DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I left my car here to get repaired and this is what I got back in return. They claimed that a tow truck backed up into my car but what I dont understand is how the inside of my car looked like a hurricane hit it when I left it spotless. What they did was went through my stuff when they werent supposed to and took my car for a joy ride. They left my car in worse shape than before.
Worst place ever to get your car fixed. I took my car in to install a new fuel pump and when I picked the car in a worst shape possible with rattling noise and delay start. Apparently the guy who worked on it did not properly installed it so it broke the camshaft. They said they were going to fix it but its been 7 weeks now and counting without a vehicle and my car is still sitting there in their parking lot. Nobody is helping me theyre always lying about it and no one at least offer me a rental car while I wait so I can at least go to work. Im about to take legal action now because it seems like its my last option. I hate this place! Never again
I was recently there for an break change, a 45 min job at worst, but instead I burned an entire day waiting. I asked the desk clerk if they had all of the parts for the job when I got in, and I was returned with a thoughtless yes, however this wasnt the case. I found out an hour and a half after close that they didnt have the parts when the manager drove by the garage with what was missing. I was never informed as to what was going on until after 5 hours, and an hour of that being locked in the store with none around. I had an error with my bank and couldnt pay, so the manager was nice enough to get a ride back home for me, but when I returned the next day he had to ask his coworkers where my keys were because he left then on the table the night before and didnt put them up. My car was still parked outside the lobby like it was the previous night when they were about to hand off my keys, and when I went out to it, it was still unlocked.
This place is a joke I do not recommend it. I just got a car from Carvanas and it was making some pulls when it got to 60MPH I call carvanas and they told me to take to this pepboys location. Pep boys told me they change the spark plugs, the air filter, fuel filter and it was still doing the same thing that after scanning the computer they found out I needed a new transmission that they needed to keep my car there for a month.. come to find out my car had a recall for the catalytic converter and the o2 sensor. I took my car to the dealership and they did the recall problem solve. Im glad I didnt let pepboys try to replace transmission. PEP boys is a joke they have no clue what they saw doing I ended up changing my sparkplug y self something I got charged for at pepboys.. rip-off they need to investigate this place and close it down..
I called a day in advance to schedule an oil change appointment. My car is a new model, and the man told me he would look everything up to ensure they had everything and it would be ready to go for my appointment. I got to Pep Boys 10 minutes prior to my appointment time, and they didnt start on my car until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They finally pulled my car back around an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and told me they didnt even do anything to my car because what they needed wasnt in stock. This all coming after they assured me the day before they would look everything up for my car.They do not honor appointments. They dont do the work ahead like they promise they will. Dont go here.
Worst Service I have ever received. The guy working the auto parts section they pretty much said he would help me look for anything because they can’t look up the part numbers for the parts they’re sewing! Man Pep Boys is gone downhill in the last few years

Female cant provide copy but she has plenty of why notsCon artist do not do business here unless you want waste your moneyMy info 2007 Jetta diagnosis Ignition Switch which was replaced 4mths ago. Return car to your location 8/8 was told I need contact locksmith. Contacted Master locksmith who came to that location my car is still there he informed the clerk they misdiagnosis it was Ignition lock. This is one my worst experience and the female manager is saying its my fault $504 later same problem

Juan P and Sesy are so unprofessional, it’s laughable. I needed a receipt for a prior oil change because Juan who said to me when I went to get the oil change, “he doesn’t care if he gets fired” for putting in the wrong information. So it was no surprise when I found out he didn’t send the information to my company. Soon after I began receiving emails from my company asking for proof of car maintenance. I called this location today and was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back 3 more times and Sesy hung up the phone before I even uttered a word. How the hell do people like this get jobs??? I literally had to drive over to the location for to get the receipt and upon saying “thank you” for the print out, Sesy says nothing in return. Pep Boys! Do better! People like this should not represent your brand.
The staff were so professional, so kind and provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I can not remember the last time I had encountered such OUTSTANDING SERVICE that went above and beyond! The Lady and Gentleman that provided the Outstanding service deserve an award!
They have had my vehicle all day told me it would be done this afternoon. Got to the shop and nothing has been done to it. We are trying to make sure that it is ready to go for a 700 mile trip and I just wasted an entire day waiting on my vehicle to be ready
My sister Went there to have her brakes checked. They said the inspection was free then they gave some outrageous price and claimed it needed a ton of work. I know how to work on cars and knew it only needed pads. When we decided not to get the work done they charged her for the inspection saying it was only free if you get the work done. They never said that nor was it written anywhere. They are a bunch of liars and thieves with terrible mechanics. Neither of us have never gone back and I recommend finding a real mechanic. There are great shops ovee on Division and Bowen Street.
Please dont waste your time. Their appointment system is not working. I took appointment to not waste my time there. My appointment was at 10:00 am and l went there on time and checked in and give my keys. Almost after 2 hours my car was still where l left when l asked front desk when will you take it in make the job they didn’t give satisfied answer. For 15 min job they waste half day. After two hours waiting l saw they not going work on vehicle l kindly ask for my key and left there.

