Have all the Thai stuff from Thailand and even small noodle shop inside with Thai tea and bubble tea. Love Togo thai food that you can grab and go.

Don’t sleep on this little hidden gem! They have groceries and hot food. I got Pad Thai for $6.50….SIX.FIFTY??? In this economy??? Amazing and they had an assortment of other hot food too, sticky rice and chicken skewer, curry, dessert, boba… So glad I stumbled across this place while walking to get my nails done.

Thai owned so lots of Thai foods. Store is small but has good selection. Fresh made soup from cafe is very good. Have had freshness issues with the prepped food (not cafe) in the past, yet continued to shop here. Recommend going earlier in the day for fresher prepped food

This little market packs so much in a small space! the produce is always fresh, the shelves are well organized, there is a great selection of products across the asian cuisines, and the prices are very reasonable….and the prepared foods section is the best.

I came to this grocery store with my girlfriend to buy some Thai products and cooked dishes, and among them I bought a whole fried fish which included a very tiny container of fish sauce so we asked for an extra one and the girl that works there was going to charge an extra 50 cents which I was totally fine with, and all of the sudden a bald Thai guy in his early 50s who seemed to be the owner of the grocery store intervened and rudely asked his employee to charge 1 dollar for it, which I didnt really complain about it because 1 dollar is not a big deal but the way he jumped in was completely unprofessional and rude without the slightest respect to the customers. I have been going to this store weekly and spending there between 50 to 100 dollars a week, and today was definitely my last time shopping there. I would rather drive to another Thai grocery store in Springfield than giving business to this horrible impolite owner!

My favorite Thai market. They have prepared foods and a small cafe inside. They have a large selection of Thai snacks and desserts. I always leave happy!

The wide variety of Thai groceries and the noodle shop next to the grocery store has delicious and awesome price for the quantity of food they give. However, the young lady with the long hair (the cashier at the Bangkok 54 Oriental Market) was rude and lack good customer service skills . She needs to be friendly to the customers and a little, just little courtesy goes a long way. A simple, hello, how are you ? is important and thank you for shopping at our store etc. REMEMBER, it is the customers like us who keeps your business standing, so please dont be unnecessary rude. She almost ran over my elderly 78 year old mother who was standing by the warm food section . Seriously, slow down a bit a watch where you are going . In short, the food was delicious, fresh, great price, and clean facility, but poor customer service experience.

I love the food and the staff .. always offer suggestions on new food to try .. I live over 50 miles away and have to come for my fix of authentic food .. did a haul today and spent over 200 dollars 💵 . sad but good the food is fabulous whether the market or the restaurant you can’t go wrong !

Great Thai market. They have lots of prepared dishes in addition to your typical Asian grocery selection. I like their prepared dishes they are tasty and very reasonably prices. The roasted and fried peanuts are to die for IMHO. My only complaint is the parking can be tight because its shared with the restaurant (same ownership) next door.

My wife loved it, instant taste of home, reasonable prices for stuff imported and at a smaller shop. Will go back. The lot is incredibly small but no cost unlike the other spots nearby.

Small Asian Grocery Market. Lots of Ready Made Asian/Thai Food that are Tasty and Convenient for take out. Also, there is a clean seat down area that seats around 20 people comfortably. They serve Thai Foodand the beef noodle soup is Delicious! They also serve Boba Tapioca Drinks and Thai Coffe that is great for Hot Days like we are experiencing now in the DC metro area.

Bangkok 54 Oriental Food Market is a large Thai market attached to a popular Thai restaurant along Columbia Pike in Arlington, Virginia. The aisles are filled with candies, produce and spices found in Thai cooking. They also have a grab-and-go section with prepared food. If you like Poky candies or panda pillows, they have many different flavors.Note: They have a $10 credit card minimum.

Tiny in scale compared to the large Asian grocery stores near Eden Center in Falls Church and Merrifield, but a good selection nonetheless.

One dirty market sells food that violates the food safety. They out chicken soup and meat on the tables. It requires refrigeration. They even changed labels of expired ready to eat food.

Love variety of pre-cooked foods that they have here. It is easy to just grab and go. This place also has Thai grocery, spices, fresh veggies and fruits.

