They have a large variety of car stuff. And their customer service is exceptional. We went to get a radiator for a 1974 car, and Garrett was most helpful finding one that matches the dimensions, and at a great price. Ordered it online to be delivered home at no extra cost. Definitely will be back.

This place is huge! First time here. Checked all over N TX for a little part for my truck. This was the only place that had it (on the weekend, dealerships closed). Friendly helpful staff helped me navigate and get what I needed. Only one word of caution, be prepared to wait in lines. This place is very busy but for good reason! Oh, and dont let the name confuse you. I got the part for standard transportation, nothing to do with racing. Lol.

Love it! Even with long lines and long waits to get my order. I tease my wife that it’s the equivalent of a jewelry store for men (really not kidding lol) have never spent less than an hour here and usually spend way more $ than I intended which leads to our next stops…Jared/Kay/Helzberg/Zales etc lol. I have to be monitored here I’m told, as I have very little restraint. Lots and lots of good gear head stuff…

The greatest parts store i have ever been to its a little overwhelming at first cause you dont know where you want to start at but after that its amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very calm people in a fast paced environment came and talked to me in a quieter place so i could hear better as i have lost most hearing in my left ear.Thank yall very much!!!

Ive been here once, So cant critically review their customer service quality, but I had a good first visit, thats fact. When I walked into the facility *gasps* oh my selections.. I was like, Dot dot dot, yes please with an intake on top. The facility was well organized, displayed, and importantly, clean. Would love to go back and shop in person more often, alas their facility is in bum @#$&% Arlington.However..Due to their location, my experience with them is more online than anything. LSO (one of their contracted delivery service) is a hit or miss, regardless, their part delivery ecosystem and chain is on point! So far, to the date of this post, I continue to received all my purchased part(s) within a day or two after shipped from facility date is issued.Overall, Im glad my brother introduced me to Summit, so far they have been consistent, reliable, and dependable. It enabled me to continue to put threads on paves.Kudos!

As I say again. It DOES NOT, carry hardly anything for my truck! As with other parts stores. Cant find barely find stuff for old dodges. And people dont know, anything about them.

The service workers were very knowledgeable and the order pickers are fast. My order was small but it did take long. The rest of the store is setup nicely with diagrams of random things like turbo, supercharger and nitrous setups.

Its one big candy store. Customer its pretty good. Hope you did here pricing youll find their prices are good even lower than some others.

Clothing, rat rod T shirts which were way cool, hoodies, racing when P suits, tires, wheels come a manifold, steering columns for replacement, gear shifts, multiple Nitrous oxide systems, (K&N air intake replacrment kits and filter cleaning and replacements), Mickey Thompson off road tires,Warn wenches M8000-s model/$967.99, really nice roof rack that I may purchase for my Tundra 4x4, lol, remote control vehicles, collectable car model with some really cool ones on display under glass, multiple point racing harnesses to keep you in place including one in HOT PINK for those so inclined, transmissions, headers of all kinds, steering wheels, shocks, complete muffler systems, carbs, fans, electrical systems, toggle switches,oil pans, (manifolds i think), there were multiple engines on stands, car care products, hats, fuel tanks, microfiber towels, tools, oils, but I didnt see Amsoil which is what I was looking for. They did have Royal Purple, Valvoline, and Pennz I believe. This should give you a lil idea about this store. They didnt gave prices that I could find for the Rat Rid shirt I wanted and I wasnt going to stand in a line to talk to someone to get a price!

I called asking for a fuel pump for my 1500 ram and I wanted a performance pump and the guy asked what Im doing to it and I told him I opening everything up and putting bigger stuff in the motor, he proceeded to say well If it was my truck Id do the fuel injectors then the pump and its not gonna give you even 1 horsepowerbut I already told him in the beginning that it was going out, its easier for me to budget my failing pump. than buying new injectors and a new pumpAll I asked was for a performance style and I got some good out of the call but overall wasnt worth the call wait

Summit really needs to consider changing their pickup policy. No 3rd Party Pickup this day in age...you should able to pay for your purchase and have someone pick up and bring to you, as long as the person picking up has all the documents confirming the purchase! Well not at Summit! Cmon Summit.........I can pay for food and have someone pick up and bring to me, but not automotive parts? Sometimes the buyer of the parts, business owners, mechanics, shop managers are too busy and do not have time to go pick up the parts themselves and should be able to have a courier/parts runner go pick up for them.

Place Is big. Lots of High performance parts & muscle car parts. Variety of shirts & other items. Friendly staff! Definitely worth the visit/shop. Especially if you are into hotrods & performance.

Have almost everything you could ever need even for ls swaps and high performance builds, only complaint is the guys who work the parts counter except a couple of the older guys dont know how to find anything on their system better than I can on the summit website which is semi useful most of the time!

A car lovers dream. My buddies and I used to pick up their parts catalog back in high school and circle all of the parts we were going to put on our yet to be built/ non existent cars. Now their warehouse is 10 minutes away from my house with all of the parts of my yet to be built/non existent car.The staff is very knowledgeable and can find that part no matter how small it is. Theyve always been helpful whether I was buying hose clamps or suspension upgrades.

I tagged along with hubby so he could buy some parts for his truck. I got me a new cap while I was there.

Had what I needed when everyone else would have to order. A little pricy though. Has good selection of all kinds of automotive things like heads, wire harnesses steering wheels and many more things.

