We recently had a Master Protection Plan exchange for our stainless steel french door refrigerator at this location. After many months of searching, this location had the best merchandise to chose from and hands down the best customer service. The manager that took care of us was friendly, courteous and timely in our transaction. Our refrigerator was delivered the very next business day with no problems! Amazing quick service! Thank you very much!

A few weeks ago I was able to get some furniture from American Freight. I have to be honest,I almost decided to end my contract and take my funds elsewhere. This was because of Andrew, I feel he does not have good customer service at all and I was highly upset at how he spoke with me and his nonchalant attitude towards me as a new customer. When I got my furniture, all of it was not delivered to me as expected and I also was not told that I would have to assemble the furniture myself.I got so upset I had the delivery drivers put the furniture they did bring right back on the truck The ONLY person who saved me from calling corporate was Alicia . Alicia was able to calm me down and reassure me that my business was valued . Alicia was able to get all of my furniture delivered and had her team assemble my furniture for me. Alicia was kind and understanding on the phone with Me and I appreciate her and what she did for me on that day. My rating is based off of my overall experience.My advice would be to train managers to be respectful towards customers at all times. I could have easily taken my business elsewhere where customers are appreciated and treated with respect.

When I shop a company I am expecting the whole customer experience from the sales team to the delivery. When the delivery person(s) showed up one of them had his arms folded and presented himself as he didnt want to work. The person was disengaged with me. The delivery employee refused to take a refrigerator down 7 stairs in my split level home, and stated that he was with a 3rd party company and that they dont deliver downstairs or upstairs. I called and went back to American Freight to rectify the issue. I was informed they have their own delivery employees and do not use a 3rd party an indeed the delivery person was an employee. I was offered a $100.00 discount off the unit if I coordinated my own delivery. As a customer I purchased a refrigerator and paid a delivery and removal fee I expect what I paid for and not a work around, and most definitely was more insulted with a low ball discount if I found my own delivery company. These delivery employees should be terminated for refusing to do their jobs. American Freight should hire the right professionals who want to work and has the training to deliver such heavy items. I will not be patronizing this business in thefuture.

I shopped vigorously for a great deal for a new Maytag Dryer to match our new Washer. The deal at American Freight was hundreds less than the competitors. It was worth the drive to Arlington to get this deal. Shawn Black was our salesman and he was informed and helpful, and we will certainly be back if we need anything more. This is my first time in an American Freight I’ve been to this location before but it was Sears at the time. I have to say the layout was very easy to find what I needed especially with help from all the sales people they helped me find just what I needed while staying in my price range. Also I don’t like speaking English I know how but my English is very broken and kind of embarrassing, luckily Brian the store manager is bilingual and helped me thank you wey! I will definitely be back!

Im super impressed with this store! Im moving into my very first apartment and was looking for a couch. They have a great selection. The customer service was awesome. Fernando (ask for him) is the one who helped me purchase my couch. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to what I needed. Excellent service.

I wish I could give a good rating, but I can’t. The doors were locked at 7:15 pm after posting that they were open until 8 pm. The employees saw me, acknowledged me, and then proceeded to walk by the door. I tried calling and surprise surprise, no one answered. I’ll just spend more at Home Depot. At least there, they want my business.

We were in market for a new dishwasher. We went to the standard box stores and couldnt find anything that we wanted or that was in stock. Finally found a dishwasher we liked but it was almost $900.We ended up stopping by America Freight in Arlington and was able to find THE dishwasher (the one we wanted that was $900) for less than 1/2 the price!!!We purchased a Maytag dishwasher from Alan and Zia and they were great to work with.If you are in the market for furniture or appliance, I highly recommend that you check out this location and ask for Alan or Zia!

This location is absolutely a wonderful store to finance and purchase home essentials as well as excellent customer service. So I went to this store today with no intention on making a purchase today just looking around to see what kind of sofas they had. I spoke with Andrew the AM. This young man was so sweet and very knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had. I was really impressed with him. Everyone at this store was so nice. We left happy with our purchase. These people need to get their act together. No one is available to help, answer questions or even acknowledge you are in the store. This isn’t because they are helping other customers-my son and I were the only ones in the place. I went to buy a dishwasher and all I needed was someone to close the sale so I could get on with my day. In short, i ended up at Home Depot and purchased there. Was in and out within 30 minutes. My time is worth more than any money I may have saved. Honestly I didn’t see any really great “outlet” deals anyway. Live and learn.

Hello my name is Norman Im a truck driver. I visited the store in Arlington TX and as far as the customer service its was good my salesperson Shawn Black was with me through the whole experience. He went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. Now when I got the furniture and took it home that experience wasnt good most of my furniture was missing parts . I had to go to Home depot to get them. I bought a dryer plugged it in and it doesnt work. Luckily Shawn is working with me on that.My bed the dressers are missing screws and knobs for the drawers. Very cheap made furniture for a high price. I only gave it 3 stars because the salesman Shawn Black was good.

Ordered a washer for $680, got a confirmation email saying I could pick it up anytime during normal business hours so I took the rest of the day off, drove an hour and fifteen minutes to the store to pick it up, and then the guys inside said they didnt even have it in the store nor did they know when they would get one. They offered a $25 discount off any future purchase, but saving $25 isnt worth dealing with the way they do business again. Super disappointed and frankly ticked off that my time was wasted. This isnt how you earn business and certainly not how you keep it. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund when I shouldnt have been sold a non-existent washer in the first place. Good luck.

Don’t even walk in the store. I’m going on 11 days ago that I bought a gas dryer, 7 days ago was scheduled install and they still have my dryer in their stock room. No phone call, text, or email. Yes, that may be on the delivery contractor but I don’t care. American Freight isn’t doing anything about it either.

My husband and I just recently relocated cross country and realized we would have to get rid of our gas dryer and buy a new electric one. The main manager of the store is a phenomenal individual that provides a level of customer service that is second to none. We had been to Homezone, Nebreska Furniture Mart and Rooms To Go before we found this life saving opportunity.We had fallen in love with a particular set of furniture which every other store was unable to provide until August at the earliest. We were heartbroken to say the least. However American Freight actually had multiple units of the bedroom set we wanted! We were ecstatic!!! Then we were told they could deliver it, the same week!!!! Great prices- it was a little annoying that they switched our delivery date and then when I spoke to a manager she told me that they would install my appliances but the people who delivered our appliances said no it’s not their job to install so that was very annoying they definitely need better communication.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY ON ANY PRODUCTS!!!I purchased a refrigerator in end of February 2021. March 15 I called to cancel the warranty. They started a check would be mailed to me too cover the cost of the warranty. During my 90 days same as cash, I called at least 10-15 times requesting an update on my check. No one could give me any information or even tell me the check was mailed. Once I received the check May 12th, I took a photo of it on my phone and deposited it in my bank. Two days later, I received a returned check fee of $12.00 and the pending check amount was taken out of my account. I called to find out what happened and they stated they cancelled the check because someone called and said they hadnt received the check. I told them I called and stated I hadnt received the check but that was back in April. Today, I still have not received a check for the warranty that I cancelled in March. Its been almost 3 months since I cancelled it. And to add, their customer service is horrible!!!

From beginning to end, the entire transaction was smooth and seamless. The delivery was on time, and the shipment handlers, Barron and Abdi, were professional and communicative throughout. I will definitely use this location for future needs.
