an awesome corporation. I called to make an appointment and asked the price before I got there. They gave me the price for a regular oil change. When I got there they told me I needed a synthetic oil change because that is what was recommended. I looked in my owners manual and my owners manual said regular oil. When the technician came to get my car to change the oil I showed him my owners manual and told him I wanted regular oil change not synthetic. When I went to go pay they told me they put in synthetic oil. I let guy behind the counter know that I told the tech to do a regular oil change. He said the tech came and told him I talked to him but they still put in synthetic. He told me I should have talked to him not the tech. I said if the tech is the one doing the oil change I didn’t feel like I had to tell both of you not to mention I was right there. Why not just ask me. Beware

These guys are incredible! I brought my car in, thinking I needed the hub bearings looked at (and probably replaced). I waited in the lounge (which had comfortable couches and an inviting atmosphere, along with KLTY playing in the background) while they tried to identify the problem. When they determined it was a simple matter of bending the backplate back into its place, they fixed it in 5 minutes and would not accept any payment. I asked them to please let me pay for the time and labor it took in diagnosing what was causing the grinding noise. They told me they wouldnt feel right accepting anything from me. I will be back! They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

LeAnn the daughter was super nice. I was running late I called and she made sure I was able to get in quickly. She was super courtesy. Granted my alignment was a little more that I thought but. I will trust thier serive. Will repost once they finish my car.

They really take the time to explain everything, and will take you home and pick you back up to get your car. Getting your card repaired can be very stressful, but this Christian Brothers really takes care of their customers.

I was having issues with my AC and I knew i needed a new compressor. I called to ask if I could get an estimate to have my compressor replaced and get my AC working. He said of course bring it on up and will take a look at it. I brought it in gave him my keys and got a ride with a family member home.The next day I got an email telling me it would be $3,000 to fix my AC and that approved work for $80 for a diagnostic fee. I tried telling him no one told me about that and he just got attitude saying yes I did.So obviously I am not going to pay $80 for something I never agreed to. So i took my key and i left. Next thing you know they called the cops and now I am facing a theft of service charge.This company will lie, deceive and fraud you for every penny they can. They are shady and if youre considering doing business here RUN the other direction!I will be exploring legal options to put an end to there deceptive trade practices. I will never give up and I will never quit fighting to ensure this never happens to another person again.

Staff is both personable and professional. We asked several friends and family members where to take our vehicle for a transmission service and all said Christian Bros. was the most honest and reliable.

WORST experience by far! Not so Christian. Called before I came & then spoke with front desk personnel when i arrived. I asked what would be the wait to run diagnostics, the guy said they would check & then let me know the procedures and that they wouldn’t be able to do more until after the weekend. Left my car for a diagnostic for 6 hours. I returned back before they closed. They insisted on holding my car an entire weekend!NOTHING had been done & i took off work to have these particular business check my vehicle. I ended up using another shop. COMPLETE WASTE! Maybe 🤔 there is only assistance for customers of a certain race.

Complete waste of my time. Took it in for a $50 alignment, and they told me they couldnt do without charging me hundreds of dollars in extra parts.

They were going to charge me 1200 for a master cylinder and power booster with a three year warranty, I went to cooper pit stop and got it done for half the price and a lifetime warranty on the parts

With the current state of our world and all the craziness going on, I was a little hesitant about spending the amount of money I thought it would take to catch up on my car maintenance, which had taken a backseat to other expenses, since I wasnt driving as much.From my first contact with Christian Brothers when I called and spoke with Norman (little did I know he was the owner), I knew I had made the right choice. Norman listened to my concerns and took note of what services I wanted to have done to my car, and didnt try to sell me services Ididnt need. I was able to get an appointment the following morning and had my car later that day, as promised. I felt like I had hands on input during the process with the technology their business utilizes. I was able to see all the areas they checked and parts needing to be replaced in a detailed estimate sent to me before any work was performed, but to mention having it in writing and being able to clearly select the services I wanted to authorize. Jason Alvarez was very professional and made sure he understood my concerns. At the end of the day, I was pleasantly surprised to see my final bill. My experience with Christian Brothers took me back to the days when you didnt necessarily choose businesses because of their prices, but rather customer service and how their customers were treated. Its that personal touch and pride that is missing in our world now. Thank you again for renewing my faith in people.

Horrible experience. Never go to the location at Sublet and Matlock. They kept vehicle for 4 days, broke air conditioning. Didnt take responsibility and then never fixed issue. The manager appears hands off and only a customer rep for the mechanics. I am working through options legally

Tire shops like Discount Tire and Costco refer customers to this place because they offer a referral discount on wheel alignment service. I, however, do not recommend coming here for any diagnostic, maintenance, or repair work.After bringing in my car for wheel alignment service, I was told my front wheels were extremely out of alignment and that I needed to completely replace both of my front struts. The estimate seemed high so I asked my mechanic friend (who is not currently working as a mechanic) for his opinion. I showed Christian Brothers report and estimate to him and he advised I get a second opinion from another shop. I took my car to three other shops and they all expressed skepticism about the report and the work being recommended by Christian Brothers. One of the shops, owned by a highly regarded independent mechanic, test drove my car and did a thorough inspection of my suspension for free. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my struts or suspension and recommended I go to another reputable shop that offered wheel alignment service. I took my car to another shop and their wheel alignment report was much different than Christian Brothers report. They were able to easily perform the alignment without needing to replace anything.Now, I get that any shop is going to make a mistake every now and then. The reason Im writing this review is because I found out there have been other customers who have had the exact same experience I did with Christian Brothers specifically. If you have been told you need unexpected, expensive work done, definitely get a second opinion from a reputable repair shop.

