Jeremy in customer service needs more training. He was rude and called me a sir when I am a woman. When returning a product because it was no longer needed, he acted as if I was inconveniencing him. Please do better.
We ordered a refrigerator and it was scheduled to arrive on May 28 between 7am and 1pm. At 1pm we called to check status and delivery was canceled without even calling us. We lost a days work and they didn’t even call us. Customer service was no help. They said something on their end went wrong. We canceled the order and got it somewhere else.