We go for the take way foods which are really good. The noodle soups are excellent as well. Great selection of Thai ingredients inclosing a small frees produce section.

Good shop for hard to find items. The take out food here is excellent. Far superior to the restaurant. Get here early on the weekends as those in the know are here as it is coming out of the kitchen!

Great supply of Thai and Asian goods. Prices were also more reasonable than other similar markets. Pre-made food was excellent but as hot 🔥 as legit Thai food.

I try new cuisine here all the time and predominantly am always satisfied with my choices. I try things I cant really tell what they are sometimes and have been pleasantly surprised for the most part. Some doozies but I like to live life on the wild side! Staff is elegant, patient, and friendly.

This is a great market. I just moved to the area and I am so glad this market is in town. It’s almost too authentic, I had to ask for help finding soy sauce because many of the products don’t have English on the label. That’s a good sign to me. I also bought some of their prepared foods and they were all great. This has become my regular Asian market.

Great place! I live in Bel Air Maryland and whenever I am in town to visit my mom I always make it a habit and point to stop by! They always have what I need and there in-house carryout of to go hot food is excellent and you get a great portion for the money! Their pad kapow with fried egg is excellent along with their chicken skewers! So much more to say and I wish I could say more! This store is the best Thai Market an restaurant in the northern Virginia area hands down!

Beware....buy the food they make there at your own risk lol. Not good at all. We ended up just throwing it all away. Its sad because weve gotten good food there before. Its honestly a hit or miss! Everything else is Asian awesome.

They have kimchi (32 oz. $7.12 total cost)! And all of the ingredients to make your own from scratch. I need to try their restaurant which is connected to the grocery store.

Walked in with my mom yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with how big the market was. The owner was also very friendly and nice not to mention the prices are very reasonable. Definitely will be back! :)

This market, next door to the always delicious Bangkok 54 restaurant, carries many staples and some fresh produce. The kitchen turns out packaged take out, but the choices are hit-and-miss. I wish they would have a weekly food tour when a guide would take a small group down the aisles explaining what the ingredients are & how to cook with them, perhaps handing out little recipes. That would be great for sales!

We went off of a review for a different restaurant and it was amazing. Honest! The medium spicy on the hot wok spicy cashew chicken was spot on. Perfect. And the spicy basil fried rice was WOW! There wasnt a bit of food left. We are everything. The service was awesome. The place was clean even the bathroom. I will be returning soon.

Fresh food and spices....all you need for Asian cooking

I love this market! They have really tasty prepared Thai entrees and dessert around lunch time that you can grab if you’re on the go or you can eat there. They always have different options as well. Parking lot is a nice size as well.

Food is good, very quick and great prices. Simple menu, but you can also pick up and eat pre-packaged homemade Thai food in the grocery section. This is a small fast food style sit down place. There is also and adjoining Asian grocery area. Its all quite well done. Popular with local Thai people. This is probably the most authentic Thai place Ive been to in America, but with limited food selection.

Small, well-stocked Thai grocery store. Modest selection of fresh produce, lots of spices and frozen stuff. Good selection of freshly prepared food in to-go containers. Best of all is the attached noodle soup cafe. The only choices are beef, pork, and duck but all three are superb.

This is a hidden gem. All things Thai, all the time. I mean it is authentic fare and you can do grocery shopping for Thai goods, they have a noodle shop attached and please please please, try a soup! They have beef, pork and duck and it is amazing and very filling you get so much meat in the bowl. They also have a restaurant next door where you can get amazing food. Check it out, being your family, your friends, your coworkers, oh and the noodle shop is cash only.

I absolutely love this restaurant. As a huge Thai food fanatic, I can say that hands down, top 3 places in NOVA. The food is DELICIOUS and delivery time is less than 20minutes for us (they deliver within 3mi radius). Orders are always perfect! I highly recommend their curry menu, 54s fried rice, basically fried rice, pad see yew, drunken noodles, and pad Thai.Its also a huge plus that the staff is always so polite and nice no matter how busy they are!!!