Ive been there twice now to have 2 different vehicles serviced. The staff was friendly and courteous on both visits. I observed the staff while waiting to see how they dealt with other customers and they are very customer service oriented. The facility gets an A+ for restroom cleanliness. The prices were pretty competitive tending to be less than other well known competitors. On my second visit to take my car in for an alignment I was astounded to hear that I did not need an alignment. I was fully prepared to pay for one. They actually looked at the car twice when I expressed my concerns. Who out there these days wouldnt simply take the money regardless? I suspect not many. They have Christian music playing at low volume in the waiting area which is a nice change compared to other Automotive shops Ive tried in the last year or two. Truth be told folks, I will recommend this facility to anyone who asks if I know of an honest place to go for car repairs. Thanks guys!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my vehicle in and paid for a diagnostic test and it was kept for about a week to be told bad fuel is causing the problem, I need a compression engine check because my engine may be bad, and a catalytic converter and asked if I want to put this much money in such an old vehicle (07 Audi Q7). I had the vehicle towed to Audi (which I should had done at first) and paid for another diagnostic and told to replace my fuel injector and my SUV works just fine. I called back to share with Ricky at Christian Bro but rather acknowledge maybe they didn’t know what the problem was and apologize for poor customer service he made a bunch of excuses. Lesson learned just take it to the experts, AUDI Forth Worth!

The guys at Christian Brothers automotive are friendly helpful and they dont try to price out you. I went to the Acura dealership to get my transmission serviced as far as fluids etc and they were trying to charge me over $500. I decided to check with Christian Brothers and I was able to get my transmission serviced and get an oil change for half of that! They were so helpful and genuine and Ill be back for any other car maintenance I have

Needed to have break booster replaced on 2013 Ford Edge. Was quoted over $1,400.00 dollars. Got it done elsewhere for $250.00 and took less than 2hours.

I have never been treated with anything but respect. I have frequently been told that the expensive repair I told them I likely needed was in fact not what was wrong, and it was a very economical repair. (That is, THEY ARE HONEST.)I trust these folks with my car. I have been a loyal customer for 3 cars now. Highly Recommend!

I am always paranoid of going to mechanics because I feel they are not usually trust worthy and try to pressure you on services. But at Christian Brothers they are the nicest and genuine people I have dealt with. They gave me an upfront cost and suggestions. Highly recommend due to their service, prices, and fast work.

All around, the service I have received from Christian Brothers Automotive has been a nice difference from the other car mechanics I have dealt with in the past. For starters, you feel welcomed into their shop. I service my truck fleet with them and every time I walk into their office I’m treated respectfully and in a friendly way.

They kept me in the loop constantly about every detail of what was and wasnt running right with my truck and called me for every update. Thats something Ive been lacking with other shops Ive tried to get work done with. Also feeling like Im a priority is very important to me. Called to ask about repairs on my car and was told they arent willing to look at it because they dont order parts for foreign vehicles even though i was given an itemized quote by another location earlier in the year. Not sure if its new company policy or management issues but something smells fishy and they lost my business because of it.

They did a wonderful job on my wheel alignment, and was pretty cheap too. Didnt have to wait very long, and they did a free check on the entire car and was very low pressure on making us change anything. They were very pleasant and very helpful. My car is doing amazingly now.EDIT: Went in for an alignment for a different car and it took an hour after my scheduled appointment for my car to even get onto the lift. Secondly they were unable to do the alignment because I needed extra parts which I understand but I was quoted an outrageous price. I do all the work on my car myself (cant really do an alignment without the special equipment) and there is no reason that a pair of camber plates installed should cost near $1000 dollars. For $200 dollars Im going to install the plates myself and go back to have it aligned on their fancy computer but thats it.TL;DRFirst experience was fine. Second was horrible. Slow shop time, car wasnt even put on lift till an hour after appointment so whats the point of an appointment. I was quoted very high so be weary.

Efficient and good prices

I brought my truck here to get inspected and the staff were extremely nice. The waiting area is comfortable and they took some extra time to look at my truck while I was there to make sure there wasnt anything else going on with my truck that I wasnt aware of. Everything checked out and all I needed was an inspection for now but I appreciate their thoroughness and look forward to my next visit. Thanks again! I highly recommend this place!

Austin handled my customer service and exceeded my expectations doing an excellent job helping me to understand all of the work and costing being done on my truck & kept me informed the entire time the work was being done. Now, a couple of days later, my issue still appears to be completely resolved & I love the fact I have a top of the line warranty on the work done. Very professional and easy to work with from beginning to end. I even used the shuttle service & made all of my work appointments on time. A++

I went to this shop yesterday for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. The master mechanic did a full service to my AC system and diagnosed the exact problem for me. I also mentioned that my oil is leaking from the drain plug and after looking at it, the mechanic saw it was in very bad condition and oil was pretty much gushing out. He replaced it with a new drain plug and topped off my oil at no cost, just threw it in with the AC deal. I can now drive around with peace of mind knowing my oil is just fine. Thank you so much guys! I highly recommend this place!!

Christian Brothers Automotive in Arlington Texas recently hosted a free oil change day for single parents. This was an awesome event. Each and every one of the people there on staff were very nice, and very courteous. I can only speak for myself, however this was the first time that waiting for oil change was actually enjoyable for myself. The staff was very knowledgeable about everything that was asked of myself. Convenient, quick and polite.
