This store is good convenient where you can find good customer service with experience and humbleness. Also, many other services are available whether sending money to your love ones oversees, fixing and buying cell phone accessories, and hair stylish or nail polishing all are available do not missed out all these opportunity take an advantage. Dont forget theres also restaurant cafe where you can get HALAL FOOD with NAAN bread.

The cafe inside is a great place to grab a quick meal at a reasonable price the selection of items in the store is not large like most grocery stores or markets however they mainly specialize in a niche market. They do have a lot of repeat items in the store and some items you cant find no other place. I would definitely recommending checking out the cafe inside for a meal either to go or dine in. They have an abundance of parking spaces out front and even have some small shops inside that you can visit while ordering or purchasing food to buy some unique items as well.

Everything here is great expect the Cafe Customer Service. The lady that took care of me and my mom has such a BIG ATTITUDE for NO REASON. She just came back around from eating and has a very noticeable attitude and i do not appreciate it at all. We come here to spend our money and support your business. We havent been here in months, and today we come baxk and its a HORRIBLE experience.. i am disappointed in this womans service. Horrible customer service. Clanking everything around, being very loud and disrespectful. Rolling eyes and the strong annoyed energy.

I ordered whole lamb and before i take it with me i want to make sure they give me lamb so I asked the seller is this lamb or goat? he looked frightened when i asked him and he said it is lamb sir . when i checked it and cooked it and test it at home it was goat meat and not lamb. it is shame for this people to cheat when sell meat, it is Haram grocery. I will not buy again from this store or any indo pack store.

First time we had been - it was a different cultural experience for us. I didnt know what to expect, but we were able to discover the little cafe inside, and will be going back to try that out with some friends who have been missing the various Indo-Pak cuisines served. I visited this store for the first time and really enjoyed my first visit at this place. I was in the mood to shop at a Chinese market, but the ones in Arlington and Grand Prairie closes early at 8pm. I arrived at around 9pm and went in at a not busy time with a sense of adventure in mind. I was able to find and get vegetables and meat for reasonable price with 3 bunches of cilantro at 99 cents and chicken leg quarter for 79 cents/lb, as well as Onion Paratha for $1.49 each. Not knowing that they have rewards program and that they dont do signups for rewards, the cashier actually let me do it. I was able to get my usual grocery at $26, which is great. I look forward coming back to the store soon!

I wish I could give zero stars. Cindy salon inside Indo Pak is the WORST salon I have ever seen. I went to this salon to do a microblading for my eyebrow. Cindy ruined my eyebrows. She made my eyebrows different (one side is higher than the other side and the shape is different). She also shaved half of my eyebrow on one side only without telling me while I was numbed to cover up her mess. She made my eyebrow a total joke. Everyone noticed that my eyebrows were different.I wanted to do microblading to become more comfortable and reduce the time I need to put a makeup. Unfortunately, I ended up being embarrassed to go outside because of what Cindy did to my eyebrows. I went back to her and asked her to fix her mess. She insisted that my eyebrows are good. She lied to me by telling me that my eyebrows are good, unbelievable!! I told her that I can see my eyebrow are different and everyone is noticing the difference. She said that everyone is lying to me. Then, she asked me to fix my eyebrow myself at home! Really!!! Do I come to the salon and pay a fortune so that the stylist tell me to go home and fix her mess by myself??!! I cannot believe that!I went to a professional makeup remover to remove/fix the mess that Cindy did to my eyebrow. They asked for over $500 to fix my eyebrow. Cindy did not care about all the mess she did to me. She only refunded part of my money and left me with a messed up and uneven eyebrow. I had to pay $500 (in addition to what I paid Cindy) in order to fix the mess that she did to me. Cindy is not professional and she is VERY RUDE.Save your money and your eyebrow. Stay away from Cindy! She is NOT professional at all!!

My wife and I like this super market, we buy halal chicken all the time.Bought cooked food in their restaurant, chicken biryani was delicious, plenty for two, we dont eat too much.They had good selection, only bought what I liked, recommend restaurant and supermarket.

We love to eat there. The food is always so good. Real Indian food. And when they tell you it is not spicy, it’s the truth. Not like some other Indians places where they say the same thing but it is still spicy. My twins enjoy eating there. And it’s convenient as you can order, go shop, eat and go.

This a bad store they’re meats are expired I tried returning them and they didn’t let me and they didn’t give me anything in return. They don’t know how to treat customer with respect they’re very disrespectful. Don’t come here.

