They are very friendly..Reasonable price

Such a great grocery store filled with Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani items. Owner/manager was very nice and friendly and offered us drinks when he heard we came from the west coast. We had to decline but we appreciate the gesture. Also, even though its covid time, they have an impressive collection of Bangladeshi spices, frozen food, fish, and kalijeera rice. All the best wishes for them!

Not as big a selection as I had thought there would be. Definitely no coconut chutney, which was one of the main things I had wanted to buy.

This stores owner and staff are what keeps bringing me back. I have been to many Bangladeshi stores no one treats you like them. We travel hours to go there and we do it every time. Dont listen to the negative comments its not accurate. Ripon is the owner/operator he is a an very nice person.

It’s a good place to get some Bangladeshi food. They have all different variety of fish, vegetables and sweets like roshkodom, roshogolla, roshmalai, kalojam, bundiya etc. I was surprised to see they also sell packets of shutki bhorta. Behavior of the owner wa really nice. great place to do some deshi shopping. I would definitely go there again whenever I go to DC or Northern Virginia.

Nice little place for bengalis. They keep a nice variety of fish. Frozen but good enough for people looking for sub continental fishes. They get supply of some some vegetables from local bengalis as well. Message to all bengalis: they keep a variety of vegetables (red spinach, bitter gourd, gourd). Keep your eyes peeled for them. You can also call them up before visiting.

One of the worst Bengali and South Asian product shops in the United States. The halal meat quality is bad. I ordered some fish here and it was ok, but the beef and chicken is pretty bad. Youre better off going to FairPrice or the little Pakistani Halal butcher shop down at Richmond Hwy by that Kabob Curry House. The quality of meat there is great. The people here are not friendly, from everyday Bengali customers, and the staff. The only person that I can say thats great and a decent person is that store owner and manager that owns that place. He is very nice, a great guy and very friendly and greets his customers. The butcher staff doesnt look happy and neither makes eye contact with you. That incompetent Bengali women is so rude and so nasty and so unattractive that works there. She is absolutely worthless and serves no purpose there whatsoever in serves no purpose in life in general. They do sell good South Asian native products there I like, but the store is kind of disorganized. It needs a renovation, cuz its a little filthy there and some products are broken and damaged. Youre better off going to Asian Super Market by the Gharer Khabar restaurant.

Nice place for Asian People

Dont buy anything from the store, specially if you are from out of town. We bought 6 Hilsa fish and all of them were old. They were so old that no matter how we cooked it smelt. Eventually, we threw all of it out. They knew we were from out of town and took advantage of it.

They do excellent service

They measured 6 pounds of meat in front of us. Then they cut the meat when we were buying other groceries. When we brought the meat home, we got only 4.5 pounds. They stole 1.5 pounds of meat but kept price for full 6 pounds. We were from out of town, so we couldnt chase them immediately. Later, when we described the fact, they unnecessarily behaved extremely bad with us.They are just robbers. Dont go.
