Great price for an oil change. Includes topping off all your fluids also. Wonderful people that work in the Auto Center. Many have been there for 10+ years. They are happy, good at their job, and all work together Well!

We had an appointment at 1 o’clock to get new tires on our van it is now 3 o’clock and they haven’t even started on our van the manager of the shop came out from the shop and talked to this guy for and hour in the mean while one guy is working on the other carsWhen I ask the cashier how much longer the manager hear me asking and his answer was, well I only have 1 guy working! He should’ve been helping not talking for an hour very bad service from this manager I don’t recommend Walmart for tire service 😡😡😡😡😡

I changed my 4 tires 3 weeks ago, and right front is flat tire now.. Waited for more than an hour just to fix it. Staff are not accommodatiing. They charged me 15 dollars but to my surprise the next day my right front tire is still flat. I brought my car to a mechanic along cooper street and was found our that there was a leak in the port if the tire. I was so disappointed for a very simple damage and walmart mechanic doesnt know. Very Incompetent..

Do not go there. Firstly the department manager is more concerned about flirting with the mechanics than actually doing her job. On top waiting for a whole two hours for an oil change. When i asked her about my car she got an attitude. The only good thing i can say is Christy is an excellent employee she was doing her job plus the Department managers job sounds like they should rethink some of there employees positions

I had a difficult experience today. Bought 4 tires and although their computer said they had 6, they actually only had 3. I needed 4. After Nicole called me to tell me the problem, the only solution available to get this done today was for her to call another Walmart to hold a tire and for me to go get the tire...and that is what we did. Despite the problem, Nicole was wonderful, very polite and professional. I got 4th tire and it was put right on. 5 stars for Nicole and her crew. Alot less for their computer/inventory system.

Decent price, but Ive been waiting for 2 hours to get new tires installed. Not worth the wait. I saw the worker pull up my car into the bay and just sit there doing nothing. Youre better off going somewhere else for quicker service.

My experience was great! My car battery was bad, the young lady on the car center was very very helpful she looked it up and told me it was still under warranty. They started to work on it, replace the battery, put air on my tires and I was on my way out.The battery starts the 3 year warranty all over again. THANK YOU for this great experience...

I showed up as they were closing with a nail in my tire and a car full of kids. They stayed open late to take care of me and I couldnt be more thankful. Thank you to Maurice and his team.

The staff that helped us in the automotive department didnt want to let us return a battery that had never been installed in the car we bought it for. They kept saying that it was State Law. I asked to see this in writing but they failed to produce it so I went to the store Manager. I had the recipe for the battery and it had only been a couple of weeks. I ended up with my money. Dont take the ITS STATE LAW saying unless they can show you the law in writing! Peace Out!!

All yall complaining about the Walmart staff. Its Walmart! What do yall expect! Yall are lucky if you find a Walmart associate who will actually help and has good customer service skills, and of you do they should be given a good review by name and you should make sure to tell the manager about that person, preferably with a note so they get the recognition they deserve!

PLEASE READAutomotive Department is the worst business I have ever been to. A few months ago they left my oil filter loose. My motor broke. Automotive manager is horrible. I called the General Manager of the store and he offered me an oil change. When I got another car a few months later and needed oil change. They refused to honor promise. Dont go to this place because its convenient and cheap. This place needs new management.

They did a quick and easy synthetic oil change for me.

Seriously never again! Service was rude, took too damn long and overall unprofessional. They even told me that my VIN was coming up a completely different vehicle?! Seriously there is nothing wrong with my VIN, I EVEN WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE JUST TO CHECK IT so something must be wrong with their machines! Would never do this to myself again definitely not coming back!

I went to get my tire looked and first nobody was outside to check vehicles in. Plus they didnt fill out the work order correctly. For my odometer they typed in 12345 then they didnt put the correct PSI for ANY of the tires. They fixed the flat on the opposite tire that I told them to check AND my vehicle was left unlocked. I havent met a polite associate here yet.

Says theyre open until 6pm, not what they said when I called. They said they close at 5pm on Sunday. And online it says the time was updated 2 days ago...get it together Walmart auto center!! #mislead

The staff was great! Super speedy service. Very accommodating. They knew I was on my way to work and needed a new battery. A key turn was needed for the exchange and a CSM was called. She responded immediately... Then we waited.... And waited... And waited... And waited some more. After 10 min, I said something. The staff called again for a CSM. Then we waited some more... 5 more minutes. Then called again... 7 more after that. Really??? Should have NEVER taken that long. Get a CSM that works in automotive. Was an hour late to work...

This is the worst place to Buy tires, i bought 4 tires and they replaced one w the wrong tire. Also i waited hours and the cashiers have the worst attitude ever. When they changed the oil, after 3 months my car needed about half a tank of oil. To change Your oil, NEVER Change it here. For the tires make sure you check that the tires are exactly how you wanted them because they tend to put whatever tires they want.

No person at the counter. Waiting 2 hours, only 2 maintenance guys working on Saturday. I will never ever come again here.

They are very rude and dont back up the warranty for the batteries. I wouldnt get my oil changed with these guys if they dont know what theyre doing.

I came up here for an oil change and the person working named MAXINE was RUDE but then I came back again for a new battery and when I got to the counter to tell her she was RUDE again like had an attitude treated me like I was stupid cause she couldnt hear me the first time like damn smile or ask how Im doing stop looking and acting irritated. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Im gonna find somewhere else to go cause its uncomfortable dealing with her

Worst auto center experience Ive ever had. After 3 hours of my time wasted they changed the wrong the tire, broke a cap and Maurices resolution was to give me back the old tire that should have never been changed to begin with.

Called to ask a tire question and employees were shouting in the background about non work related things, they take selfies and talk on their own cell phones and the whole process of getting one tire replaced took over an hour.

Lack of customer service, they do not have signs where one should stop, the technicians the man looked very stressed for lack of help, and the other non-young people do not know how to do the job, the lady at the very friendly box is the only thing salvageable, I waited 2 hours and 30 min, for them to tell me that they could not install the car tires, please are 205 / 60R15, I had to go to a tire shop and in less than 30 they put 4. The prices of the tires very good, but the car workshop 0 stars

Almost 4 hours to put 2 tires on the car and forced to pay 2 rotations for 28 dollars to me, it seems to me that it is too much