I cannot comment on the value as I dont have a basis of reference but they have products that I havent been able to find elsewhere in the area. They have a wide variety of south Asian spices. I have never seen such a wide selection of basmanti rice or dates. I was able to get everything I expected them to have and will be back for the items that are difficult to find elsewhere.

I found zabiha halal beef pastrami here. Alot of good choices of fresh meat all zabiha halal. And products too

Good stock of Indian/Bangladeshi freshwater fish varieties. They even clean and remove fish scales for you (10-15 mins wait time). The store is nice and clean. And they sell zabiha halal poultry and meat.

We tried the cafe at Info Pak World Market today. Loved it! We ordered the butter chicken and shrimp biriyani. We also tried the samosas, pakora and garlic naan. Everything was very good. The butter chicken was delicious. The preparation is very fresh, colorful, and attractive. We liked it so much that we ordered some additional dishes to go. We also had a chance to do some shopping in the store and found it very organized with a good variety. The staff was all very friendly.

I am a regular customer for years, almost all employees know me. I recommend and referred too many customers to this place without even telling the store.One bad attitude from a manager or one of the owners made me put this one star (*) rating.I used to buy a product from them (Hookah tobacco ) and it was usually $15. For few months I didnt buy this product and just came back few days ago and they sold it to me $26.99 + Tax = around $29. I asked why its that much now, they told me prices went up. Today I found that other stores still sell the same product for $14.99 !!!! I was in the store and asked that manager why you sell it that much and that others are way cheaper, I am just wondering. Maybe they buy it wrong or whatever!! His answer was with bad attitude and he said (GO BUY IT FROM THEM AND DONT BUY FROM US) and he ignored me!!! I have never expected such bad customer service for a customer you see in your store for too many years!!Maybe this will be my last visit to this place. But owners of this place and other branches should know that they need each and every customer. Customers dont need you because all what you have or sell or make can be found somewhere else. To be fair, the other employees are nice maybe need some more training. Another manager or owner is nice and welcoming. They make good food (sometimes not that good) but we talk to them and they take it in consideration for next times.But again; customer service, welcoming and appreciation is what customers like to see.Thank you.

Long story short they argue over $10 butter chicken they Forget to put in our bag. we made a call later at night but the young lady at counter over the phone acussed my wife. I just wanted to see what kind of food they sell there. I will go grocery shopping there for a few things I want to try out. The atmosphere there was very calm and very different kind of music. It wasnt crowded but they had a steady stream of customers.

One of the good indian stores, they have a lot if variety and have items from both India and Pakistan, they have everything that you would need for your household. Their meat is also cheaper than other places and have a place inside where they prepare meat fresh and you can get it right there.

Bismillah Al Rahman Al Raheem,****ALCOHOL-FILLED CANDY SOLD AT THIS STORE****I advise Muslims who shop at this store to be cautious of various products made available. Some of the things in that store are not labeled halal. I found one company of bouillon that is sold there to not be halal (I contacted the company myself). I have complained to the store about it, but if I see it again I will update this comment with the company name.In addition please be aware to NOT buy the chocolate available at the cash register under the name Ritter Sport- Rum Trauben Nuss (in a red package). My family made this mistake of buying it and it had an OVERWHELMING smell of rum. As a convert who has had rum before, I researched this chocolate and found that it is made with rum with a 2% alcohol content.I have addressed this issue THREE times- twice with the owners and once with a head worker. Yet, I still find them slipping the chocolate back onto the shelf. If they don’t refrain from making it available to the customers, I have considered making my own stickers and labeling them as haram myself.May Allah protect us.

One of my favorite stores in Arlington. The selection is nice and so are the people. There is rarly a wait to check out as there would be at large chain stores. They also have a small restaurant and a banquet hall for rental.

I shop here for my Middle Eastern food. Great spices, meat and veggies. Nice people working there. Have not tried the little restuarant in there but smells Good.

Visited the store last week. COVID19 related safety measures are not satisfactory. Some store employees did not wear face masks and did not follow 6 ft. social distancing protocols. Floor mopping tasks should be completed before the store opening, not at 12 noon. Hand sanitizers were not available, nor were any means to sanitize the cart handles.

They have some Turkish products as well. Reasonable priced. Clean and organized. You can get custom meat cuts. Meat prices are very good. Fresh groceries are always in hand. They seem to open a register when there is a line. Attentive staff. The food place is clean. Reasonable prices. Service is decent.