Super slow. I had an appointment at 11AM. It’s 11:52AM and my car is still in the parking spot I left it in. Wish they would’ve told me at check-in if there was a more convenient time for me to come so I don’t have to sit around wasting time.The only reason they get three stars from me is because they are cheap and my car drove smooth when I left (I’ve had issues in the past where thing either got left inside the hood after an oil change or my engine malfunctioned after an oil change).
My son took his car over there to get new tires. When they were servicing his tires, they told him that he needed his brakes done and gave him a price. My son told him thanks but Ill just get my brakes done somewhere else because I can get it cheaper. The service manager Casey began to tell him that he was not going to release his car to him because it was too dangerous for him to drive. My son asked can he sign a waiver he needed to get to work. He was told no and that it was company policy. So my son called me and I went there and Casey tried to tell me the same thing. I then began to ask him to show my the policy, and he began to get nervous and said he cant find it. It was then that another manager came over angrily and said to have him sign a waiver and if he dies, then he dies. They released the car and when I called corporate to file a complaint they informed me there is NO such policy with Pep Boys! This particular store is shady...please do not solicit them find another Pep Boys if need be but not this one. They were holding my sons car hostage and it wasnt until I came up there demanding to see the policy that they changed their mind!! Never heard of such craziness!!
Set an appointment for 2:30pm and it is now 6pm and they have barely started. Im almost 7 months pregnant and cant believe this is going on for almost 4 hours. Technically they close at 6.

If I could rate lower,I would. We took our car in to have them fix the AC, they had us leave it there for several hours. Told us that its a hose that needs to be replaced... Would cost almost $600. We took it to a second place and they said that the hose was fine, system needed to be recharged...$45. No leaks at all, I dont appreciate this place trying to basically steal from us. Very dishonest
Ordered a car battery online to ship to this location, was told it would be there 3pm next day. Received no email saying it was shipped or ready then they decide to cancel my order without any explanation a couple days later. It was my first time going to Pep Boys and rest assured I will never be giving them another shot due to the absolute lack of communicationUPDATE: I responded to Pep Boys request to email them. The person replied with improper grammar and asked me to call some number for my inquiry. No thanks. Easier just to go through a competitor rather than be given the run around.

Took my car there for a state inspection. It sat in the parking lot for half an hour. They then took it back, did a couple of things on the list, then the guy who was working on it went back to service a different car! I was there for over an an hour doing something that should’ve taken much less time. Will definitely never be going back.
Worst customer Service you can find in the area, employees there seem to always have an attitude when you call or ask questions as if that’s not part of their job. Had an alignment done to my vehicle, employee was eating a donut while performing his job! Very un sanitary

I worked for this place for a bit, behind closed doors this is the worst place ever but it’s not any of the go workers here, it’s mainly just the person in charge of of everything, he can’t do anything right but working here was really nice until I met the man in charge