Fantastic Thai food, one of my favorites in the DC area. We had drunken noodle with tofu and the mock dock. The portions were a good size and price. The drunken noodle was a little oily, but that was only something we noticed at the end. The flavor was on point and it had a good ratio of noodles:tofu:vegetables. Will definitely go back.

I’ve been frequenting this establishment for over eight years and have never been disappointed. My wife is Thai and this is one of her favorite places to eat. All of her family loves this place enough to drive 45 miles each way on a weekend to eat there too. They have great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, and great service. If you want better you’ll have to go to Thailand. You can spend a little or a lot depending how many dishes and drinks you want to try.

Looking for ingredient to cook thai food, to buy ready to eat or to sit down for classic Boat Noodle ? Come here they have got everything. Also a station of buble tea. I visit here regularly every week. Noodle & Bubble tea station is cash only but you can ask them pay at the main registration with credit/debit card if order is above $10. The ramen place, and the thai restaurant next to it operated by the same owner.

Bangkok 54 has a little of everything Thai! The staff and ownership are the best and look to help you find what you are looking for. The restaurant is attached and you can try something made from there as well. They have several ready made meals available and often I take a few with me for later. I was trying a new tea and sake they suggested while having some food. I like the location as its close enough to DC and near a few hot spots in Arlington. If you are looking to make some homemade Thai I suggest stopping here to get what you need. They are willing to help you with planning and sharing tips on the dos and donts.

Not worth a trip for a small plastic bowl of soup duck noodle for $8.75. Gizzards & hard to chew unidentifiable items were in the soup. Terrible flavor base (old & greasy taste), not like Vietnamese Pho flavor at all. Not much noodles in the soup. No Sriracha sauce bottle given when asked. Terrible customer service. Small skinny unfriendly women working at counter, only concerned with collecting money and filling their food tables with items from back kitchen.

Great selection of Asian (esp. Thai) specialty ingredients at reasonable prices. Very little fresh meat so be aware of that if youre looking for chicken, beef, or seafood ( they did have sausage, frozen seafood, and fresh pork as well as a variety of dried meat products).

I’ve only gone to the grocery part of Bangkok but everything they offer there has been a good investment. With my ever present sweet tooth, their tapioca with black beans dessert was a quickly formed addiction, and they have ready-made meals like whole fried fish and gyoza. Good for nights when you don’t feel like cooking or quick daytime grab-and-go lunch. Quick tip—if you don’t have cash there is a $5 minimum card limit.

Excellent meal and service. I had the red curry and loved it. All the dishes we ordered were all fantastic. The red curry spice level was mild to a little spicy. The restrooms are very clean.

This place has variety of precooked Thai food Love it! It was here when I 1st came to the U.S. Which was over 30 yrs ago. I moved away and rediscovered it. Feel like a home coming here.

Trendy, Upscale and Delicious. I love it, and only wish they delivered to my neighborhood. This place has a great vibe and contributes nicely to the new Columbia Pike / South Arlington neighborhood. Its a little pricey, but the food is fresh and flavorful and the drink menu is creative and delicious, so well worth the prices.

Staff is courteous. to go orders are prompt any time of the day. mixed. drinks are well made. food is delicious, favorites are the chicken basil rice and the crispy duck. interior is comfortable if dining in, though it does get quite busy during the noon-1330 lunch rush and fri/sat nights

Bangkok 54 is a trendy, Thai restaurant. Great for date night. However, during weekend peak times, it could get pretty busy, even with a reservation. The food is good.

Market is great. The food quality and portions seem better in the market than in the restaurant.

Love eating in the grocery store. Noodle soup dishes are close to authentic. We typically buy some of the prep meals as well since they are pretty good.

This is the mini grocery store next to the restaurant of the same name. In addition to Asian spices and produce, they also do prepared Thai food. Most of the locals come here for the prepared foods. Its reasonably priced and tastes great! I come here whenever Im to lazy to cook Thai food at home.

Fresh-made food to go at fair price

This is one of my favorite Thai places to eat and will gladly go out of my way to visit here! The restaurant is beautiful and the food is incredibly fresh. I dont think Ive ever had anything but a great meal here.The prices are great as are food quality. If you are looking for a Thai place, look no further! If you are within a 20 mile radius of here, this should be the place to go. :)
