I went in for parts for my moms window . MJ was very helpful, since the parts weren’t available she went above and beyond as well as her coworkers Curtis and I believe Jonathan, I’m not sure if that’s his name . But he helped so much in finding the parts as well. I felt so bad that my mom ended up purchasing the parts elsewhere already, and they were so nice and refunded me . I thank them so much for all the hard work they put in finding that part for me . Most people would just say it’s not available. MJ was very sweet and personable, she even gave me great recommendation on a mechanic. Thank you all so much for your kindness!

Disliked how employee yelled from behind the counter for people to put on a mask in such a degrading manner. Ive witnessed this behavior once before from this so called manger. I hope people see this and make better decisions in which location to visit. I may go back to the store and post his name up here. Im undecided. I work at a hopsital that follows the same guidelines and we dont yell at people. I noticed how you passively passed over an employee yelling at customers.

Great customer service! The gentleman who helped me was Roy S, and he was very helpful. He checked the light code for me and got the thing fixed and the price was not bad at all. Needed a key fob for my car. Walked in and was served immediately. Walked out a couple of minutes later. Programmed fob and was leaving the parking lot within 5 minutes. Oh, and fob came with a programming tool with very simple instructions. I am very pleased.

I arrived ed around 8:15am on Sunday (today). I needed a headlight Gregor met me at the door asking me what I needed. No other customer was in the store. He came right outside and told me to open the hood. In a matter of maybe 7 minutes he had the bulb changed. I couldnt thank him enough. He was definitely heaven sent cause I was exhausted from working last night.

This is a great place for parts. The staff is always knowledgeable.

Average customer service...not great but not horrible. However, I was giving the wrong parts for some as simple as spark plugs. I was back home with the upper intake off and screws, bolts, and connectors every only to find out I was giving the wrong hardware for simple spark plugs. Arrrrg, pet peeve. I went back to exchange and employee took a little over 5 minutes looking for them, only to come back to the computer to keep looking. I finally just left and took my business across the street. I dont know what happen to this location. Maybe in future it will get better just to be fair but probably be a while before I go back to find out.

At 9pm on a Thursday evening I went to have a car battery checked. The clerk tested it and found it to be bad.I wanted to replace it right then but the clerk said it looked too difficult and hard to get to.I bought a new battery and was forced to pay a refundable core charge and install it myself at home. The car is a 2014 Ford Fusion and the battery is held in place with one small bolt and clamping plate.I like AutoZone but I will pick another store next time.

Been doing business with the location and have always been pleased.

Came for a battery. I always change the battery myself but the old guy employee ended up attempting to help me (I didnt want help). What should have been 5 minutes tops ended up being nearly 25 minutes. He kept cursing and saying how bad our Jap car was and how American is so much better. He kept insinuating that I was no help at all and that I didnt know what I was doing despite me never asking him for help. He took forever for a simple job and while trying to make us feel bad for it. Go somewhere else, go to the OReilly across the street. Anything would be better than this place. I regret having stopped there that day.

I had a DuraLast gold auto battery that was 9 moths old and would not hold a charge. I returned the battery and they said they would have to charge it for an hour or so. I returned later to be told that someone had unplugged the charger and to come back in another couple hours.Now 4 hours to return a battery is ridiculous. They dont care you have to drive across town, waiting on them. Once - ok, twice shouldnt be my problem.