If I could give this rating no stars I would. A few days ago I dropped my car off for an axle and cv joint replacement, the guy Jermaine was helpful however, from the point it went downhill. NO ONE followed up, I called the service department the following day and the day after that, and was told that I’d receive a call back no one called again. I finally went up there because I know driving my car it’ll only get worse, the Hispanic lady that works service had an attitude and was very short with me and said she’d call me later and STILL DIDNT SO AT THIS POINT I don’t need a thing from this location and I encourage anyone to go elsewhere to get their car fixed BECAUSE THIS PLACE DOES THINGS ON THEIR OWN TIME.
Guy helped me buy a odor deodorizer for my vehicle after running over a skunk.Update 5/5-6/2020I went 5/5/20 to buy a deodorizer. I waited in line for like 10 minutes and no one came so I went to the back and the girl helped me immediately.I went today on 5/6/20 to get my tires checked. They said that my tires were good even though there was a hug nail in it. They discredited me about it and ensured nothing was there. I drive home and my tire popped. I got my insurance to come fix my tire and they said there was a nail that went into the tire. Luckily I have dash cam footage and saw that the car wasn’t actually thoroughly inspected. After called Pep Boys at another location; they told me that my tires should have been covered. Regardless, I replaced them with a better company that actually looks at the issues and doesn’t just move the car on a lift and put it back.
They will lie to you and recommend services you don’t actually need. I went to two separate auto shops to service my rear brakes like they suggested but was informed by both shops that my brakes didn’t need to be serviced. My wife made an appointment to have our AC checked in our car. She got there 40 mins early and 40 mins after the scheduled appointment my wife was still waiting with the car not even in a bay. They want to tell you they are the only pep boys around the area that does ac work.
I made an online appointment for 1pm very early in the morning to get an oil change and tire services and noticed when I got there just in time for my appointment that they canceled it at 8 am for no reason, I thought it was some sort of misunderstanding and asked about it, the 2 guys there seemed like they didnt really wanted to talk about it and pretty much just told me to go to another Pep Boys since they were probably already fully booked??? They didnt even took the time to check their system or clarify my canceled appointment.My husband and I are new to this area, glad we now know where NOT to go...
I went in to get a code read because I had check engine light come on went to counter and told the man I had check engine light he is immediately said its 90 dollars to get it diagnosed I told him I wast trying to spend money at the moment the he proceeds to tell his machine is broke to read code I will not return oriellys did it fast and all it was low transmission fluid
A very well-stocked auto parts store which also has mechanics. If you cant find the parts here you probably cant find the parts anywhere. Interesting facts restore is well organized into groups which were intuitive which makes everything easy to find. The employees no their stock well and are very helpful. I have not had occasion to use the mechanical side of it but the styles are always full of cars so they must be doing a pretty good job.
I needed one of my headlights replaced. I went into to buy it and the guy who checked me out offered to put it in for me. I was really happy because I hadnt changed one before. Very nice people every time I go.
I picked up a screw in my tire during a busy workday. I came by and though the tire guy had just gone to lunch they were nice enough to air my tire up. They did not have to do that but they were nice enough to offer and I really appreciated it. I called another repair shop (Firestone) and the wait was going to be at least 1 1/2 hrs. I came back and they were able to accommodate me the Service Mgr Randy went out of his way and said he would go ahead and take care of my car himself. How’s that for awesome service! Pretty pleased with my experience at their service center. Only negative is that their retail side it took twice as long as they said it would take to get the battery I needed from another store, but the mechanic on their service side was very honest and helpful. Wish Id got his name; (long hair with a beard.) Would come back again for sure.
I was told I needed new break pads at a different place so I called around and they had the best quoted price over the phone. When I got there, they wanted to do a break inspection to make sure what I needed and it turned out I didnt need them after all. Instead of up selling me breaks I didnt need, they were very patient and showed me my rotors and break pads and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. Not only did they save me money, they were very helpful. I will definitely be going back for future service
Came here on the 24th and got their the diagnostic I told the mechanic to fix the issue with the timing he said that by fixing the VVT valves the issue would be fixed... When they did the VVT valves they actually tacked on a oil change that cost me $75 as well as an air filter that cost me twenty-five without actually clearing or asking me if it was okay... the Manager SESY, told me it was mandatory that the oil be changed when the VVT is changed per Chevy SPECIFICATIONSaccording to her.. ... I called Chevy and they said that this is not true so she not only took advantage of me she lied to me....... Then I came up or try to speak with someone in management the day after when the check engine light came back on and they told me I would have to come tomorrow... when I arrived in the a.m. I discussed the problem I had with the manager sesy who was very rude by the way, Im concerned about the way I was mistreated and handled... my Fiance came to pick up the vehicle and they just charged her an obscene amount without telling her what they did they clearly took advantage of a woman who had no idea about the mechanical issues with the car and at a time like this when were not able to go to work due to the virus its hard to take care of business when companies try to take advantage of the little man... Ladies do not go to PEPBOYS alone you will surely find that you are just money.... They were able to tell me the car o got from automax was in a previous accident something the dealership its self never told me and proceeded to show me on the car specifically how they came to this conclusion. Everyone was so nice a friendly here. I am appreciative of the help they provided me even tho I did not get any service done.
I brought my car in barely running and didn’t hear anything from this shop for a few days. I finally call and they tell me to take the car to the dealership because they could not diagnose the vehicle even though I have a warranty with Pep Boys.This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in awhile especially since it’s a pandemic and I’ve lost my job. The warranty I purchased with them was useless.Now my car is just sitting in they’re parking lot dead.