By far the biggest pain of a parts store to deal with. Customer service is terrible as far as getting your parts quickly. If you don’t have an hour to burn then avoid summit. Expect returns. Good parts as long as they are not Chinese summit brand. It’s like talking to robots who can’t help in anyway except what their script says. Smileys racing products is farrrrrrr better.

Ordered a truck hood about a year ago and I never received it and when I continued to call and talk to customer service and HR they couldn’t do anything for me. They never documented me even calling before and as I continued to speak on the phone with them they started to say it was my fault for it all and I couldn’t get my money back nor could they do anything for me when it was their fault in the first place of not updating me on my order or even giving me a tracking number for my order. 20/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What can I say, this is a gear heads wet dream! If you need something for your ride, they have it! From old to new, gas or diesel, they have something for everyone. The service crew was great! Jared was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. This wasnt my first rodeo with Summit and just like before they were excellent and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for any of your vehicle needs.

Counter check out is a bit of a fiasco. Cant really get to the credit card machine to play easily or place the items for the cashier to scan. Their efforts to prevent covid and protect their employees is admirable, but it really makes the shopping experience horrible.Choose a solution, either make the employees wear masks and leave the lexan wall up or use the distance rule with the containers between the customer and the counter, but both really seem excessive and create such a barrier that it makes me not want to shop there until this has been alleviated.

Do not get fooled by the fancy building and inventory. Theyre like all the other parts stores, bad customer service and most have no knowledge of what youre asking for. Anything that is not in factory box sealed run from it. Trust no one there. Its a return and it will not have all the parts.

The worse customer service ever Mr. Darnel discriminated me for me ESA Dog (emotional support animal). He aslo told me,to leave her in the car next timewhen the temperature is 98 degrees also I told him I have the paper work to show and instead of saying, Im sorry he continue to do the return instead of saying hello how are you doing is this a service dog like the nice older man in the front of the entrance did.

I love Summit, but there is an issue bought some bearings at full price......and this is how I got my product. Cut open and used not happy it was full price for a cut open product. Unfortunately I need to get this going or I would raise hell about this.

The worst in store experience today, a manager actually said they don’t care. Talked with their customer service rep, she told me a manager whose name was Paul would call me back quickly. Didn’t happen. Lost a thousand dollar sale and a customer.

I went to go get some side steps, but it was really confusing.They have a show floor, and its awesome. You can see just about anything in display, also touch and feel parts.However, once it came down to ordering. You have to get in line at the center of the floor where someone is literately on the website ordering the part for you. The line was long and confusing. Then price of the part was different than the price on the show room, but the associate luckily matched it for me.Then you have to wait at another area for cashiers, if you dont pay by card. The. You wait at another area for the part to be fetched.The whole process takes a while, its confusing, and leaves me puzzled....I should have just ordered the part online...The shopping experience is not....ideal

I pulled a 90 year old man out of his broken car. And assisted him in the air conditioning. After Bob thanked me, I was assisted by the Summit staff to order a custom made suspension bracket for my 27 year old Camaro. Good stuff goes to good people. I think I need a turbo next good deed.

Absolutely ridiculous policy about in store pickup. You cannot pay and have your wife, dad, brother, or best friend pick up anything. So be warned .I hope the change it . Its extremely unreasonable. My family has been in the parts business a long time and these kind of policies are not how you have a good relationship with your customer, but apparently summit is so big that happy customers are not a priority.

OK, I try to be fair with my reviews and this is no different. I ordered a set of shocks online and did curbside pickup. I was then told that I needed three forms of ID, which wasnt mentioned on my instructions. After back and forward text messages someone called and said I was ok. Now, the young lady came out and immediately says my ID wasnt enough. What was disappointing is she was pretty rude and just walked away. I almost canceled my order she came out and no apology or anything. Very disappointed.

Our experience of summit racing in Arlington Texas was excellent! The manager, Jay, was absolutely wonderful very kind helpful and caring. He should absolutely be promoted hes very knowledgeable and what he does and just seriously helpful. We got really good prices we thought on the parts that we purchased and were really happy with our experience.

I know this is a place that not related about hospitality but I came in for the firs time looking for a set of tires and was standing infront of the customer service for about 20 minutes while some other customers were coming by with receipts or stuff to pick up or whatever. A few other like me like didnt know where to go for help or something and three guys at that cs desk and they dont seem to mind about us until you approach them and ask!!! Dont know if you have to wait for your turn or get a ticket or form oat an unknown line or bla bla bla, I ended up ordering online which it was faster service and faster delivery options, if youre like running out if time then this a no go IMO

Everyone working here clearly did not want to be at work when we came. Cool store yes but I got so much attitude from the unprofessional people working here I will never return. Its very disappointing to visit what you think is going to be an awesome store to deal with so many a**holes.

Stick with doing your shopping on line. Yes, there is a lot of great things about summit but the absurd, harsh and rather rude customer service in the store negates the positive. The claimed manager “Jennifer” is on a high horse and seems she should be in charge of a ulta not a speedo shop. I was directly told “we don’t follow corporate policy, we follow my store policy. And this is how it is”. Real appropriate, didn’t realize you were the CEO…. As I waited for my parts I witnessed her interact with with two other customers who left angry and unhelped. I shop here weekly and have spent in upwards of 20k this year on my cars and customers cars, In fact it was the high light of my work week to go to summit. But now after this last time, and the two times before that, I won’t be returning unless absolutely necessary. Back to Jeggs I go….
