Terrible customer service at this location. I drove to the hurst location and Barry was more than accommodating for a simple battery issue. Replaced in 3 minutes. Don’t waste your time stopping at this location. O’reilly is right next door and you’d be better off there.

Offer discounts for most of their products when you order online. Not for all products though. They always have coupons/promo codes on their website that can easily be spotted. Make sure you use this feature on your check out. Orders will be ready for pickup in 30 minutes time or less. Check if your part is in stock and select your in-store/ pick up location. I have personally saved big here and would recommend it to anyone looking to save just like me out there! I must warn you, Im promoting anything here but rather sharing my experience with them. Out of all of the Advance Auto Parts this specific location is my favorite. The customer service I received every single time I go in from Kevin is phenomenal. He is very personable with his customers. I literally am a long-time customer I buy everything online between my car and my husbands car we only buy parts from this place. The only thing I might suggest for the online and in-store purchases is there should be something on your account where if you buy a part in store you should be able to save the receipt to your account order history. Other than that you cannot complain you buy your part online you use the discount code and your speed perks coupon and you just drive to the store and pick up the part without having to wait for anyting whoever thought of this was a genius.

Quick service. Was in and out within 10 min after ordering online with an in-store pick up.

My daughters car needed a battery because hers died today. Edward took her online order and installed it in her vehicle so her and my grandbabies were not stuck with a dead car. I only go to Advance and will drive past all other auto part stores just to get the quality and helpful service Advance provides

Aaron is such a great associate. I went in to buy some transmission fluid and aaron went above and beyond to show me how to add it in to my car. Such great customer service. Will definitely go back in the future. (:

This was the only place in town that had the O2 sensor that I needed. Purchased the part online and picked it up from the store and the process was seamless. The gentleman that helped me was great and very helpful and didnt try and upsell me on anything.

Really nice guys the cashier person tried to help me and unfortunately they didnt have what i needed but im greatful .at least they tried.

Horrible commercial customer service, constantly giving wrong time-frame for parts being delivered. My store wont be ordering from Advanced until things change!

If I could give a million stars I defiantly would! I had a really hard time getting the parts I needed for a wheel. The mechanic wouldnt go to the store for me and the store employees were limited with information yet they did everything in their power to assist us. There were about 8 employees on shift and 6 of them jumped in to help out w/ our situation. Ive never been to a parts store where so many kind employees did whatever they could to take care of a customer. I ended up getting the hub and showing the employees what I needed and they amazingly were able to finally solve the issue. Those employees were a true blessing that day and Ill never forget the help we received. I will forever use AAP and send anyone I know there for parts in the future!