Came in today and the service manager was awesome! Unfortunately whoever booked my appt didnt actually put it in the system however the service mgr took care of that and even helped keep my tires and oil change within my budget. I will definitely be coming back for all my service needs!So my original post above was 6 months ago. Yesterday I attempted to get an oil change which they had no availability. Okay I went online and made an appointment for today. The customer service skills that these people possess are slim to none. Either they dont like making money or just have the worst skills at it Ive ever seen. They are very discouraging to folks that dont have appointments. Rather than offering to set up an appointment to try to secure the customer they tell them they are booked based on their appointments scheduled and let folks walk out the door. This will be the last time I come back here, they need the old manager back here alone was worth coming up here for.
I got a quote online but when I got to the actual store I was told that it had expired, even tho I still had the price and it wasnt expired. Then the employee wanted me to purchase other tires that was way more expensive than the ones I originally looked online. Very horrible experience I wouldnt recommend pepboys to anyone who is looking to buy new tires. It was a big waste of time, I ended up going to another place where I got a better deal without the hustle.

I will never go back to this Pep Boys or any other Pep Boys for that matter. I went in for an oil change, but the gentleman helping me noticed something else was wrong. I only gave them this one star, because of the original young man who helped me. There was something he was unsure of so he asked an older gentleman for help. The older man spoke indirectly to me. He told the younger man what I should know while he stood right in front of me. He wouldn’t look me in my eyes and he went on about how “THEY” go and get cheap oil changes and then expect “US” to fix it. He made it seem like I could not afford to fix my car. Long story short he judged me by the way I was dressed. I am a young beautiful African American, Heterosexual female, but he made racist and homophobic remarks to me. Never again.
This place has one of the best selections on detailing products, yet it is sad they are discoutinuing the top sellers. Thus, making me look to order online or its competitor.Place is always empty with no employee insight to help.I had issues in past with some of the employees, however, others where a diamond in a rough when I found the help needed.Pepboys needs a better way to listen to its consumers otherwise I would not be surprised if they go bankrupt in the future.
The guys here are great purchased 4 tires a year and a half ago came back 2 days ago with a tire that kept going flat, Tre asked me to come back today Friday the 21st and they fixed it up for me free of charge!! Customer service is always Top Notch!! I live an hour away but when it comes to Pep Boys this is the one to come too.... Thanks Guys!!
This particular location is only good for oil and tire changes. I brought two seperate vehicles in over the past year, both times they told me to take it to the dealership because it had electrical issues. This is 2018, cars are more electronic than theyre mechanical. They expect me to believe they cant fix it because of electronics? No, its just the mechanics on this site cant do anything beyond loosening and tightening bolts. Fuses and relays are overwhelming for these guys to think about, what a joke. I took my first car to the guy down the street and he fixed it. Now Ill do the same with my second car, never again with Pep Boys. Now I have to pay more to get it towed away. Thanks guys.
Other than them not being able to do my oil change cause apparently there is this policy that they cant when they suspect an oil leak. They couldnt tell me where it was coming from. Kinda frustrating. Overall not a bad place.
I am not sure what all this negative talk is about. I have my vehicles serviced here for several years now. And the service is the best it has ever been. Now there are time I have felt the prices were high, But I was also low on cash. I am not sure what people expect when they show up to have their vehicles repair for what ever reason it maybe. Thing are not cheep. But the group that I have had the pleasure to work with have always done the best they can to give me the best price on my repairs. Be for you ask I am one of those individuals that will shop around for the best price. And yes I have found repair work cheaper,but when I have presented to the PEP BOYS staff they have met and bet the price everytime. I not sure what your problem was with this team but I enjoy having them work on all my vehicles. Oh and as for you singling Larry out. He is as soiled as they come. No he does not joke around with you. But he takes care of business. You cant ask for more. This store just got a new Manager, Mr Mike. Arlington just got lucky! This gentleman greeted me as I walked in the door, and asked if he could help me find something? Wow! Rather than grunt and point like in some stores, this man says come with me and takes me right to the shelf the item lm looking for is on. Wow, Wow!! Then then he takes a moment to tell me a few things about each product that will do what Im trying to do. Wow, Wow, Wow!!! Then he takes me to the next item Im looking for and does the same thing! Wow, Wow, Wow, Wow !!!! He then escorts me to the register, thanks me again, shakes my hand and invites back! I think this man knows as much as Manny, Moe, and Jack. I really like taking my car to pep-boys, they always do a GREAT job but they take so long to do things as if they have all the time in the world. I dropped my car off at 10am and they didnt even start looking at my car until 2pm and then I got it back around 5pm, and all they were doing was changing my front brakes. I get that there is a car or two ahead of me or even that some of the work that needs to be done on cars may take a minute but when I go up there and just see yall walking around aimlessly, thats when I have a problem.

How is it possible to miss a broken brake rotor during a visual inspection. I went to this place on Thursday February 13 to get my brakes inspected. The evaluation results stated nothing was wrong.I was going to request my front axle brakes to be replaced but prior to doing that I went to another pep boys for another opinion. After getting on the waiting list I headed home to wait until my turn came. While at home curiosity defeated me and I took a look at my rotors. The front were perfect. The rear left rotor was severely damaged. How is this damaged missed during an inspection.Its absurd.
Well after a series of unfortunate events we had a tire blow out real bad and had to get towed to get the tire replaced. We ended up at this Pep Boys. Frazzled after waiting for the tow truck we found the service was helpful and a relief. They were warm and easily joked with us. They explained what the situation was and how much it would cost. They easily replaced the tire and also explained we were almost out of brake fluid too. It only took about half an hour and it was all done. Gave us some helpful advice and said to give them a call if we needed anything. These guys are great! Totally going back when we need the car worked on. Special thanks to John who was a great help in our time of need.
The last two times Ive been here its been a nightmare. Scheduled an appointment both times for a simple oil change, and it took them nearly 2.5 hours to complete.The next to last time I brought it in, I asked them to rotate my tires on top of the standard oil change. I asked if they completed the task, service guy said Yeah, its done. It wasnt. Not only that, but they left the brush guard underneath unattached. By the time I noticed it was dragging, it was too late to reattach and I had to completely remove it. Its an F150, pretty standard stuff here. I took it back a couple days later and made them rotate the tires, that alone was an hour chore.In summary, service is horrible, they have never done a complete job on my vehicle, and theres no accountability. Dont take your vehicle here.
All I wanted was to see if they could remove some lug nuts that I couldnt get off. Im sure this would have taken them no less than 10 minutes. I believe its the small things and taking care of people that leads to repeat business. One guy told me yes, another told me no and that I have much bigger problem and that he couldnt get me in until next week. Its not a transmission there Just lug nuts.

Even after arriving early for my 3pm appointment, I waited two hours for them to tell me that they would not be able to replace my tire for me due to rim damage. Its pretty frustrating to make an appointment and honor that time but still have to wait for so long for no service. Im giving two stars because staff was friendly and courteous, but while I was there I saw them confuse people and cars many times and blame their system.
Good place for picking up basic items for vehicles. Hard time getting correct parts. Poor service with tires and had bad experiences with vehicle repairs. Once vehicle came out running worse than what it was before having it serviced.

I made an appointment online for an oil change. I get there and one of the guys working there tell me that my appointment had to be made for the next day (even though I have the confirmation email). I asked if I could drop my car off and pick it up when its done and the guy tells me it wont be done today because they are sooo busy with the holiday coming up. Well I guess this veteran will no longer go to any Pep Boys after the disappointment at this location.
Sharing an experience I just had at PepBoys store #0725. I purchased an Optima battery 3 years ago. The Optimas have a 5 year warranty and this battery is defective. My receipt is toast, and yes I still have it. Jason answered the phone and walked me through getting a copy of my receipt and did it with an extremely positive attitude. Thank you Jason! Im in Austin and dealing with this defective battery and it is not easy. Jason made it seem like a walk in the park. Again, thank you, this is why I shop with Pep Boys. Not all stores have a Jason, but those that do really stand out! Happy New Year!!

Excellent place to buy parts. Service quality is good, but they add on services I didnt ask for. I asked for an oil change, then find that the tires are removed.Ill come for parts in the future because their selection beats everything in the area, but thats it.
Not the idea place to bring any vehicle in for service. They got my cousin good by lieing to her about her belts need be replaced, radiator was messed up,needed new hoses,and more. But went in for an oil change but had all those problems. Sent my mechanic to look at it and was nothing wrong with any of the things they claimed. So people beware of this place and other places.
Will Not recommend they will attempt to upsale you on anything and everything.Had brakes put on car, did good job or so I thought....5 months later had a creaking noise when applying brakes in the back. Thought it could be brakes, bushings or suspension so decided to take it back for a check up. They lifted the car said brakes were good, but found a different source of sound in front of car. They advised to change control arms and rear suspension for $1200!Had a 2nd opinion from Kinneys, they quickly found the noise coming from misalignment of brakes and grease applied which was not necessary and all for less then $45.Never again.
Even though there are many customers in weekend, there is only 2 mechanic to attend all cars and even just for an inspection I spent 3 hours. They overrate prices of auto parts and their labor fees is too high.. its better to look for local mechanics than them. For a car worth of $3000, they gave estimate of $1000 for fixing brakes without suggesting whats needed and whats not. They didnt give proper answers for the problem for which I went there.

I called and asked if they had a spot open that evening for an oil change. The employee said yeah come on in and we will get you in and out real quick I said ok I will be there in 10 minutes. When I get there Im told their is a 30-45 minute wait!!! When I asked the employee that I spoke on the phone with why he said to come on in he said no I told you there was a wait. So I just left and I will not be returning to this location
Dont trust your vehicle to be serviced here. They are horrible workers and management, just on the clock collecting a check. Brought my car n for brakes, quoted a horrible price. 24 hrs later my car is missing lug nut. BEWARE STAY CLEAR

I came to this store on 3/31/2018 . I was. Visisting from out of town. I went to the store because my coolant light did come on for overheating. They told me it was the thermostat and that it was almost $200 to fix. I made a few phone calls and they said it was way too high I found out that the part sales for $15 at several automotive stores. I went ahead and had them do an oil change and specifically asked them to check washer fluid and coolant. They charged me $29.98 for the oil change and said they would. I then pulled the car into their back lot so a friend of mine could change out the thermostat which by the way only takes a half an hour not 1.5 hours that they were charging labor for. He immediately lcheck the fluids to find out that there was no washer fluid or coolant in the car. I would not trust these guys with a potato gun. STAY AWAY from this location . They will definitely take your money and not check anything
Sissy asked if I needed help and showed me where fuses were. Jason helped me check out. They were both very friendly and helpful. I went at 1 pm on Wednesday. This store is much bigger than other auto stores and had alot of interesting stuff that I wanted to look at.
Went in for a battery. Prices and stock were not the same as online. 5 employees standing less than 10 feet away and no one asked if I needed help. Nobody at checkout register. And I brought in the old battery which they seemed surprised about but offered to dispose for me as they added core charge. Got it all settled but too much hassle, I will not be back
Crappiest pep boys ever. Literally every time I come into this place they say they can’t do something. Came for an inspection a few months ago. Couldn’t do it. Came for an oil change he said “can’t do it til tonight” with no reason or excuse. There’s always something.
Awesome guys, Get my parts ordered right, take the time to make the price right on special orders. will be going there again and again for my car builds. lucky to have a speedshop near.
Sesy is rude and unprofessional. I was being assisted by another gentleman and to be honest if I had to deal with her I would have walked out. She kept chiming in our conversation about my vehicle and the warranty company that was covering my services. My perspective is you were not willing to assist so why comment while the customer is in your presence and also roll your eyes at the customer. In this day and age of social media one would think shed exercise some professionalism. Guess I was wrong and will not return for repeat business with them
My battery had 3 years of warranty and it barely has 2 years and they said that the warranty wasnt valed no more

Thank you for the good end to a bad day!On my way home from work today 7/16/15 I got a flat tire. While waiting for my roadside assistance for 3hrs, I had called the pep boys at 1212 N. Collins st Arlington, TX and made sure that my tire size was in stock. After dealing with a night mare of a tow truck driver that hooked my car Up wrong. I arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing. I felt horrible about it being so close to closing and knew it would make everyone stay late. I believe Juan checked me out. Shaun changed my tire, both were so was so very kind and polite and helpful. I know that staying beyond your shift is not something anyone likes to do. Shaun was so polite and undstanding. I wanted to acknowledged the customer service I received was beyond excellent!I cant thank them enough for taking care of me and staying late. I wanted to take the time and let you know that your employees provide excelent customer service.
